I love that I don't have to worry about finding/building templates for a documentation site - I can just write my docs, and let stoplight host them! It's easy, and mostly painless. I also love how easy it is to set up the stoplight docs as a subdomain of my main site. My company's main site is codelighthouse.io, and docs.codelighthouse.io points at stoplight. The only pain point for me is that my organization has commit signing required, so I'm not able to commit my docs to GitHub directly from stoplight - I have to copy/paste them and commit them manually.
