It's easy to use, there's nothing extra and as a big plus, you are helping to fight against the climate change. **What problems is Evergreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of easy way of giving recognition to all the employees transparently. The gist of Evergreen that it's tied to climate change actions, so by receiving recognition (=seeds) from your colleagues, you can use those to plant trees. So it's a doubles the effect of good feeling when you receive recognition. ### 14. It brings TWO great things to your company culture! **What do you dislike about Evergreen?** It could work on other platforms aswell, not just Slack. But I think that is in development? **Recommendations to others considering Evergreen:** If you are looking to enhance your company culture, this app might be for you. My team started to give more positive feedback, and in a few months the habit of it integrated in our culture as well. Everyone was happier and we started to notice the little things our colleagues did in their own job, and also the things our colleagues did with us or for us! I might even say that in the long haul this might have resulted for better work quality. On top of all this, we planted trees! This brought a new green point of view to our company culture and also increased our peoples satisfaction. **What problems is Evergreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we used Evergreen with my team, we gave so much more positive feedback. We didn't give it more to each other just to give it; it worked as an encouragement tool and a REMINDER to give positive feedback. In a few months it really integrated in our culture, and I think everyone were happier. I still sometimes go and read my old messages from my colleagues. ### 16.
