"Seamless Stonebranch Integration with an Intuitive Drag-and-Drop UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

I often manage large data streams to personalize offers for customers in real time, and Stonebranch integrates everything seamlessly. I really appreciate that. The interface is also intuitive, and I especially like the drag-and-drop functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

My only complaint is that the user interface doesn’t offer interactive, beginner-friendly guides, and that advanced agent configuration in hybrid environments can feel unnecessarily complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly and Robust: A Winning Combination"
4/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

The tool is relatively simple to use while offering extensive capabilities and automation options. Additionally, the support team is responsive and helpful. They assisted us during the implementation and integration with an external system, which proceeded smoothly without any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

One thing I find challenging is the user interface. It can feel a bit overwhelming because it displays a huge number of options, many of which aren't actually necessary for every user. Additionally, the descriptions for these various settings could be more refined, as it is not always immediately clear what specific functions do or how they should be applied. "Effortless Job Scheduling with Intuitive Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

I use Stonebranch for job scheduling, monitoring, and creating workflows, and I find it incredibly user-friendly. It is easy to handle not only for experienced users but also for new users, who can confidently navigate it after just a week of knowledge transfer. The system excels at helping me monitor jobs efficiently and resolve issues effortlessly. I particularly enjoy the workflow task management features, which allow me to design complex workflows with ease. The ability to run tasks in parallel, implement conditions, and handle errors efficiently enhances my productivity significantly. Stonebranch's intuitive design makes it very easy to set up and use, which is why I give it a high recommendation score of 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

I dislike the OMS message queue handling, as occasionally, an OMS message backlog occurs during high volume or failure. This bottleneck can hinder the workflow by transitioning jobs from queued to running states inefficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure Data Exchange with Stonebranch"
4/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

I appreciate Stonebranch's application UDM, Universal Data Mover, which ensures secure data transfer both within the data center and to external partners. I find it particularly impressive that it can be used across platforms from Linux to Windows to z/OS. The UDM scripting language gives me the ability to control file transfer down to the smallest detail, which provides high flexibility. Furthermore, the security of the transfer is reliably ensured by TLS encryption. I would also like to positively highlight the responsiveness of the company Stonebranch, which addresses the needs of its users. The continuous development in the area of Workload Automation / Service Orchestration and Automation Platform also makes Stonebranch an interesting provider. The integration of UDM into various Workload Automation solutions, such as Automic Automation and IWSz, is seamless, which is a great advantage over other proprietary solutions. Currently, I find the setup of Stonebranch for new file transfers to be simple and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

There was a large turnover of long-term employees last year. I am curious to see how Stonebranch deals with these changes and ultimately perhaps even emerges stronger from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Support and Rapid Feature Delivery with Stonebranch"
5/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

Last year, we started with a proof of concept to see if Stonebranch could meet our needs. During this phase, we found two missing features that were blocking an implementation. Impressively, Stonebranch addressed both issues within just one week. The subsequent business plan surprised us with its Return on Investment. We are now in the process of migrating our scheduling, MFT, and automation tools. Working alongside their Professional Services team, we have migrated over 3,500 workflows and created many new business workflows as well.

They really listen to their customer : proof of that are the many feature requests they processed and adaptions they made to their software on our request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

As with any large-scale migration, things can become quite complex. Fortunately, Hallpily Stonebranch was consistently willing to help us with any questions that arose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient IT Orchestration with Minor Learning Curve"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Stonebranch?

I love how Stonebranch focuses on analysis and provides a native service automation feature, which helps me to effectively display and handle jobs with its platform capabilities. The service automation is invaluable, transforming bottleneck situations into enabling opportunities. It not only simplifies cloud job management but also allows delegation while managing exclusions efficiently. Furthermore, I find the setup surprisingly easy, especially with its alignment towards cloud-based deployment models, significantly reducing infrastructure overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Stonebranch?

I find the initial learning curve for universal agents quite challenging, particularly in complex network environments with multiple firewalls. This complexity makes it difficult to effectively deploy and manage the software. Additionally, the process for deployment could be more user-friendly, facilitating smoother adoption within enterprise settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
