## About Stockpress
Stockpress is an affordable Digital Asset Management (DAM) software solution with unlimited users that helps marketing, creative, and content teams organize, find, and share digital assets across their organization. Stockpress is designed for teams managing growing volumes of files—such as images, videos, design files, and documents—who need a structured, searchable system without the complexity typically associated with enterprise DAM platforms. It combines elements of traditional file management systems with DAM-specific capabilities like metadata tagging, version control, and controlled sharing, enabling teams to maintain visibility and access across internal and external collaborators. The platform is commonly used by marketing, creative, and content teams to support workflows such as campaign execution, brand asset distribution, content production, and collaboration with partners or clients. It is structured to support both small teams and larger organizations by offering scalable access without per-user licensing constraints. Stockpress supports the full lifecycle of digital assets—from upload and organization to distribution and reuse—helping teams reduce time spent searching for files and improving consistency in how assets are used across channels. Key features and capabilities include: - Asset organization and search: AI-powered and manual tagging, collections, and filters to make files easier to locate and manage - Collaboration and sharing: Controlled access, share links, and guest upload functionality for internal teams and external contributors - Version control and duplication management: Track file updates and reduce redundant assets with duplicate detection - Integrations with creative tools: Connections with platforms such as Adobe, Canva, and web tools to support existing workflows - Flexible pricing model: Storage-based pricing with unlimited users, supporting broader team adoption without per-seat costs Stockpress is typically adopted by teams that have outgrown basic file storage tools but do not require the overhead of highly complex DAM implementations. It is used to improve asset accessibility, maintain organization as content scales, and enable more efficient collaboration across distributed teams.

## Stockpress Reviews
  ### 1. Top tier file sharing and storage - great for real estate companies

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

There are many great things about Stockpress - it is user-friendly, fast, customizable, and, best of all, the team working with you is responsive and quick to help with anything you need. We've been using the platform for approximately 4 years, and I have seen the incredible team build new features that improve the platform time and time again.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I don't have anything negative to say about Stockpress.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In real estate, we have 10+ photographers that we use for listing images. Having one platform where each agent + employee, plus the photographer, can access their collections in an intuitive way pays dividends in time saved. Alternate options like Dropbox or Google Drive get clunky and unorganized - Stockpress has a great system for organizing files and we never run into issues with storage space.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We love hearing how Stockpress has supported your team for the long haul—four years and counting! 🙏 Real estate workflows can get complex with so many agents, employees, and photographers involved, so it’s fantastic to know Stockpress has helped simplify the way everyone collaborates.

Your point about alternatives like Dropbox or Google Drive “getting clunky” really resonates—we designed Stockpress to avoid exactly that kind of frustration, so it’s great validation to hear it’s working well for you. And thank you for highlighting our team—we’re proud of the features we’ve added, but even prouder to know we’ve been responsive to your needs along the way.

Here’s to many more years of helping your business stay organized and efficient!

  ### 2. Simple service to manage image libraries across businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress makes it easy to upload and share large libraries of images with clients. It saves time from needing to create additional links and contact sheets to share images.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Filing system is a bit basic, and sometimes uploading of assets isn't as smooth or as straightforward as it could be. There doesn't seem to be a way to share public downloadable links.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source of truth for final image outputs. A single repository that can be viewed by many collaborators. Makes it easy to manage versioning and updates of assets.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is great to hear how much time you are saving on sharing. Not having to create extra links or contact sheets every time you need to send images out is one of those small wins that adds up quickly.

Creating a single source of truth for final outputs is a big shift as well. When everyone is working from the same place, versioning and updates become much easier to manage, and there is far less back and forth.

On the filing system and uploads, that is really helpful feedback. We aim to keep things simple, but not at the expense of flexibility or smooth workflows, so it is good to understand where that balance can be improved.

On public downloadable links, you can do this using Public URLs, which allow you to share assets externally without requiring access to your workspace. If that is not quite what you were looking for, it would be great to understand the use case a bit more so we can continue to improve this area.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It is really valuable input for us.

  ### 3. They are willing to listen to suggestions and help make the site as user friendly as possible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bella B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The suggestions that they are willing to take into consideration

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I dislike the fact that it can be a bit difficult to sign up new users

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to share local events between all markets for our radio stations

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you for sharing this feedback! It means a lot to us that you’ve noticed our willingness to listen and adapt Stockpress to what our users need. Building a platform that feels genuinely user-friendly is an ongoing process, and suggestions from teams like yours play a big role in that journey.

We also hear you on the sign-up process. Onboarding new users is one of the areas we continue to refine, so knowing it’s something you’d like to see smoother helps us prioritize the right improvements.

It’s great to know Stockpress is helping you share local event assets across all your radio markets—exactly the type of cross-team collaboration we love to support. Thanks again for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback!

  ### 4. Stockpress has transformed the way we send assets to clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The ability to give each one of my clients a login and collection space has made it easier to manage client assets. We often send clients links to both videos at photos, so being to split these up into different collections but still have one workspace for clients to find, download, and even organise (with permission) their assets make our life (and theirs) simpler. Many platforms, links, drives and galleries are in the rearview, and I'm looking forward to using just Stockpress going forward. Improvements keep getting made, and learning about the ability to delete duplicate files and have different collections attached to the primary files was a big step in managing storage space.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

No complaints yet, and as I said previously, improvements to the platform keep getting made. If I can get my clients to pay for their own Stockpress space, that would be even better. At the moment, I only see value in this platform.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing client assets, both the original and edited media. Reducing the amount of cloud storage, platforms, and logins. The ability to give my clients, vendors, and employees their own logins.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We really appreciate this feedback—thank you! It’s fantastic to hear how Stockpress has simplified client asset management for you, especially when juggling originals, edits, and different media types. Knowing that your clients can log in, organize, and access what they need directly (without the clutter of multiple platforms and links) is exactly the kind of experience we want to create.

We’re glad the duplicate detection and collection features are helping you maximize storage space too. And you’re right—our goal is to keep rolling out improvements that make both your team’s and your clients’ lives easier.

Thank you again for trusting Stockpress to handle such an important part of your workflow. We’re excited to keep building features that add even more value for you and your clients.

  ### 5. Stockpress has made file management actually happen for my team!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaytlan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has made it easy and streamlined for my team to upload, organize and manage files! Now everyone on the team can access files and put them to work. The customer service of the Stockpress team was amazing. They worked through the Stockpress system with us and gave us tips on a solution that works well for my team. Love this software!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

At this point, my team loves it all! We have no suggestions on improvements.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system is easy to use and organize files. Our team works offsite and sometimes in the outdoors. The software makes it quick and easy for them to upload content and pull off files if need be quickly.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you so much for sharing this! We love hearing how your team has been able to not just manage files but really put them to work with Stockpress. It’s especially great to know that even when your team is working offsite—or outdoors—they can still upload, access, and organize what they need quickly. That’s exactly the kind of flexibility we aim to provide.

We’re also thrilled our customer support team was able to guide you through setup and share tips tailored to your workflow. Your success with the platform is what drives us, and feedback like this lets us know we’re on the right track.

We’re excited to keep making Stockpress even more helpful for your team, and we’re so glad you’re enjoying it all so far.

  ### 6. This is the best file management software I have ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee L. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I have to tell you it’s so nice getting a file or video and it opens right up in Stockpress. I don’t have to deal with Drobox or box and try to figure out which email I used before and who they sent it to and try to find the file in the mess.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I haven't found one yet. It is exactly as they advertise.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress allows my team to easily manage many clients assets and share across the team and with our clients. Everyone can upload files, images, powerpoints, etc and tag them to easily find them later. It was so easy to migrate all of our files over from google drive.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We really appreciate you taking the time to share this! It’s fantastic to hear that Stockpress has made managing and opening files feel so much easier—no more digging through old emails or trying to remember which login was used. That’s exactly the kind of frustration we set out to remove.

It’s also great to know your team is getting value from migrating everything over, tagging assets, and sharing them seamlessly with clients and colleagues. Hearing that it’s “exactly as advertised” means a lot to us, and we’re thrilled Stockpress has become the best file management software for you.

Thanks again for the kind words—we’ll keep building features that make managing and sharing files even more effortless.

  ### 8. Stockpress as an orginizational tool, and creative way to express yourself

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lillie J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I enjoy being able to choose expiration dates, and being able to sort things in different sections

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It can be very hard to get other people signed up

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoyed the update to choose expiration dates, and I also enjoy how it is so easy to organize all ideas

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve been enjoying features like expiration dates and flexible ways to organize your ideas.

We noticed your comment about it being hard to get others signed up—so we wanted to highlight that Stockpress includes unlimited users on every plan. That means you can invite as many teammates, collaborators, or clients as you need, without worrying about extra costs or restrictions. We designed it this way so adding people feels frictionless, and everyone can be part of the same organized space.

  ### 9. Amazed at how easy and convenient Stockpress is!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mauricio S. | Founder, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Easy, intuitive, and simply an amazing platform, with a refreshing UX/UI. I never thought file sharing, asset tracking, and asset management was going to be as easy as it is with Stockpress

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I used to dislike that they didn't have updateable links - until they read my mind and developed it!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As with any startup, teams tend to work on many different initiatives at the same time. This causes collateral to change, messaging to shift, and assets to become obsolete. If the communication is not consistent, big execution gaps can start to happen. Stockpress is solving a huge communication problem via asset management and file sharing/storing that I had. My team, department, and organization feel we're all going in the same direction now and have Stockpress to thank

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you for such a thoughtful review—we love hearing how Stockpress is helping your team stay aligned and moving in the same direction.

We’re especially glad you’ve been enjoying the updateable links feature. Like you mentioned, when messaging shifts or assets need updating, it’s a game-changer to be able to share one link that always points to the latest version—no confusion, no broken communication loops. It’s one of those small but powerful features that keeps collaboration smooth across fast-moving teams like yours.

Your feedback about how Stockpress helps reduce execution gaps and keeps everyone working from the same source of truth means a lot to us. We built Stockpress to take the weight out of file management and turn it into something that feels easy, intuitive, and reliable.

Thanks again for sharing your experience—it’s awesome to see Stockpress making that impact for your organization!

  ### 10. Easy to share with clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lindsey H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

It's easy to share a focused collection with my clients. The overall look of the platform is clean and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

They're still new and earning the trust as a safe place to store content. As they grow in reputation, the trust will grow.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A single place to share content collections and collaborate with my clients.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience—we’re so glad to hear that Stockpress has made it easy for you to share collections with your clients in a clean, focused way. That’s exactly what we set out to build: a platform that makes collaboration not just possible, but pleasant.

We also really appreciate your note about trust. As a growing platform, we take security and reliability very seriously and are constantly investing in features and safeguards that make Stockpress a safe place for your content. Trust builds over time, and we’re committed to earning it with every update and every customer interaction.

  ### 11. Take a hike, sharing roadblocks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal Y. | Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

There are no storage or sharing permission roadblocks. How many times has Dropbox blocked a file download during a crucial moment because the person receiving the file didn't have enough storage? Even though the recipient had more than enough?

Stockpress is really easy to use and visually beautiful. I've introduced them to clients who have been thrilled with the product. And their live person customer service is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There's nothing to dislike. It's just a little daunting to move over 10 years worth of files on Dropbox and google drive to a new home, and the potential hurdle of having to educate people on a different system. But the Stockpress team has graciously offered to assist me with the move when I'm ready - with zero pressure.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving storage or sharing permission roadblocks. How many times has Dropbox blocked a file download during a crucial moment because the person receiving the file didn't have enough storage? Even though the recipient had more than enough? They are always looking to help and take feedback to the next level.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We love your headline—"Take a hike, sharing roadblocks!" perfectly sums up what we aim for. No storage limits, no frustrating permission errors—just simple, reliable sharing that works every time.

We hear you on the challenge of moving years of files from other platforms. That’s exactly why our team offers hands-on help with migrations, at your pace and without pressure. And once you’re in Stockpress, unlimited users and flexible sharing mean your team and clients never hit the walls that other platforms throw up.

We’re so glad you’ve had a great experience introducing Stockpress to your clients and that our support team has been there when you need them. Thanks for trusting us to be the place where your files—and your peace of mind—live.

  ### 12. Great service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brent F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Very personalized plans and a lot of features. The user interface is easy to learn and customizable.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Very few downsides. The only issue I run into is getting a little mixed up with permissions.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress is a great tool for file management and storage.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is great to hear that the balance of flexibility and ease of use is working well for you. Having something that is quick to learn, but still customizable enough to fit how your team works, is exactly what we are aiming for.

The note on permissions is really helpful as well. It is an area that becomes more important as teams grow and sharing expands, so it is good to understand where things can feel a little unclear. We are continuing to improve how permissions are structured and surfaced so it is easier to see who has access to what at a glance.

And on the core problem you mentioned, having a reliable place for file management and storage is the foundation everything else builds on. Once that is in place, the rest of the workflow tends to fall into place much more naturally.

Thanks for taking the time to share this, it is really appreciated.

  ### 13. Even better than what I had hoped to find, and couldn't anywhere else

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie S. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

NO FOLDERS! Everything is searchable based on what matters to you and your team. Each person gets to organize it however works for them without using a clunky folder system. There are multiple ways to find what you need in a few clicks.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I haven't found anything I dislike about Stockpress. The most challenging thing is getting everyone to understand how it works because everyone is, unfortunately, used to a folder system instead of a search powerhouse platform. If everyone were to forego their archaic thinking, willing to step out of the box a little bit, everyone would want to use Stockpress for everything.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a platform that could work across our entire division to store all of our marketing collaterals, stationery, pieces tailored to different groups of people, and any print materials to keep us running. Stockpress helps answer questions so that I don't have to answer them via email: "What do we have for our center related to *blank*?" "Have you done any *blank* pieces for *blank* in the past?" "Does *blank* have business cards?" "Does *blank* need updating?" The questions are endless, and Stockpress can answer all of them in seconds.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This was a fun one to read—thank you for sharing it.

The shift away from folders to something searchable and flexible is a big one. It can feel unfamiliar at first, but once it clicks, it completely changes how people interact with their content. Being able to organize things in a way that works for each individual, while still keeping everything connected, is exactly what we are aiming for.

You are also spot on about the challenge. The hardest part is not the product, it is helping people unlearn the old way of doing things. Folders are deeply ingrained, so making that transition to a more search-led approach takes a bit of time. It is worth it though, and it is great to hear that you are already seeing the benefit.

The examples you shared really bring it to life as well. Those constant “Do we have this?” or “Has this been done before?” questions add up quickly. If Stockpress can answer those in seconds instead of them landing in your inbox, that is a big win for everyone involved.

Really appreciate you taking the time to write this. It is great to see how it is being used across your division.

  ### 14. Excellent Platform for Marketing Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara U. | Agent Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The platform's layout is crisp, clear & easy to navigate and find what you're looking for, and it's easy to collaborate with others on your team and share assets with them. Everything is very organized and concise, and the level of service we receive from the page administrators is top-notch!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There isn't anything in this field I wish to add.

**Recommendations to others considering Stockpress:**

For anyone looking to use this software for photo libraries as we do, I recommend fully utilizing collections and getting familiar with the best way to add photos to said collections in order to keep things organized.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to have a place to keep our marketing assets, where all agents and admins can access them easily. We've also been able to keep all property photos in one convenient place that admins and marketing staff can access as well as the agents.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is great to read—thank you for sharing it.

Clarity and ease of navigation are things we think about a lot, so it is good to hear that finding and sharing assets feels straightforward for your team. When everything is organized and easy to access, collaboration tends to follow naturally.

Really appreciate the mention of support as well. That level of service is something we care deeply about, so it is great to know it is making a difference.

Also love the recommendation around collections. That is exactly where teams can start to shape Stockpress around how they work, without relying on rigid structures. Once collections click, keeping things organized becomes much easier.

And the outcome you described—having one place where marketing, admins, and agents can all access the same assets—is a big one. It removes a lot of back and forth and helps everyone stay aligned.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It is really valuable to hear how it is being used day to day.

  ### 15. Excellent Platform for Digital Asset Mgmt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron M. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

It is pretty easy to navigate and it has a butt-load of organizational options to put things and find things where you want. Adding things to the platform are elementary.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Initially, it was a bit complicated to some administrative tasks like adjusting user customization and permissions but I'm excited for more streamlined processes as it updates.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I finally have a centralized place to store digital assets and share them with clients. Other options either weren't as manageable, didn't have as many options, or simply didn't look as good.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> “Butt-load of organizational options” might be a first for us… but we will take it 🙂

Really glad to hear that navigation and uploading feel straightforward. When adding and organizing content is simple, everything else tends to fall into place much more easily.

The point on admin tasks is very fair. Permissions and user setup are areas where things can feel a bit more complex, especially early on. It is something we are actively improving so that managing access and customization feels just as intuitive as the rest of the platform.

And the outcome you described is exactly what we hope for. Having one centralized place to store assets and confidently share them with clients, without compromising on usability or flexibility, is a big step forward from the alternatives you mentioned.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is really helpful to hear how it is working in practice.

  ### 16. So far so good. I'm definitely more organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

For me, the ease of use and flexibility of features is the best part of Stockpress. I am able to use one platform to store all of my work - AND - share it with my clients without having to pay for a license for all of them. I can just add them to my workspace and they can download what they need, when they need it.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Sometimes I do miss a folder stucture - so am hoping I can add Collections in Collections soon.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using WeTransfer to get files to clients even though I could track that they downloaded them - I would end up sending links over and over because they wouldn't save everything or they would lose the link. Being able to add them to my account is great because I can send them a share link, and they can log in and download their images whenever they want.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is great to hear that things are already feeling more organized—that is usually the first big win.

Being able to manage your work and share it with clients from one place (without needing to pay for extra licenses) is exactly how we think it should work. Once clients can access what they need, when they need it, without chasing links, it takes a lot of pressure off.

Your point about folders is a really common one as well. That shift from folders to a more flexible structure takes a bit of getting used to, and wanting things like collections within collections makes sense depending on how you are used to organizing. It is helpful feedback, and something we continue to think about as we evolve the product.

And the comparison to tools like WeTransfer really brings the benefit to life. Sending links over and over again, only for them to get lost or expire, is a frustrating loop. Moving to a setup where clients can log in and access everything whenever they need it is a much more reliable way of working.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is great to hear how it is helping your day-to-day.

  ### 17. A True Asset for Day-to-Day Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandyn B. | Regional Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

“The functionality and ease of navigating Stockpress has increased efficiency, improved collaboration, and become an essential of our day-to-day operation.”

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

We have no complaints at this time; the team is constantly pushing updates to improve functionality!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform has been key to organizing assets and improving collaboration across departments and teams.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is great to hear—especially the “day-to-day” part.

When something becomes part of how a team naturally works, that is usually the clearest sign it is doing what it should. Increased efficiency and better collaboration are great outcomes, but it is the consistency of using it every day that really makes the difference.

It is also good to hear that asset organization and cross-team collaboration are improving together. Those two things are closely linked, and when they are both working well, teams tend to move a lot faster with a lot less friction.

Appreciate the note on updates as well. We are always building, but it is important that it feels like those improvements are helping, not getting in the way.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is great to hear how embedded Stockpress has become in your workflow.

  ### 18. StockPress the new way for file sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana P. | CEO of Ritual Motion

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The ease of use. We have a ton of different files for my company. Stock Press makes it very easy and fast to upload, find and download assets.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Wish there was a simple way to transfer all of my files from places like DropBox ect

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time, Time Time. Stock Press has helped save our team tons of time finding assets for the project. Also great to give our clients links to get what they need.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Time, time, time… we will take that 🙂

It is great to hear that uploading, finding, and downloading assets is feeling fast and straightforward. When you are dealing with a large volume of files, those everyday actions really matter.

The point on moving files over from places like Dropbox is a good one. Getting content into Stockpress should feel just as easy as using it day to day. We do support imports and migrations, but we know there is always more we can do to make that process simpler and more seamless, especially for larger libraries.

And the impact you have described is exactly what we hope for. Saving time internally, and making it easy to share what clients need without back and forth, tends to change how projects move forward.

Thanks for sharing this. It is great to hear the difference it is making for your team.

  ### 19. Storage solution for digital assets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina Y. | PR consultant

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The site is easy to use and simplifies the organization of a ton of assets so it's easier to find what you need quickly

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing is missing, once you learn how to use the site it's very turnkey

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are organizing massive numbers of photos from events so that different groups, including reporters, social media managers, marketing and talent, can find what they need quickly.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is great to hear that things are feeling simple and easy to use, especially when you are dealing with a large volume of assets.

Organizing event content at that scale can get complicated quickly, so being able to bring everything into one place and make it easy to search is a big shift. When different groups like reporters, social teams, marketing, and talent can all find what they need without digging, it tends to speed everything up across the board.

The “turnkey” point is a really nice one as well. Once things click, it should feel natural to use day to day, not like something you have to think about.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is great to hear how it is supporting your workflow.

  ### 20. Stockpress is a terrific photo repository and user experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I like the "like" option for photos along with the ability to sort by likes - so great for ordering real estate photography!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I think the download all vs download selected options can be confusing - perhaps it's possible to call this out more? It would also be amazing to have a naming convention built into the tool - for example, numbering photos 1,2,3 etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Stockpress:**

To purchase it!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has the ability to store and share photos with agents in the cloud that are accessible to all wherever they go! This makes for a great agent experience.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is a great one—especially the use of likes for ordering.

That feature really comes into its own in scenarios like real estate, where quickly identifying and prioritizing the best images matters. Being able to sort by likes and move from selection to action without extra steps is exactly the kind of workflow we want to support.

The feedback on downloads is really helpful too. The difference between “download all” and “download selected” should feel completely obvious in the moment, so it is a good callout for us to make that clearer in the interface.

And the naming convention point is a strong suggestion. Numbering or applying consistent naming at scale is something a lot of teams run into, especially with photography, so it is useful to hear that directly.

The outcome you described is exactly what we are aiming for as well. Giving agents access to the right photos, wherever they are, without friction, makes a real difference to their day-to-day experience.

Also, we will take the recommendation 🙂

Thanks again for taking the time to share this.

  ### 21. Operations Director

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has taken the best of other asset management systems and rolled into one. The staff is always available and will work with you to identify streamlined workflows.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I have do not have any negative feedback, the team is consistently improving the capabilities.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place for all assets as well as the supporting documents is helpful. When working on a creative project you can keep everything in one place, have all of the versions but know that the latest version is the asset being used.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is great to hear, especially from an operations perspective.

Bringing everything into one place—assets, supporting documents, and versions—tends to have a big impact on how smoothly projects run. When you know where everything lives, and which version is the one to use, it removes a lot of the small uncertainties that can slow teams down.

It is also really good to hear that the team has been helpful in shaping workflows with you. That is a big part of how we think about Stockpress. It is not just about the product, it is about helping teams find a way of working that actually fits.

And the note on continuous improvement is appreciated as well. We are always building, but it is important that it feels like it is moving in the right direction.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is really valuable to hear how it is supporting your day-to-day work.

  ### 22. Very Effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

That Stockpress automatically imports my image metadata that we add in Photo Mechanic. It saves us hours of time.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I would love to be able to find and replace typos in my image metadata all at once.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting large amounts of images to our teams quickly and making sure we can track how they're using the images.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> That is a great workflow to hear about.

Bringing metadata straight through from tools like Photo Mechanic and having it just work inside Stockpress is exactly where teams start to save serious time. Hours saved on manual tagging adds up very quickly, especially with large image sets.

The find and replace point is a really good one. When you are working at scale, small metadata fixes can become surprisingly time-consuming. Being able to clean things up in bulk is something we know would make a big difference, so it is great to have that called out.

And the impact you described ties it all together. Getting large volumes of images out to teams quickly, while still keeping visibility on how they are being used, is a big shift from more manual processes.

Thanks for sharing this. It is a really strong example of how these workflows should feel.

  ### 23. Stockpress is intuitive, scalable, and easy to collaborate on.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson M. | COO

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Version control and whitelabeling for clients

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

The other platforms that aren't Stockpress.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asset management and client access. Chat functions are beneficial.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Short and sharp—we like it 🙂

Version control and whitelabeling are two areas where things can quickly get messy without the right setup, so it is great to hear those are working well for you. Being able to manage versions confidently while giving clients a branded, seamless experience makes a big difference.

We will take the feedback on the other platforms as well 😄

And the core problems you mentioned—asset management and client access—are exactly what it all comes down to. When those are handled well, collaboration tends to fall into place, and features like chat can support that without getting in the way.

Thanks for sharing this. It is great to hear how you are using Stockpress.
