## About Stockpress
Stockpress is an affordable Digital Asset Management (DAM) software solution with unlimited users that helps marketing, creative, and content teams organize, find, and share digital assets across their organization. Stockpress is designed for teams managing growing volumes of files—such as images, videos, design files, and documents—who need a structured, searchable system without the complexity typically associated with enterprise DAM platforms. It combines elements of traditional file management systems with DAM-specific capabilities like metadata tagging, version control, and controlled sharing, enabling teams to maintain visibility and access across internal and external collaborators. The platform is commonly used by marketing, creative, and content teams to support workflows such as campaign execution, brand asset distribution, content production, and collaboration with partners or clients. It is structured to support both small teams and larger organizations by offering scalable access without per-user licensing constraints. Stockpress supports the full lifecycle of digital assets—from upload and organization to distribution and reuse—helping teams reduce time spent searching for files and improving consistency in how assets are used across channels. Key features and capabilities include: - Asset organization and search: AI-powered and manual tagging, collections, and filters to make files easier to locate and manage - Collaboration and sharing: Controlled access, share links, and guest upload functionality for internal teams and external contributors - Version control and duplication management: Track file updates and reduce redundant assets with duplicate detection - Integrations with creative tools: Connections with platforms such as Adobe, Canva, and web tools to support existing workflows - Flexible pricing model: Storage-based pricing with unlimited users, supporting broader team adoption without per-seat costs Stockpress is typically adopted by teams that have outgrown basic file storage tools but do not require the overhead of highly complex DAM implementations. It is used to improve asset accessibility, maintain organization as content scales, and enable more efficient collaboration across distributed teams.

## Stockpress Reviews
  ### 1. Very useful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has made organizing our web design team's image library so much easier. We were having a hard time finding photos to reuse before and this tool helps so much.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I don't have much to complain about, other than I've been trying to go through Stockpress to add data to each image and I lose track sometimes because the sorting of folders changes

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress makes it way easier to search for images and that's a huge win for our team

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thanks so much for the review — we really appreciate you sharing this.

Helping web design teams find and reuse images easily is exactly what Stockpress was built for, so it’s great to hear it’s made a real difference for your team.

Thanks as well for calling out the folder sorting experience while adding data. That’s really useful feedback, and something we’re actively mindful of as teams spend more time enriching their libraries.

We’re glad search is already a big win for you, and we’ll keep working to make organizing and managing assets even easier over time. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — it means a lot to us.

  ### 2. Excellent asset management platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Photography

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

My team and I love Stockpress, it's an incredibly easy platform to navigate and has a ton of customizable features. We love the ability to customize share links with unique urls and logos. Access control options are also very robust, which helps us keep our content secure. I also can't say enough about the personalized support - they are super responsive to any issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It would be great if the platform was a little quicker to load image previews and prep download links.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress gives us the ability to easily organize, manage, and share images and videos from events around the globe with clients around the globe.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear that the platform feels easy to navigate while still giving you the flexibility to customize things like share links and branding. Helping teams present their assets professionally, while keeping content secure, is something we care a lot about, so it’s lovely to hear that’s working well for you.

We’re also grateful for the kind words about support. Being responsive and helpful is a big priority for us, especially when teams are working to tight timelines.

Thanks as well for the honest feedback on preview loading and download preparation. Performance is something we’re always working to improve, and input like this helps us focus on what matters most in real-world use.

And it’s fantastic to hear Stockpress is helping you manage and share event content globally with confidence. Thanks again for choosing Stockpress — we’re excited to keep building alongside you.

  ### 3. We love Stockpress!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has been a total game changer. It has improved our workflow, enhanced our sharing capabilities, and improved our organizational hygiene immensely. My favorite thing is the user-friendly layout. And the price point!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

No complaints! It has been highly functional for us. I guess some of the AI tagging features could be better? But I think that functionality has already improved in the year that we've been using the platform.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Their use of AI for tagging is improving.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you — we really appreciate you sharing this.

Hearing that Stockpress has improved your workflow, sharing, and overall organization is exactly the outcome we’re aiming for. It’s great to know the layout and pricing are working well for your team too — both were very intentional decisions on our side.

Thanks as well for the honest feedback on AI tagging. That’s an area we’ve been investing in steadily, and it’s encouraging to hear you’ve already noticed improvements over the time you’ve been using Stockpress.

We really appreciate your continued trust in the platform, and we’re excited to keep building and improving alongside you.

  ### 4. Excellent SAAS - We use it daily.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Organization, flexibility, and scalability - all built in!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Sometimes there is not a clear path to the assets. While the assets are easy to find, the multitude of pathways could be more effecient.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our internal and external assets in the same place. Easy updates to files.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is great to hear — thank you for taking the time to share it.

Organization, flexibility, and scalability are three things we work hard to balance, so it’s really rewarding to hear they’re making a difference in your day-to-day work. And the fact that you're using Stockpress daily is probably one of the best compliments we can receive.

We also appreciate the thoughtful feedback around navigation and asset pathways. One of the strengths of Stockpress is that there are often multiple ways to get to the same asset, but we understand that can sometimes feel less direct than it could be. Feedback like this helps us continue refining the experience so it's both flexible and efficient.

And having all of your internal and external assets in one place, with easy updates when files change, gets right to the heart of what Stockpress is designed to do. Less time managing content, more time using it.

Thanks again for the review and for making Stockpress part of your everyday workflow.

  ### 5. Convenient and Reliable

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

So many file types to choose from. I love that I can upload all file types and share them with internal and external users for easier access.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Sometimes the dashboard can be overwhelming, and I am not sure where to start finding what I need.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping my team put together storage of high res photos and brand elements in one place that's accessible to internal and external users with the appropriate restrictions.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you for sharing this — we really appreciate the honest feedback.

Being able to store and share all file types in one place, and confidently make them accessible to both internal and external users, is a core part of what Stockpress is designed to do, so it’s great to hear that’s working well for your team.

Thanks as well for calling out the dashboard experience. That’s useful feedback, and something we’re actively mindful of as teams grow their libraries. Helping people quickly understand where to start — and find what they need without friction — is an area we continue to refine.

We’re glad Stockpress is helping you keep high-res photos and brand elements organized and accessible, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave such a considered review.

  ### 6. Great value for how much it enhanced workflow and productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott C. | Heart Gallery of South Central Texas Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

It does what it says on the box. I did a significant amount of shopping around for a good DAM platform that would work for our organization. By far, Stockpress met the greatest number of features we desired. The price of course, was the deciding factor. Very good value. The tagging works really well and once you get rolling, it can auto-tag photos and elements.
The ease of implementation was relatively easy. There was a considerable amount of time spent uploading, but once that's done, migrating your existing assets over, it really is a dream to work with. It also fit into our daily workflow and made sharing assets with vendors and clients alike incredibly seamless.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

The only downside is the initial work it takes to load all your assets and get tagging set up, however, the payoff is very much worth the effort given how seamlessly Stockpress integrated into our workflow.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just having a central repository that the team can work with easily that doesn't require us to reinvent the wheel and change all of our current workflows.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear that Stockpress checked all the boxes for your team—and that it’s been such a good fit for your workflow.

We’re glad the tagging, auto-tagging, and sharing features are helping make day-to-day work easier, and that the platform has integrated seamlessly with how you already operate. We know the initial upload and tagging setup can take some time, so we appreciate you highlighting that the payoff has been worth it.

Thanks for sharing your experience—it’s great to know Stockpress is delivering both value and productivity gains for your organization.

  ### 7. Love Stockpress!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The UX overall, storage and price point. Great product overall

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Tagging/search can be more accurate and advanced

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing our digital assets in 1 spot and making them reusable

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Hearing you call out the UX, storage, and price point means a lot, because those are three areas we care deeply about getting right.

We also appreciate the feedback on tagging and search. Findability is such an important part of digital asset management, and thoughtful input like this helps us keep improving where it matters most.

And your point about centralizing assets in one place and making them reusable gets to the heart of the value. When assets are easier to find and reuse, teams get more out of the content they’ve already created — and that has a real impact.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review and for being part of Stockpress. “Love Stockpress!” made our day.

  ### 8. Robust interface, fast UI & phenomenal pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint S. | Graphic Designer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

First and foremost, the straightforward pricing structure is amazing for our company. The features offered are industry standard, without the huge price tag. Implementation and integration was a breeze. Customer service was always quickly available to answer all questions along the way. I cannot recommend Stockpress enough.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Many competitors offer robust AI functionality. Although Stockpress has plans to implement many of these features, they are a bit behind the competition. At times, the UI can be a bit confusing for new users, but it's not bad at all.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress offers an all-in-one solution for storing and tagging our photography at a great price.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thanks so much for the thoughtful review—and the kind words about our pricing, support, and setup experience!

We’re really glad Stockpress has been a good fit for your team, especially when it comes to organizing photography without the high price tag. Making things feel accessible and easy to get started with is a big part of what we’re aiming for.

You’re right on the money about AI—we’re actively working on adding functionality that feels genuinely helpful, not just flashy. We want to make sure any new features actually support how teams work, rather than get in the way. And thanks for the note on UI—we’re always looking for ways to make the platform feel even more intuitive for new users.

Appreciate you being on the journey with us!

  ### 9. User-friendly, Responsive Support, and functional DAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Luxury Goods & Jewelry

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I like the customer service and responsiveness. I value this heavily when using any service.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I don't see any downsides, any features that we are missing get added very quickly once we ask for them.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing marketing assets - sharing, tracking, protecting assets.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is great to hear — thank you for sharing it.

Support and responsiveness are things we care deeply about, so it really means a lot to hear that’s been your experience. Especially when it comes to something as important as managing your assets, knowing you can get quick, thoughtful help makes a big difference.

We also really appreciate your note on feature requests. Being able to listen, prioritize, and ship improvements quickly is a big part of how we approach building Stockpress, so it’s great to hear that’s coming through.

And managing marketing assets — from sharing to tracking to protecting them — is exactly what we want to make easier for teams day-to-day.
Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review — we’re really glad Stockpress is supporting your work.

  ### 10. An amazing and user-friendly tool that streamlines my daily tasks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonatan A.

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress offers a highly structured workspace, intuitive functionalities, and extensive customization options. We particularly appreciate its ability to organize and sort assets in various ways, catering to our specific needs and perspectives. It's a remarkably versatile tool that's constantly being improved, which is a significant advantage. Furthermore, the responsive IT support is a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It would be beneficial if the features available for images, such as watermarking, AI-tagging, and animated previews, were also applicable to video formats.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress has significantly improved our ability to organize and quickly locate our vast repository of creative assets. We deliver thousands of assets to our customers and frequently need to select specific ones for prospects and internal clients. This process, which was once a challenging and time-consuming task, is now much simpler and has greatly boosted our productivity.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Really appreciate you taking a moment to leave such a detailed review—it's great to hear how Stockpress is supporting your workflow.

We’re especially glad the flexibility in organizing and sorting assets is helping your team move faster and more confidently. That’s exactly the kind of impact we aim for.

Thanks for the note on video functionality as well. You’re not alone in wanting features like watermarking and tagging for video—we hear you, and it’s something we’re actively exploring.

We're glad to be part of your process, and we're excited to keep improving with teams like yours in mind.

  ### 11. Game Changer for NPO DAM Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The platform is designed and organized intuitively. It has all the tools we need, and none of the confusing fluff that comes with other DAMs. Most nonprofits can't afford DAM platforms, but Stockpress's nonprofit pricing structure makes this accessible for us.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I really wish it would integrate with Google Drive and InDesign.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We share assets between multiple parties. Before, when using Google Drive, we would have to copy the files into multiple locations to keep them safe. Stockpress makes it so much easier to share an asset without making multiple copies.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you so much for this review!

It’s great to hear that Stockpress feels intuitive and focused, without the extra complexity that can come with traditional DAM platforms. That “powerful but not overwhelming” balance is exactly what we aim for.

We’re especially glad the nonprofit pricing is making DAM accessible for your team. Nonprofits do incredible work, and having the right tools shouldn’t be out of reach because of enterprise pricing models.

Thanks as well for the feedback on Google Drive and InDesign integrations. Both are areas we’re actively thinking about, and it’s helpful to understand how they would fit into your workflow.

And we love the sharing use case you mentioned. Avoiding duplicate files while sharing assets with multiple stakeholders is a huge win, and it’s exactly the kind of problem Stockpress is designed to solve.

Thanks again for the kind words — we’re excited to keep supporting your team and building alongside you.

  ### 12. A Seamless, Professional Experience That Elevates My Brand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has become an essential part of how I deliver photography to my clients. The platform is clean, intuitive, and truly professional—exactly the kind of presentation that reflects the quality of my work and aligns seamlessly with my brand.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There’s always a wish list, but nothing truly feels like a deal-breaker. As a small media company, the pricing feels a bit high—but the platform is clearly built with enterprise-level quality in mind, and that shows. One area I’d love to see grow is their video functionality. I work with a lot of video content, and I’d love features more in line with what Vimeo or Dropbox Replay offers. That said, I haven’t fully explored all the video tools yet, so I may discover more as I dig in. Overall, these are more wishes than dislikes.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress provides a modern, up-to-date platform that allows me to deliver photography to clients in a professional and impressive way. It solves the challenge of presenting and sharing high-quality work efficiently, giving clients a seamless experience to review, select, and download images. This not only enhances my workflow but also strengthens how my brand is perceived.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Thank you so much for this generous review—and for sharing how Stockpress fits into your client experience.

We love hearing that the platform is helping you present your work in a way that feels clean, professional, and true to your brand. That’s exactly what we hope to deliver—tools that elevate the great work our users are already doing.

Totally hear you on video, too. It’s a big focus for us right now, and we're committed to building features that meet the bar our customers expect. And thanks for the note on pricing—our aim is to deliver enterprise-level quality in a way that feels accessible, and feedback like yours helps us keep that balance in check.

We’re so glad to be part of your process—thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.

  ### 13. A Project Managers Dream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

From the moment we started using it, we noticed a huge improvement in how easily we could organize, search, and share files across departments. The platform is intuitive and flexible. Tagging, adding keywords, and using status filters makes it incredibly efficient to find exactly what you’re looking for, even in a large, fast-growing library.

Collaboration has also become seamless. Whether we're onboarding new team members or working with external partners, Stockpress makes it easy to control access and keep everything in one centralized location.

Most importantly, their support team is responsive and genuinely helpful. They’re clearly invested in our success. If you’re looking for a powerful, user-friendly DAM platform that actually works the way creative teams work, I can’t recommend Stockpress enough.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

To get the most out of Stockpress, it's essential to use the platform as it's intended. That means consistently applying keywords, using status filters, and tagging files appropriately. These features aren’t optional, they’re fundamental to organizing and retrieving your assets efficiently. If these tools are underutilized, your experience with Stockpress will be limited, and the system won’t work as effectively as it should.

Taking the time to learn how each feature works is key to maximizing your productivity and ensuring the platform supports your team's workflow. A little effort up front leads to significant time savings and smoother collaboration down the line.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Stockpress, sharing files with clients was a time-consuming process. We would be juggling email attachments, cloud drives, and scattered folders. Since switching, everything has become more streamlined and professional. We can now easily share curated folders with clients, and the ability for them to upload their own assets directly into those folders has saved us hours of back-and-forth.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> This is such a fantastic review—thank you!

You’ve nailed what Stockpress is all about: making it easier for teams to organize, find, and share their content in a way that actually supports how they work. It’s especially great to hear that features like tagging, filters, and access controls are helping you stay organized across departments and with external partners.

We really appreciate your point about consistency. You’re spot on—when teams take full advantage of tagging and filters, it unlocks a whole new level of efficiency. That upfront effort pays off quickly, and we’re always here to support you through it.

Thanks again for the kind words and for being such an engaged user—we’re so glad Stockpress is making a difference for your team.

  ### 14. Effortless Search and a Good Fit

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha S.

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Our users find it easy to browse and search for content. Features like automatic tagging, filters, and custom fields that we can tailor to our organization's specific needs help make this easy for both our administrators and users.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Frequent updates and the introduction of new features sometimes result in buttons or interface elements being relocated, which can be confusing for some users.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to create a content library that is visually appealing, easy to search and navigate, shareable, and affordable.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is great to hear that search and browsing are feeling easy for your users. When people can find what they need without having to think too hard about it, that is usually when a system is doing its job well.

The combination of automatic tagging, filters, and custom fields is exactly how we hope teams shape Stockpress around their own way of working, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all structure. It is good to hear that is working well for both admins and everyday users.

On the updates, that is really fair feedback. We are always improving and adding to the product, but we know that even small changes to buttons or layout can throw people off, especially for teams using it every day. It is something we are actively working on to make those changes feel more predictable and easier to follow.

Also love how you described the outcome. A content library that is easy to search, simple to navigate, visually clear, and still affordable is exactly what we are aiming for.

Thanks again for sharing this, it is really helpful insight for us.

  ### 15. Stockpress and my nonprofit clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The application itself is intuitive and user-friendly with surprisingly robust features. Ian Parkes, the co-founder, has been wonderfully generous with his time and and attention in setting up my account so that I can launch my business offering digital asset management systems to nonprofits.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I have found nothing to dislike. It really is a terrific system.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My use case is unique in that I build and administer these systems for nonprofit clients with Stockpress as my application of choice. Stockpress solves the problems these organizations have with disorganized assets slowing down their work on their missions. Because Stockpress is a great system at affordable price, it is an easy sell and allows me to help these teams realize savings in time and money.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s fantastic to hear how Stockpress is helping you bring digital asset management to the nonprofit space.

We’re so glad the platform has been a good fit for your business model, and that it’s helping organizations save time, money, and effort so they can focus on their missions. It means a lot to know the setup process and support you received have made a difference in getting you up and running.

We really appreciate you choosing Stockpress as your go-to platform—and for the work you’re doing to help nonprofits stay organized and effective.

  ### 16. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

It’s easy to use and highly reliable. I especially love how simple it is to share documents and files with people outside my organization—without requiring them to create an account just to access collections. Overall, it’s a smart, well-designed product. And on the rare occasions I’ve needed customer support, I’ve gotten quick answers right away.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I love Stockpress, nothing to say or add here

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of our company's digital assets and the ability to easily share assets to external parties.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> There’s something really satisfying about a setup that just works-so it’s great to hear that’s been your experience.
Sharing with people outside your organization is one of those areas that often gets overcomplicated. Being able to send collections without asking someone to create an account (or jump through hoops) is exactly how it should feel-simple, quick, and out of the way.

Also appreciate the note on reliability and support. Needing help should be the exception, not the rule-but when it does happen, getting a fast, clear response makes all the difference.

And the core problem you’ve called out keeping assets organized while making them easy to share externally-is really what it all comes down to. When those two things are working together, everything else tends to move a lot more smoothly.
Thanks for sharing this, it means a lot.

  ### 17. It's significantly moved our team forward

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

A very well designed and easy to use product. Cost efficient for us as a non-profit and powerful. All our images are centralized so the whole team has access, improving the work we create and making this much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

A few small irritating quirks, but nothing significant. Regular updates demonstrate to us the StockPress team is on things, always looking to improve the product.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized assets, making things more efficient across the team. Also solving asset storage issues.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It is really great to hear that Stockpress has helped move things forward for your team. That is exactly the outcome we are aiming for.

Centralizing everything so the whole team can access and use the same set of images tends to have a bigger impact than people expect. It is not just about storage, it is about improving the quality and consistency of the work that comes out the other side, while saving time along the way.

It is also great to hear that the balance of cost and capability is working well for you as a non-profit. That is something we care a lot about, making sure teams can access something powerful without it feeling out of reach.

On the quirks, that is fair feedback. No product is ever “done,” and those small moments are often the ones we focus on most. The regular updates are very intentional, and it is good to know that is coming through.

Thanks again for taking the time to share this. It is genuinely helpful for the team.

  ### 18. A "DAM" great tool!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

1. Stockpress' share function is top of the line, giving you the flexibility to manage who-sees-what-by-when, which is critical for client-facing account work.
2. The guest upload feature is a great value-add for teams that need to collaborate on larger file sizes.
3. Being able to set a link to a specific assets, and then use Stockpress' version control feature to update the version while the link is still live is a big win.
4. Customer service is lightning fast, very responsive and insightful, providing rapid solutions.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Downsides are that nobody else uses Stockpress and it can feel "clunky" or hard to navigate at times.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actively taking feedback from its users in real time. I know I can rely on Stockpress devs/customer service to try and make their platform better for me as a user.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Love this review—thank you for laying out exactly which features make a difference for you.

It’s great to hear that sharing controls, guest uploads, and live link updates are proving so useful in your client work. Those are all areas we put a lot of thought into, so it’s rewarding to know they’re making an impact.

We hear you on navigation, too. We’re always looking for ways to make Stockpress feel smoother and more intuitive, and feedback like yours helps guide where we focus next. As for being one of the early adopters—you’re helping us build the kind of DAM more teams will want to use, so we appreciate you being part of that journey.

Thanks again for the kind words and for working with us to keep making Stockpress better.

  ### 19. A Game-Changer for Digital Asset Management - Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sasha G. | eCommerce Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

What I like best about StockPress is how truly self-service and accessible it is.
Unlike most DAM platforms, StockPress clearly lists its pricing online, no hidden fees or long sales calls, and there’s no need for an expensive implementation package. It was incredibly easy to set up on our own, and it offers all the essential features you’d expect from enterprise-level solutions, at a fraction of the price.

The platform is intuitive, fast, and efficient but what really stands out is the team behind it. They’re incredibly customer-centric, always willing to jump on a call, listen to feedback, and help tailor the platform to your needs. It’s rare to find a company that combines such great technology with such a personalized approach.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing for now. Everything is great so far.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Party Expert, our main challenge was bringing all our digital assets into one centralized platform to improve team collaboration.
Before StockPress, our product images, marketing visuals, and campaign content were scattered across different folders and tools, making it hard to manage versions and collaborate efficiently especially with our graphic designer and marketing team at the head office.

With StockPress, we now have one organized and easily searchable hub where all our product and marketing images live. This has made it much easier to share, update, and access assets across departments, ensuring everyone works with the most current visuals. It’s improved our workflow, saved time, and helped us maintain consistency across all channels.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Such a great review Sasha—thank you for sharing your experience in so much detail.

We love hearing that Stockpress has given your team one place to work from and made collaboration with your designer and marketing team that much easier. The fact that you’ve been able to set it up yourselves and start seeing the benefits right away is exactly what we aim for.

Really appreciate the shoutout on pricing and our team, too. Transparency and accessibility are big priorities for us, and it’s great to know those make a difference for you.

We’re excited to keep building on what’s working for you—and we’re so glad Stockpress has become part of your process.

  ### 20. A Game-Changing, Affordable, and Exceptionally Supported DAM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress checks off almost all of our boxes for security, sharability, and organization—with an incredibly intuitive interface. The staff are super responsive and extremely helpful. And the price is just right for our organization—it's almost hard to believe how affordable it is compared to many other DAMs that don't even come close to this level of excellence.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Haven't really run into any downsides yet. If I could recommend anything, it would be a built-in AI tool for culling incoming photos.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress is solving the problem of security in trying to share important branding and communications assets internally. It's also making external sharing much easier.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear that Stockpress is hitting the mark for your team on security, sharing, and organization.

We’re so glad the interface feels intuitive and that our team’s responsiveness has stood out to you—that combination of technology and support is exactly what we aim to deliver. And we really appreciate your note on pricing—it’s important to us to keep Stockpress accessible without compromising on quality.

The idea of an AI-powered culling tool is a smart one, and we’ll keep it in mind as we look at ways to make working with large photo sets even faster.

Thanks for sharing your experience—we’re happy Stockpress is making both internal and external sharing easier for your organization.

  ### 21. SPECTACULAR product and service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody C. | Senior Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

"They thought of everything" perfectly sums up what I appreciate about Stockpress. With my background in the marketing and creative sectors, I can confidently say that Stockpress has revolutionized file management and sharing. The workspace is intuitive and user-friendly, yet packed with impressive capabilities. Alongside their outstanding product, the service has been exceptional from the very beginning. Ian, Jessica, and the entire team have been dedicated to helping me design and tailor a workspace that suits my team’s needs. Our vast product line, filled with years of assets, posed no challenges thanks to their easy upload features. Additionally, the Stockpress team has supported us in implementing the software by offering training alongside their comprehensive help center. With complex sales channels and internal teams spread across North America, Stockpress has transformed the way we organize and share our sales and marketing materials.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

We are a few months in, and I haven't experienced any downsides to the platform.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress has made a massive difference in the way we organize sales and marketing collateral and share it with our company and sales channels.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> What an amazing review Cody, thank you for sharing this.

It’s fantastic to hear that Stockpress has made such a difference in organizing and sharing your sales and marketing materials, especially with such a large product line and distributed teams. We’re thrilled that the workspace setup, upload process, and training resources have made things easier from the start.

We also appreciate the kind words about our team—it means a lot to know that the support you’ve received has matched the experience you’ve had in the platform.

We’re so glad Stockpress is helping you work more smoothly across all your channels, and we can’t wait to keep building on that success with you.

  ### 22. Easy to use, Easy to work with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Everything from the first moment was simple, easy, and stress-free. Migrating over from Thirdlight was straightforward thanks to Ian! Lots of features are continuously added in, and if there isn't a feature, we get in touch to see if it can be implemented, and to great success.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Probably the only minus is that it doesn't integrate with Umbraco CMS - however I've looked around and most other DAMs don't either.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Housing a media library of images, with added user permissions based on hotel access. The Link Card feature is extremely handy to send public evergreen links to third parties.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear how smooth your move to Stockpress was—especially coming from another DAM.

We’re so pleased the migration process felt straightforward and that the platform has been easy to work with from day one. It’s also great to hear that features like Link Cards and permissions are helping you manage your media library in a way that works for your team and partners.

Appreciate the note on Umbraco too. You’re right—it’s not a common integration across DAMs, but we’re always open to exploring what would be most useful for our customers.

Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’re glad to have you with us.

  ### 23. Stockpress helped my team organize our huge library of digital assets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress helped my team organize a large, messy library of digital assets. The ability to tag photos has made asset management and navigation a breeze. We now have a neatly organized database for our visual assets and maintaining the library is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

So far, I have no complaints from my experience with the platform.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to tag assets and use those tags for easier classification and navigation of the library has reduced the overhead required to manage and operate within our digital library.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> There is something very satisfying about turning a messy library into something structured and easy to use, so it is great to hear that has been your experience.

Tagging is often where that shift really happens. Once assets are labeled in a way that makes sense to your team, everything from navigation to day-to-day use starts to feel a lot lighter. It is good to hear that maintaining the library now feels simple, not like an ongoing project.

The reduction in overhead you mentioned is a big one as well. Less time spent managing the library usually means more time actually using the content, which is where the value really shows up.

Thanks for taking the time to share this. It is great to hear how things have improved for your team.

  ### 24. Incredible for photo / filing sharing across our organization, media requests and athletes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Easy to use as a filing sharing solution.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Sometimes some difficulty navigating who has access to what files.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

File sharing for multiple stakeholders

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Love how simply you’ve put this—file sharing across lots of different people sounds straightforward, but it rarely is in practice.

Great to hear Stockpress is making that easier to manage across your organization, media requests, and athletes. When you’ve got multiple stakeholders needing access to the right files at the right time, having one place to share from (without chasing links or versions) makes a big difference.

On the access point—that’s really helpful feedback. As teams grow and sharing expands, visibility into who can see what becomes more important (and sometimes a bit harder to keep track of). We’re continuing to improve how permissions are surfaced and managed so it feels clearer and more intuitive.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this—short and to the point, but really valuable.

  ### 25. Amazing tool and even better customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress is amazing for photo organization. We handle thousands of property images for our business and finding and sorting them in the past has been a nightmare. Each member of our team has a different way they like files organized, so we can never agree and we are always all left frustrated. Plus the duplicates were terrible. Stockpress solved ALL of these issues and more. We absolutely love the search features, the smart tagging, and the ability to quickly share files with media and press. The tool has vastly cut down wasted image searching time and streamlined our social media as well. Plus, no more duplicates! The best thing about the tool though may be the customer service. They are always so helpful!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It takes a little bit of time to wrap your head around a new type of file organization. It is also taking us quite a bit of time to fully port over to the platform just because we have so many assets. I wish the deduplication tool would let you mass select and then delete all duplicates at once to save time.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization. Cutting down duplicated content. Quickly finding relevant assets for social media and other marketing campaigns. Sharing assets easily

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We love hearing how Stockpress has helped turn photo organization from a headache into something that actually works for your whole team.

It’s great to know the search, smart tagging, and sharing features are saving you time and making it easier to deliver the right images for social, media, and press—without the duplicate overload. And your kind words about our customer service mean a lot to the whole team.

Appreciate the feedback on bulk duplicate deletion, too. We’re always looking for ways to make the cleanup process faster, especially for teams with large libraries like yours.

Thanks for sharing your experience—we’re so glad Stockpress is helping you get more out of your content.

  ### 26. Amazing support makes DAM easy and accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I love how easy it is to find files with metadata searching and collection organization. One thing that has really served our organization is the ability to add one photo to multiple collections without making duplicates of the file. That way, when you update the metadata on the file, it stays the same across the platforms. It’s very quick for uploading and also works well for guest uploads if you are handling freelance persons who don’t have access to your page.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

A very small thing that may be a user error, but I wish you’d be able to select the option for sequencing when naming photos. For instance, have the title of a photo say “state basketball-1, state basketball-2,…” so that if you download them, they aren’t all one name. I’ve found if you select all you want to rename (like in Adobe) it won’t allow you to make unique names at one time.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost effective ways of a managing lots of photos and bypassing extra steps of using Lightroom to caption photos. It’s great for news organization because you can easily find relevant photos with metadata searching.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s fantastic to hear how well Stockpress is working for your photo management needs—especially in keeping files organized without creating duplicates.

We’re glad features like metadata search, collections, and guest uploads are making it easier for your team and freelancers to work together without extra steps. That’s exactly the kind of efficiency we aim for.

Thanks for the note on sequencing in file naming—that’s a helpful insight, and we’ll make sure it’s on our radar as we look at ways to improve batch actions.

We’re so pleased Stockpress is helping your organization save time and skip unnecessary tools, and we really appreciate you sharing your experience.

  ### 27. Seamless Digital Asset Management with Stockpress

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** K H. | Information Systems Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress has been a game-changer for us this year. Its ease of use is unmatched, with an intuitive interface that will require minimal training for end users both familiar with or new to DAM systems. The speed of the system is particularly impressive. The search function is also very good, allowing users to find assets quickly and efficiently, even in large collections. Additionally, the AI-powered tagging and vision search will save countless hours of manual organisation, enhancing productivity across the board. The onboarding, migration and implementation process was fully supported by the excellent Stockpress team.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There are lots of features and often multiple ways to perform a function - so be thoughtful and mindful to ensure you only focus on the features you need and find the correct way of working that suits your specific workflow.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one DAM solution in an often expensive and saturated market. Fast UI and fast search. AI tagging and search is new to us, and will likely save lots of hours.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We’re so glad to hear Stockpress has been a game-changer for your team this year.

It’s great to know the speed, intuitive interface, and search tools are making a difference, and that AI tagging is already proving its value. We’re especially happy the onboarding and migration process felt fully supported—that’s something we put a lot of focus on.

Appreciate your point about choosing the features that fit your workflow. Stockpress is designed to be flexible, and hearing how teams approach it helps us make that flexibility even more useful.

Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’re excited to see how you make the most of the platform in the year ahead.

  ### 28. I tell all of my colleagues.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

This system allows our organization to have many, many user without breaking the budget. That's critical for us when the vast majority of our assets are created and submitted by field staff. I think the search is can be very powerful as well. The key is making sure staff are trained to upload and keyword appropropriately. Everyone here is so happy to have this system and not be endlessly clicking through a shared drive on the network. Lastly, the customer service is top. Best I've worked with in the software vendor space.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I'd love for there to be a few more integrations to other platforms like Canva or social media workflow tools. I also think a 30 day archive for deleted files would be a great addition. We have people accidently delete files occassionally and that is always a bummer. In training we really have to hammer home the "remove from collection" term vs. deleting.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to share and retrieve images across an organization that has nearly doubled in the last three years. We're simply not in a position to rely on one or two staff members' memory of where the good images are stored and what they are named. This system empowers staff across our organization to communicate and create. Now we can all access and share and use. Overall it has created better quality content and greater consistency for our brand and public communication.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It means a lot to hear that you’re helping spread the word about Stockpress and actively accelerating adoption with your team! Great product adoption makes all the difference.

We’re thrilled the platform is giving your whole organization the ability to access, share, and use assets without relying on a few people’s memory or endless folder clicking. That’s exactly the kind of empowerment we want teams to feel. And we really appreciate the shoutout for our customer service—it’s something we take a lot of pride in.

Your ideas for more integrations and a deleted-file archive are great ones. We’re always collecting feedback like this to help shape what’s next, so thank you for sharing.

We’re so glad Stockpress is helping your team create better content with more consistency—it’s great to be part of that progress.

  ### 29. Exactly what I needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Woods M. | Digital Agency Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress is easy to use and affordable for small businesses. I've used DAMs in the corporate setting with 5-figure annual price tags, and Stockpress gives me all these same features for a fraction of the cost. Custom tagging, auto tagging, collections (and sub-collections!), and the ability to crop & resize within the interface - it's a great tool! It's intuitive and a breeze to get started. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike so far!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing digital agency, I have more and more digital assets that I need to keep filed and organized. My team and I need to be on the same page about which assets are used for which campaigns, and which clients. The Google folder system wasn't cutting it anymore. I knew I needed to elevate to a DAM but I worried about the investment. Stockpress gives me all the features at a fraction of the price.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s wonderful to hear that Stockpress is giving you the features you’ve used in big-budget DAMs, without the big-budget price tag.

We’re so glad the tagging, collections, and built-in editing tools are helping your agency keep assets organized and campaigns running smoothly. Making the transition from shared folders to something more powerful can feel like a big step, so it’s great to know it’s been intuitive and easy to get started.

Thanks for the recommendation—it means a lot to us to know Stockpress is delivering real value for your team.

  ### 30. Great platform with a good price and the customer support is top noch!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress is shaking up the DAM software industry by offering incredible value at just a fraction of the price. They’re steadily climbing the ranks with frequent updates — not only impressive, but also driven by real user feedback. Everything in Stockpress is highly customizable, and if something isn’t, chances are they’ll help you make it happen. Their customer service is top-notch, with hands-on support and onboarding that truly makes a difference.
I’m genuinely impressed — I love it!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

There really aren’t any downsides to Stockpress. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s a growing company — which means not everything is integrated right from the start. But honestly, that’s part of the beauty of a growing business: you get to see it evolve, and even influence that growth to better fit your company’s needs.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress solves one of the most common — and frustrating — problems in any organization: finding the right files quickly and efficiently. Instead of wasting time digging through endless folders or outdated systems, Stockpress makes it incredibly easy to organize, search, and access exactly what you need.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We’re so glad to hear that Stockpress is delivering the value, flexibility, and support your team was looking for.

It’s great to know that the frequent updates and customization options are making a difference, and that our team has been able to help you shape the platform to fit your needs. Hearing that it’s helping you find the right files quickly and efficiently is exactly what we love to hear.

We appreciate your note about Stockpress being a growing platform—we see that as a huge advantage too, and we’re grateful for customers like you who influence its evolution.

Thanks for sharing your experience—we’re thrilled to be part of your workflow.

  ### 31. Super easy to use, super friendly UI, highly customizable, fast and INCREDIBLE support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruno E. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

What i like most about Stockpress, is in frist place, it´s the team behind the software. Today in this highly interconnected world, unbelieably it´s difficult to get a software with a client support team that really helps, most software offers chatbots or first line support. Stockpress team is really commited to making projects get done. Then, the software itself, reaches all the goals in terms of what a DAM (Digital Asset Management Software) needs and more. Easy to use, highly customizable and with a simple UI, you have all what you need to get a DAM to be launched in short time. In resume, one of the best software experiencies i have had in my 15 years in IT.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It was hard to find at first.
All domains are subdomains.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are implementing more language translations.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Hearing that Stockpress has been one of your best software experiences in 15 years in IT means a lot—thank you for saying so.

We’re thrilled our team’s approach to support has stood out for you. It’s important to us that customers get real, hands-on help rather than being passed off to automated replies, so it’s great to know that’s made a difference. And we’re glad the platform itself has hit the mark for ease of use, customization, and launching quickly.

Appreciate the note on discoverability and domains, too. We’ll keep that in mind as we explore ways to make getting started with Stockpress even easier for new users.

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress is by far one of the easiest vendors to work with, standup, and customize utilizing out of the box functions. Working with their team is always a pleasure.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing so far! The UX is great, the team is flexible and easy to work with, and the capabilities of the platform make it easy to adopt and train new users on.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently the client I am working with had a need for users to be separated and only see the content they have uploaded, but also be able to see content pushed out to all users. Stockpress made this workflow extremely easy to setup and maintain.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear that Stockpress has been so easy to work with and tailor to your needs right out of the box.

We’re glad the setup process and customization options have made onboarding straightforward, and that the platform has been easy for new users to adopt. It’s especially good to know that the content visibility setup for your client was quick to configure and is working well in practice—that’s exactly the kind of flexibility we aim to deliver.

  ### 35. Outstanding Customer Service, Easy to Use Platform, Customizability, Enhanced Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keri R. | Associate Director of Marketing and Communications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We were able to customize how we use Stockpress for our specific use. The platform is easy to use and the customer service is outstanding. You are well taken care of throughout the onboarding process and beyond. They are flexible and a forward thinking company concerned with making a good product. Integrating the platform throughout our community has been easy.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Renaming files to what you need them to be. But this isn't a Stockpress issue, it's an essential DAM issue from our existing database.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross collaboration between departments and sharing photos within our community.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Hearing that Stockpress has been easy to customize and integrate into your community is exactly the kind of feedback we love.

It’s rewarding to know the platform is helping your teams collaborate across departments and share photos more efficiently. We also appreciate your kind words about our customer service—supporting customers well beyond onboarding is a big priority for us.

Thanks for sharing your experience and for trusting Stockpress to help make collaboration smoother.

  ### 36. Everything We Wanted and More!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Love the extremely reasonable price and the AI tagging feature. This DAM is way more intuitive and easy-to-use compared to more expensive DAMs. It's great for our small business and makes our assets super easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

It can be a little slow to load sometimes. Not sure if it's a case with our WIFI or if we're pushing the DAM a little past what it's comfortable with.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to never be able to find anything. Now assets are easily accessible and organized.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to hear that Stockpress is giving your small business the features you need—at a price that works—and that AI tagging is helping make assets easier to find.

We’re glad the platform feels intuitive compared to other DAMs you’ve tried, and that it’s made a real difference in how quickly you can access and organize your files.

Thanks for flagging the occasional load speed, too. While it can sometimes be down to connection speed, we always make sure to monitor performance so you get the fastest possible experience.

Appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback—we’re happy Stockpress is delivering what you wanted (and more).

  ### 37. Intuitive DAM with Great Client Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Easy to use. Feels very smooth. Love the filtering capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Custom webpages lack a lot- so much so that I don't quite know how much I want to use them. However, keeping in mind the price of this DAM relative to other platforms with significantly more customization abilities, I'll gladly take this shortcoming.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a leader in creative within my company, Stockpress helps me stay in the creative flow when searching for assets.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Hearing that Stockpress helps you stay in the creative flow is exactly what we like to see. The search and filtering tools are built for speed and focus, so it’s great to know they’re doing the job for you.

We appreciate your feedback on custom pages—they’re an area we’re continuing to refine, and insights like yours help us decide where to improve next.

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I personally enjoy how easily accessible it is to add and share out photos on Stockpress, as well as how good the quality is for saving and sharing!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I wish Stockpress had an app version for mobile as I often add photos onto it through my iPhone on Safari.

Stockpress is solving easier way of organizing and holding photos we use for multiple purposes daily.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

  ### 39. Amazing product and unparalleled service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I have implemented Stockpress now at two schools - one a major university, and most recently at a K-12 private school. Having spent over a decade working in the marketing and creative services industry and using several different digital asset management systems, Stockpress truly stands out. The intuitive design, the constantly growing range of features and functions, and the deep care and commitment the team puts into helping the customer customize the system to their specific needs are outstanding. 10/10 recommend!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Honestly, I have not found any downsides. This is because if my teams have come up against any challenges, we've simply reached out to the Stockpress team and they have helped us to figure out a great solution, including putting many of our ideas and requests into their development pipeline. These are amazing humans to work with, and it's reflected in a very thoughtful, useful product.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I implemented this at a university, there were several marketing teams created assets who had no central way of sharing them. Stockpress helped us solve that problem. Now in my K-12 school implementation, Stockpress is solving two problems. 1. We were using Google Drive to store photos in the past, which meant photos were not taggable or easy to search for. 2. We were using a separate photo management system to share photos with parents, meaning redundancy in our storage and our team having to upload assets to two places. Stockpress has been an elegant solution to all these issues.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s incredible to hear how Stockpress has been a fit for both higher education and K–12 environments—and that it’s made such a difference in how your teams share and manage assets.

We’re proud that the intuitive design, expanding feature set, and flexibility to adapt to your specific needs have stood out, and we’re especially grateful for your feedback and ideas over the course of your implementations. Your experiences help shape the platform for every customer.

Thank you for trusting us across multiple organizations and for the kind words about our team. We’re thrilled Stockpress has been an elegant solution to the challenges you’ve faced.

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

I like the ability to tag our photos with staff names and the overall organisation of the platform is great! I also like how easily we were able speak to a member of staff for support.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Not much really, just sometimes it can be buggy as most platforms can be.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us a universally accessible point for all photos across the business. It is is essential for our functions, especially within our Communications team.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s great to know Stockpress is giving your team a central place to store and access photos across the business—especially for your Communications team.

We’re glad tagging by staff names and the platform’s organization are working well for you, and that getting support when you need it has been quick and easy.

Thanks for mentioning the occasional bug, too. Like any platform, we’re always refining things behind the scenes, and feedback like yours helps us keep improving.

  ### 43. A Game Changer for the Floral Industry!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey B. | Team Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

No more losing photos of floral products from throughout the season with Stockpress! It makes our lives so much easier.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

If photos could be edited post-upload, primarily cropping and background remover, that would improve our experience.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We take SO. many. photos. of unique products throughout the season, and before stockpress, they were across several phones and google drives and emails. Stockpress allows us to keep all our photos in one place that allows us to file our photos across multiple collections! It's great for organizing by season, by product, by vendor, and more.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Great to hear that Stockpress has made such a difference for your floral business—it’s exactly the kind of use case we love seeing.

We’re glad it’s helping you keep track of product photos throughout the season and making day-to-day work easier. Thanks for your notes about editing tools, too, owing to your suggestion, these features have now been implemented in the workspace - we hope you like them!

  ### 44. How did I survive before Stockpress!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We handle an enormous amount of images , files and digital content that need to be referenced and shared , both internally within the team and then also to external clients and their designers . Stockpress has proved a godsend , the ability to save files within various Collections , automatically tagging files so you never lose anything , which is what I always used to do!
Along with this we find it so easy to have projects all linked and share anything we need to. One of the best features about Stockpress is it is so user friendly which is a bonus when you have mutiple teams all using the platform as saves all the questions....... a plus in my book!
And finally cost....you are not charged per user...my FD thinks this is the best feature!

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

To be totally honest in all the time I have been using Stockpress really havent found anything I dislike . The platform continues to evolve with new features appearing so nothing to not like!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves my team masses of time , finding, organising and sharing files . When we have a project we just create a new "Collection" and link everyone in, so easy! Then when we need to share externally we can add people in to what we want them to see & use.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> What a brilliant review—thank you for capturing so many of the ways Stockpress is helping your team.

It’s fantastic to hear that features like Collections, auto-tagging, and easy sharing have made such a difference in handling your huge volume of images and files. We also love that user-friendliness has reduced the number of “how do I…?” questions across your teams—that’s exactly what we aim for.

And you’re right, unlimited users is one of those quietly powerful benefits. We want everyone to be included without the stress of extra costs, so it’s great to know your FD sees the value too.

Thanks again for sharing your experience—we’re glad Stockpress is saving your team so much time and helping you get work done with less friction.

  ### 45. Our choice for a small business DAM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We think the UX is super user-friendly and makes it really simple for our team. The auto-resizing when downloading is also very useful along with some of their other features.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

If there is anything, we would love for there to be more integrations i.e 2-way sync with Wordpress but these are not blockers or issues.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress is helping us organize our media assets for different uses and roles across our organization.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> Wonderful to see Stockpress working so well for your small business needs.

We’re glad the user-friendly design is helping your team stay organized, and that features like auto-resizing on download are adding real value to your daily workflow.

Your feedback on integrations is appreciated too—2-way syncs like WordPress are something we know would be valuable, and we’ll continue looking at ways to make Stockpress connect even more smoothly with other tools.

Thanks for sharing your experience—we’re happy Stockpress is making asset management easier for your team.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I have to say, my experience with StockPress has been nothing short of absolutely exceptional. I've spent hours scouring through its features and offerings, and I honestly haven't come across a single thing that I dislike. After days upon days of searching for the perfect DAM, Stockpress finally answered my prayers. From the ability to build a massive image library to the super easy, user-friendly interface, Stockpress has beyond exceeded my expectations in every way. It's rare to find a platform that ticks all the boxes, but Stockpress has managed to do just that and I couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to the team behind it for creating such a fantastic resource that has seamlessly integrated into my creative process without a hitch and has definitely made me more productive.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stockpress has become my creative lifesaver, solving the age-old problem of collecting, categorizing and hunting down the perfect images for all my projects. ### 47. Long-distance work made easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alicia S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

We are a group of radio stations spread throughout the state of Indiana. We don't all work in the same building, some of us aren't even a decent driving distance. However, Stockpress has made it easy for us to share ideas and content with each other so its like we all actully live and work in the same town, the same building. Our listeners can't even tell which jocks are local because Stockpress allows to keep each other informed of the local happenings in each of our markets.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

I haven't found a dislike yet. In fact, on the few issues I had, I reached out to them and they either found a work-around or they implemented a new feature to accomodate the issue.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radio stations can't afford to be fully staffed anymore. So, some of our jocks on one station are from our sister stations. But, making sure our stations remain local and relevant to the communities is important to us. With Stockpress, we created a category for each station and filled that category with all the events local to that station. Now, we can just view Stockpress when we need to discuss the local life.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s wonderful to hear how Stockpress is helping your stations feel connected, no matter the distance!

The way you’re using Collections to keep each market’s local life and events front and center is exactly the kind of collaboration we love to see. Knowing that Stockpress is making it easier for your jocks to stay relevant to their communities—and that your listeners can’t tell the difference—is such a great outcome.

We also really appreciate you sharing your experience with our support team. Feedback like yours helps us keep improving, and we’re glad we could quickly help turn any hurdles into new features.

  ### 48. Unlocked full potential of our athlete economy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitchel L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Stockpress allows our creators to connect directly with all parties, remotely and instantly. In today's media landscape this has unlocked a different level that has set us apart from our chief rivals.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Nothing. The user interface is easy and our team has been able to use as many or as few options as personal preference dictates.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our photographer has traditionally had to take time away from covering our event and work with an asset manager to dump hard drives. Stockpress has allowed our photo team to elemate that entire process and quickly handle themselves.

That has allowed our remote graphics team to create instant and meaningful content for social from the conforts of an editing suite.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We love seeing how Stockpress is powering a whole new level of collaboration for your creators and photo team. 🚀

Eliminating the need for hard drive handoffs and letting your photographers stay focused on capturing the action is exactly the kind of time-saving shift we aim for. It’s even better knowing that your remote graphics team can now turn around social-ready content instantly—without leaving their editing suite.

Hearing that Stockpress has helped unlock the full potential of your athlete economy is inspiring for our team, and we’re grateful you shared your story.

  ### 49. Excellent growing product at a reasonable price!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Firdaus F. | Executive Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

The price and the unlimited-user model allow it to be different from other DAM's out there. It is easy to use and is consistently upgraded with new features that improve the quality of life.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

The 'collection' format of file management takes a while to get used to - especially for newer users of DAM's. Occasionally, upload speed can take awhile too - but I've seen a significant improvement since the early days of using Stockpress. I would imagine this would only get better.

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a growing SME across six time zones in Asia Pacific. We needed a central source of truth for all our digital assets. Previously, everything was everywhere - Microsoft Sharepoint, Google Drive, Emails, etc. By implementing Stockpress, we hope to make things easier for all our team members to access all the resources they need to make their work more efficient.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> It’s encouraging to hear how Stockpress is helping your growing team across six time zones get everything into one central place. 🌏

We know the transition from traditional folders to Collections can feel different at first, but it’s great to hear you’re already finding the benefits of a more flexible way to organize. And we appreciate your feedback on upload speeds—so much of uploading is down to your local speed, but we always look at ways we can maximize this - regardless of your connection!

Your perspective on the unlimited-user model and evolving feature set means a lot to us, especially as we continue to focus on delivering value without the heavy price tag of traditional DAMs. Thanks for sharing your experience!

  ### 50. Tailored for our Needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Stockpress?**

Easy to tailor to exactly your needs. No limits to hit for graphic / video files. My company uses Stockpress for our PR clients to fulfill an online press center experience. It works really great. And the media's feedback on their experience has been exemplary.

**What do you dislike about Stockpress?**

Sometimes, I get lazy and don't keep up with the new features that Stockpress continues to upgrade. That's on me, not Stockpress!

**What problems is Stockpress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alleviates limits one gets with using Dropbox, for example. Storage is great; the ability to tag files for users to locate easily is so easy! It allows us to customize our media websites to just what our end users need: an easy way to download / access information and media assets.

**Official Response from Ian Parkes:**

> We’re so pleased Stockpress is giving your team (and your clients!) the flexibility you need. 🙌 Creating tailored press center experiences is exactly the kind of use case we love to see, and it’s great to hear the media’s feedback has been so positive.

We’ll take being “hard to keep up with” as a compliment! 😉 We’re always working to add more useful features, but it’s nice to know the core experience—no storage limits, easy tagging, and customizable access—continues to deliver real value for your team and your audiences.

Thanks again for sharing your perspective—it helps us keep pushing forward.
