Reasonably priced, good quality, great support team **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** TOm H. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025 **What do you like best about Stimulsoft BI?** Stimulsoft gives you most of the functionality of Tableau or other solutions which cost 2x or 3x more. Customer support was great when we had issues and they were very helpful on licensing issues. We use it every day and we've embedded it in our web application as well. It was easy to integrate and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Stimulsoft BI?** It's not quite a slick and user friendly for designing reports as Tableau, but if you want a Toyota instead of a BMW, this is the way to go. The MacOS client isn't as good as the Windows client. **What problems is Stimulsoft BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to generate ad hoc reports for clients and also we have it embedded in our website application for clients to do self service reporting. ### 2. Easy to use UI and KPI monitoring I liked the most. **What do you dislike about Stimulsoft BI?** While loading large datasets and performing analysis, sometimes I faced the lag **What problems is Stimulsoft BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had used Stimulsoft BI for continuous monitoring of data from the construction project and KPI monitoring to serve the client in a better way. highly recommended ### 3. Good tool at a reasonable price **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Fillaretto B. | Account Manager, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2016 **What do you like best about Stimulsoft BI?** Now product is renamed and called Stimulsoft Reports.Server. here are the advantages of the report server: - Uses popular data sources in multi-page documents with graphic elements and various charts; - Fully functional built-in report designer; - Workspace option for users of the server; - scheduling report and sending them by email; - Notification of the server events related to data processing; - Quite low price and flexible licensing model. **What do you dislike about Stimulsoft BI?** There no enough functionality in analytic when it is needed to create it automatically. But, as far as I know, the developers of the product work in this way; The built-in report designer has very good functionality but sometimes it is not easy for users to start immediately creating reports. Some training is required. **What problems is Stimulsoft BI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our task was to create a report server that schedules rendering reports at a specified time and automatically sends it to the specific customer.
