**What do you like best about sterloCare?**

sterloCare has made our housekeeping work much easier. We get quick task updates, real-time alerts, and clear room status, so our team always knows what to do next. The software is very simple to use, even for staff who are not tech-savvy. It was easy to set up in our hospital and worked smoothly with our existing systems. We use it all day, and it really helps us track cleaning time, pending work, and staff performance in one place. Their support team also responds quickly whenever we need help. Overall, it has been a very useful tool for our daily operations.

**What do you dislike about sterloCare?**

There’s nothing big to dislike. Sometimes, when our hospital network is slow, the app takes a few extra seconds to load, but apart from that it works very well.

**What problems is sterloCare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

sterloCare has helped us overcome our biggest housekeeping challenges slow communication, manual follow-ups, and not knowing the real-time status of rooms. Now everything is digital. Nurses can raise requests instantly, we get alerts right away, and I can check the status of every room without making calls. This has improved our response time, reduced delays, increased staff accountability, and made the patient experience much better. It also helps us maintain NABH standards by keeping all documentation and workflows properly organized.

**What do you like best about sterloCare?**

sterloCare has made our porter operations much more organised. Earlier everything was manual, but now tasks are assigned instantly, porters get notified right away, and we can track the whole process in real time. The transparency, the ease of use, and the detailed reports have helped us manage our staff far better. Even porters who are not very familiar with technology understood the app very quickly and the support is also good.

In some areas with low network coverage, porters occasionally miss notifications. A stronger alert or offline mode would make it even better.

**What problems is sterloCare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to depend on phone calls and manual slips for porter requests, which caused delays and confusion. With sterloCare, everything is digital and trackable. Request to completion time has reduced significantly, and it’s easier to monitor workload and plan shifts. Nurses and ward staff are also happier because the process is smoother and more predictable.

sterloCare’s Incident and CAPA modules made our daily hospital operations much easier. Reporting an incident is simple, and the system immediately alerts the right team so issues are solved faster. The RCA steps are easy to follow, helping us find the real cause without confusion. CAPA actions are assigned clearly, with deadlines and status updates that keep everyone accountable

The Patient Journey module gives us very clear visibility of OPD flow. It updates the queue instantly, shows accurate patient status, and helps our doctors and front-desk team stay aligned without confusion. The screens in waiting areas also help reduce patient complaints. Regular usage show a massive change in better patient movements.

Sometimes the queue gets held up when the status isn’t updated by the doctor, so an automatic prompt would improve the flow. Other than that, the module works as expected.

SterloCare has helped SRM Global hospitals automating its patient journey to track and trace patient movement and better turn around time in effective consulting and care for patients with QR Codes. Security of the platform is a key feature with flexible customisation of reports and dashboards. Whatsapp integration helps us with better communication as well. Support team helps in quicker customisation based on our needs. The training is very minimal to use.
