Not only does the product let us experiment with new tactics but it scales seamlessly with our company as we add new brands and product offerings. **What do you dislike about Stensul?** At one point we had some mobile rendering issues. We brought this up to our CSM who was able to schedule a call with the product team and help us rebuild the module from scratch using best practices that resolved the issues. If it weren't for the great support we would have thought it was a product issue instead of a user error. **What problems is Stensul solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our company has a deep integration with Marketo but the email builder left our marketing team frustrated. Stensul was a logical fit for our tech stack and cut our email creation time to a fragment of what it was. I'm familiar with HTML/CSS, but Stensul made it so easy to quickly create emails that were consistent and followed company style guides. **What do you dislike about Stensul?** The only minor thing I can think of is that testing dynamic content with a real contact wasn't available in the platform, but it was still so quick and easy to create an email in Stensul and then to upload it into Marketing Cloud that it wasn't a big issue. **What problems is Stensul solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't know the actual Stensul company motto, but I believe it'd be something like "Making it as easy as possible to create and design emails." It's benefited me by doing just that. I can create an email with the flexibility of using different templates, but still have the same look and feel. The fonts and colors are already set so I don't need to manually change them to follow our company brand guidelines. The margins and padding settings that were created within modules account for any type of template I want to create, which can be a huge pain to keep those consistent. All I have to do is set an email name, plug in the content, and upload to Marketing Cloud! ### 8. There is a bug where the preheader imports incorrectly into Iterable. There is no organization available on the main home view (folders). I like the cohesiveness of the module library. As a project manager, my favorite feature is the ability to search by key word provided users include tags. I could "save as" to reuse a module but its not always the best option. I heard this was or used being addressed. I LOVE the ability to easily download a PDF and preview emails. There may be a way to do this, I just haven't found it yet.
