Steno has been so quick to respond to requests and reliable with their services. From the first request for a court reporter/videographer to quickly sending out confirmations. Steno makes the process of booking depositions, sending out confirmations with all the details of how and when to attend the remote deposition. Steno is my only Court Reporting Agency that I use at my firm. The staff are amazing and responsiviness is PROMPT! The Court Reporters are VERY professional and efficient. I appreciate their flexibility. Our firm practices in all 50 states and Steno has never let me down! Even when it is last minute. From finding a location, scrambling for a last minute interpreter, covering a depo when another agency has unexpectedly not been able to show, and quick responses to emails be it for a transcript, a bill, or a location.
