it supports many formats of videos, images which is really great. i used the PC version of the software and purchased the premium plan, it also gave me access to photo recovery even thou i haven't used it so far. the software is also available for mac which is great cause a lot of users can take advantage of the feature. there are multiple plans available and the pricing is actually affordable which is really nice. sometimes it doesn't do anything and you get the same damaged output as the repaired file, it happened to me once but its not common. with the coming of videos in lots of new formats such as AVI, WMV, MKV etc the software lacks the support for the whole video spectrum. it sometimes get stuck at the process of repair and then go idle for hours and doesn't give any output, this is really annoying. even when it repairs a wide range of formats, some of the popular formats such as MKV is not supported in the software. it takes a lot of time to repair the video file especially while repairing multiple files at the same time. the trial version is very much limited in which you can only watch first 60 seconds of the recovered file and you cant save the repaired file without a paid subscription. the subscription is not cheap but costs $70 which isn't cheap for most of the users.
