Super easy to setup and connect to any hosted system or web app. The user interface is very straightforward, and unlike other tools this doesn't have "feature bloat" where it tries to do too many things. This just works and is easy to impliment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Status page will helped us to provide the organization level incident updates with impact of the components in infrastructure and applications.
