Creating feature gates and implementing experiments is straightforward. It provides a large set of metrics across all of your application's events in how the feature/experiment can effect them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Creating metrics on events can be somewhat limited/unintuitive. Creating/changing metrics will not update past data even if the past events exist within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thre real time insights into how changes in our product our impacting our funnel. It makes it very clear when an experiment has changed a metric. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are still figuring out how to filter experiments so that just sub sections of our users enter the experiement. And so that entering one experiment precludes entering another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Statsig is modern, easy to use, and has great customer support. The ability to turn any feature gate into an experiment is incredibly powerful -- it takes all the guesswork out of feature rollouts.
The fact that Statsig offers feature gating for free is huge - this is something competitors charge thousands of dollars for. There's no reason not to use Statsig! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints so far. We import our metrics through Segment integration and it would be nice to see more of the platform and app data imported automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A/B testing analysis are a top, multiple options to import your data from different sources making it easy and powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a dislike, but at first it seems complex, especially looking at the dashboard in console, and requires some effort to get into a concept which is different from other frameworks. Everything is well documented though, needs time to read through and explore it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have been using Statsig for 4 months now, having migrated from LaunchDarkly and it's been critical to the adoption of more intelligent experimentation. The product offering is vast while being simple enough to use for small experiments and the analysis options are extensive. We use feature gating and experimentation at large now as a result of adopting Statsig. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation could be a little better in more advanced areas of the offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Has all the features I need, and had no trouble finding most of them. Got good support via their Slack when I needed it. And what we need is free in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much. We had some issues with creating groups for feature gates but got fast support from their side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Statsig is lightyears ahead of other feature gating and experimentation tools on the market. It's clearly built by people who've done this before at scale! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Modern frameworks like Next or Gatsby are encouraging devs to run code on the edge and pre-compute as much as possible for performance reasons. It's inherently tricky to run A/B tests in this environment (for obvious reasons). I'd love to see Statsig really diving in to help out here with more tailored solutions for the popular front end frameworks, especially Next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product vision - these guys know exactly where they're going and we would bet on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish there were migration tools from other platforms to Statsig. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is easy to set up experiments, collect the results and analyze the metrics. If needed, one can export their data and analyze it externally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation could be improved, in particular about the APIs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the features statsig has to offer and how easy it makes it for engineers and product to work together to enable features behind flags! I also love the AB Test experiment gate feature. Statsig integrates with our events to tell us which AB Test runs best, and you can apply the winner directly to your production site in a few clicks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have anything about Statsig that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
