What do you like best about StarTree?

The software helps and eases the work of data handling and to provide data on an real time basis it helps lot in fond to do the more for long term clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no specific bugs in the soft ware but it has to maintain lil bit high frequency of transferring the data to be used by the users for personalisation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StarTree?

Good support from the Startree team.

Response time is minimum when an issue is raised and the issue is fixed as soon as possible.

The Pinot community is very active compared to other solutions like Druid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's challenging to run a production cluster and ahered to suggested best practices for a cloud deployement. Current features sets and capabilities includes holes that, if filled might be aid on this front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bring Your Own Cloud" is great - they manage but we control. It worked just as described. They're very responsive for onboarding/support issues via slack/mail/etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
