Pre-sales onboarding was excellent and the team was very eager to help. Performance is ridiculously good and gives you performance that is unmatched by Druid, with the flexibility to do join queries as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StarTree?

Stability/reliability can be an issue and heavy workloads may cause the cluster to go down temporarily. The level of support is also not excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response time is minimum when an issue is raised and the issue is fixed as soon as possible.
