The future development direction should be to more precisely meet the needs of enterprises. **What problems is STARLIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Standardize the offline inspection process in the laboratory, digitize the original records, and eliminate the uncertainty of human factors in testing as much as possible. ### 36. Missing the boat on ELN implementation. Support team was decimated in favor of offshore savings. Web interface not supporting instruments interfacing unless your install a middleware (Starlims Bridge)... I like the way everyone I talked to was professional. I also enjoy that it is an amazon based web page. I love amazon! I'm glad that they are innovative with technology and seem to stay on top of things. **What do you dislike about STARLIMS?** The least helpful thing about STARLIMS is that it wasn't necessarily applicable to me. I thought that it would be more helpful at my laboratory, but it didn't help me in the special microbiology department. I'm sure with some better communications between partners it could be easily fixed. **What problems is STARLIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** STARLIMS has helped improve the quality of work we deliver. Because of it's ability to help us manage and track quality we have been able to improve how our lab functions. Since we are laboratory focused on patient results it is vital that we give patients the best quality we can.
