What do you like best about Star-Plus?
It does get the job done for the most part as POS software, but I think improvements could be made to make the system more reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Star-Plus?
It looks pretty outdated; the design could be greatly improved. System crashes and errors do occur ocassioanlly, causing transactions to fail. Sometimes the system indicates the transaction failed, but it actually did go through, causing trouble for the customer as now we have to follow up to refund them. Overall could be more reliable.
