**Describe the project or task Star Knowledge helped with:**

It helps us to set up the environment of both cloud based and In house office 365 on our server. It was bit tricky and without there helps it was not possible. Now the environment is setups and the process works smoothly.

**What do you like best about Star Knowledge?**

They have a talented resources which resolve the Issues quickly and also they provide awesome backup supports and trained us as well in understanding of system.

**What do you dislike about Star Knowledge?**

The charge of consulting is bit high compare to market rates but there work quality is superb and they are open to support us any time.

**Recommendations to others considering Star Knowledge:**

Please contact them if you are new to CRM system and wants to configure it for your organisation.

we have setup our CRM system completely with the help of them and it helps us to track our business process centrally.
