Very efficient,friendly staff,knowledgeable, their expertise.

No dislikes,everything works great,I like dealing with a company that knows everything you ask.

**What problems is Staples Managed Print Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When signage needs to be larger than 8x11 they have all different sizes to choose from.

Able to quickly order what I need with ease especially when we are low in stock and need to replenish quickly.

Love that it’s an easy system to use and delivery happens quickly.

There is nothing I could say that I disliked.

Great products even their own labels are great and can rely on quality product and fast delivery.

We have not encountered any issues thus far.

Staples is helping us with basically monitoring and maintaining our whole printing process. We receive ink and toner refills with free delivery and our printing usage is monitored by the printers so we can manage our printing usage throughout the office.

**What do you like best about Staples Managed Print Services?**

I like how simple it was to implement with our Staples contact and how easy it is to maintain. It takes tasks off of our employees plates so that they can focus on other work. 

**What do you dislike about Staples Managed Print Services?**

There is truly nothing I dislike about this Staples offering. 

**Recommendations to others considering Staples Managed Print Services:**

I would highly recommenced implementing this into your Staples package. It offers great benefits such as cutting costs and printing more efficiently. It also ensures that our machines stay up and running and we do not loose any productivity.
