What do you like best about StandardFusion?

Easy to use

Great features: Policy mgt, risk mgt, controls

Easy to integrate requirements to documents and controls

What do you dislike about StandardFusion?

The product definitely needs refinement. There are important pieces missing if you want to make SF the sole tool when managing standards and your privacy program.

The developers/team, need a better understand of the different use cases.

The UI/UX is not great.

Onboarding process was not good. But I believe they are improving it.

The TASK feature needs some improvements.

What problems is StandardFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

I pretty much manage my entire ISO, SOC and privacy compliance program using SF.

I also use it as a central vendor management platform.

All my internal policies, procedures and documents are logged there.

I also use SF during my internal and external audits. Our auditors are usually really impressed with the amount of information we have logged there and how we manage risks and compliance using SF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StandardFusion?

Standard Fusion is a great GRC platform that I have found to be easy to use and set up. Features are being added all the time and the team takes all feedback is taken seriously by the Standfusion team which goes above and beyond in making sure issues/concerns are addressed. The tool allows you to easily manage any compliance program (SOC / ISO / FedRAMP) and perform control mapping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StandardFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest issues we are trying to solve is to manage our Security Compliance program within one tool without the use of spreadsheets and use this program for better project management/future roadmap/planning. In addition, another issue we want to solve to provide better executive dashboards (including KPIs) that provides a holistic view of how our current Security Program is operating (ex. KPIs). Although not all of these problems have been solved, this tool does provide time-saving benefits and better oversight by having a centralized solution with the capability to automate certain GRC activities. What do you like best about StandardFusion?

StandardFusion's platform is an intuitive GRC solution that can be quickly deployed and is easy to use. It maps well to primary compliance programs such as SOC 2, ISO27001 (plus others) and provides a dynamic dashboard of my compliance posture in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is StandardFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits have been multiple - firstly, the solution enabled the transition away from using spreadsheets to manage multiple requirements, such as compliance certifications, third party risk management, and internal audit of operational effectiveness.

Secondly, the platform allows me to immediately identify where we were compliance vs. non-compliance, building transparency throughout the org and enhance accountability. The process of undergoing an audit has been streamlines. StandardFusion saves me time from some of the more admistrative heavy activities and enables me to focus my time on deriving value from the data at hand. What do you like best about StandardFusion?

The ability for the StandardFusion team to accept requirements, and transform them into functional tools into the new version. Communication with the team throughout the implementation was structured and purposeful. For example, the visualization of the relationships of the objects within the tool, and the ability to leverage reporting to produce standardized compliance documents are valuable in communicating the environment.
