What do you like best about StandardFusion?

StandardFusion brings together all the areas of documentation, controls management, and audit standards into one simple but powerful platform. At Server At Work we must meet several compliance standards and StandardFusion let's you upload your own custom created guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StandardFusion?

As an early adopter a couple of years ago, we at Server At Work felt that StandardFusion was missing a few usability and reporting features. But over the last two years, StandardFusion has aggressively responded to user requests and added many great features and ideas rounding out their platform into an all-in-one that we exclusively use to manage our compliance programs. Recommendations to others considering StandardFusion:

The StandardFusion on-boarding team is accessible and great at answering questions. During our initial setup, we had some procedures specific to our unique compliance requirements and after discussing them in detail with StandardFusion, we were able to re-imagine some of our processes and improve them with StandardFusion. What problems is StandardFusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a SOC 2 compliant company, Server At Work must continuously monitor and improve our security protocols and controls. With StandardFusion as the core product for program management, we are able to identify gaps in compliance and address them quickly. What do you like best about StandardFusion?

I like the ease of use, and the interface is intuitive. The other feature we like is how all of the modules/segments of the software can be related/connected to other things. It is easy to see the relationships between items.

What do you like best about StandardFusion?

Standard fusion has a great user experience. All the modules work well together and allow you to mature past spreadsheets for your GRC program. When using SF, it is easy to notice that they have built the platform around the users and the most common pain points. SF has allowed my company to mature our GRC program past spreadsheets and into a tool that allows us to do cross-linking between controls and risk while also providing us with high-quality reporting functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StandardFusion?

While the user experience is great, the UI itself seems very mid-2015s. It gets the job done but does not "wow" me the way other products do. I think a redesign will completely solve the outdated UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Standard fusion has allowed us to modernize and build out our GRC program from a holistic point of view. Rather than having many users manage several spreadsheets, I have hired a GRC analyst that maintains standard fusion.
