What do you like best about StandardFusion?

Dedicated support team where I have a clear contact to raise any issue which is then escalated to tech teams. Support always seems eager to help and has improved in terms of providing clear follow-up and timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StandardFusion?

The system for policies is not user friendly for our use case. We focused on fixing errors for a number of months which seemed like a long time to get fixed. But then the actual user experience was not seen as a priority despite complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Standard Fusion is a Risk and Compliance tool which provides support for governance requirements within the organisation. This includes tracking risks, increasing accountability, ownership, delegation of duties and an audit trail for action completion. User friendliness remains a concern leading to potential efficiency and accuracy issues. This may be a different experience for other users depending on the customer use case. Minor things. Doesn't integrate with active directory. Vendor Management could still be expanded. But it does what it does well and they are always improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StandardFusion?

StandardFusion is a tool that fulfills all our compliance needs. It has a very intuitive, streamlined and user friendly interface which helps us to track different compliance standards. I haven't experienced any downsides with the tool. Personally, I feel that the support team has been really helpful in addressing any concerns that we faced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Earlier we had to manage and update multiple spreadsheets and constantly track them. StandardFusion has helped us in moving from several different spreadsheets into a single software. Now with StandardFusion we are able to track everything in a single tool which has helped us in reducing any errors and saving several hours on a daily basis.
