Top Rated StandardFusion Alternatives
Besides the excellent pricing, what we liked best was the easy to learn web interface, the speed of setting up links between controls and risks, and the professional onboarding provided by Mattie and Ryan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To date there are no downsides to using StandardFusion. The only exception is that our accounting department is jealous we are able to track the ITGC controls and audit evidence in a logical, well presented manner. The reports we are able to generate that satisfy our IT auditors in now the envy of the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Standard Fusion does everything you need a GRC solution to do, it is designed actually with all the featuers of something like ServiceNow GRC but a lot less expensive and much, much easier to onboard with. You don't need a dedicated admin for it and you can have your controls, risk, and audits in there and going within a week or two. The support team is very responsive and knowledgeable (thanks Ryan) and are always will work work with to, to include on feature requests. We have been using SF for a almost a year and out entire program is up and running in the tool. If you are a Security GRC function, please give SF a try, you will not be disappointed. Although Standard Fusion does have some integrations, they need to really focus on getting those built out. To be clear, they have been working on the ones I have requested and have many out of the box. But in the current SaaS environment, integrations are key and this would help propel SF growth. StandardFusion has allowed our compliance team to consolidate all relevant information to track ourselves against external and internal compliance standards. I'm particularly fond of the feature to connect various items across the platform, from policies & procedures, to vendors, to audit requirements, to assets, to risks, and so on. We can comment and record and tweak almost anything to our specifications. This ease of use allows for quick reference when juggling multiple compliance initiatives at once, and has helped keep us from multiplying efforts. We've also had great success with its customizable fields and workflows. StandardFusion has become our third party vendor database, our regulatory requirement tracker, and our risk assessment tool and as a result, our small team is able to do the work of a larger team with ease. Using StandardFusion as an internal-use, records keeping, requirement tracking tool has been fantastic. Using it as an outward-facing tool has been challenging. Notifications for tasks and questionnaires work most of the time, but are limited in their customizability and therefore often get missed or ignored by the recipients unless they're prepared ahead of time to expect something. Meanwhile, limiting internal notifications and reminders continues to be a challenge because the choices seem to be "too many notifications" or "no notifications." The StandardFusion team has worked on improving this and it's better than it was, but far from ideal still, and as a result some of our lighter users tend to drift away from keeping up with their responsibilities within the tool. very user friendly and is perfect for small GRC teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
the tool has many functionalities and modules and it can be convoluted at times and hard to find things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

with standard fusion you never get lost or confused, because the interface is practically the same for all the modules and all the items can be correlated between them, for example you can create a policy, a control, risk or even a task and you can create conections between every item.
it is really helpfull to be able to attach evidence for a control from the same control in my case i have for example policies that are correlated with all the controls related. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i think it could be more flexible with some feaures, and it needs more reports, the reports option for me could be more helpfull. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
StandardFusion has a nice and modern user interface and covers a lot of different functionalities and topics. The support and team is very dedicated and open for constructive feedback. We appreciate all the effort and also the speed of new implementations and modifications to the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes StandardFusion lacks some basic functionalities that would from an End user perspective would be considered fundamental like multi-selection filters. Additionally, the tool performance and the intuitiveness of the user interface could sometimes be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
StandardFusion consolidates documentation, controls management, and audit standards into a single powerful platform. It allows Server At Work to meet various compliance standards, enabling the upload of custom guidelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As early adopters, Server At Work noticed some usability and reporting features missing in StandardFusion a couple of years ago. However, in the past two years, StandardFusion has actively addressed user feedback, incorporating numerous features and ideas. It has evolved into an all-in-one platform that we now exclusively use for managing our compliance programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall it is a great product but when it comes to a new user it can be a little challenging for a person to get friendly with this product. But once you get used to it is awesome Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The support team was very valuable in accomodating our needs. What impresses me is that they invite engineers to discuss the issues if we cant resolve certain issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
