What do you like best about Staffbase?

The Staffbase customer support is second to none. From initial calls to implementation to monthly maintenance, I have felt supported all along the way. Their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they gave me all the tools our team needed to have a successful launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There are some limitations in the intranet side of the platform, primarily the landing pages and news pages separate which causes some challenges. Staffbase is a very comprehensive tool which allowed us to create an internal communications platform with all the functionality that we required. The Staffbase success team were fantastic and provided invaluable assistance to us in building and deploying our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Staffbase is a relatively complicated tool so requires signifncant time and resource to deploy. This is to be expected given that it is very comprehensive but without the right level of internal resource it won't achieve its potential. There is hardly anything to criticise. Some of the specific features could be more sophisticated, such as the file manager. I'm hoping for more functionalities in the software in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to work with. We can change adapt almost everything by ourselves and fitting to our needs.
