"Getting an employee app live and rolled out in 3 months? Yes, they can."

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Super friendly project support team consisting of 1 project lead, 1 technical lead and 1 content lead

Plattform is stable, state of the art and supporting any operating system and browser that our folks use.

The initial intention from us, as the IT group within the organization, was "not doable in 3 months". The staffbase team was proving us wrong.

The onboarding of our 1.300 users through Azure Actice Directory and the SCIM technology was done in minutes. A few hickups were resolved by the technical support from Staffbase together with our AD administrators.

App build and management through the common app stores is managed by Staffbase.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There's nothing to dislike. No organizational, technical, or content issue arised.

All that needs to be done is to get all parties from your own organization involved. For us this has been Marketing, HR and IT.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

- start our communication to our bluecollar workers

- enhance our interactivce and bi-directional communication to all employees

- provide easy to use self services from HR and IT

- digital signate to go

- make Intranet content available to anyone without a company computer

- have a simple communication platform for our employees

"Professional and well structured."

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Staffbase has clearly specified what we have to deliver in order to be able to launch the app on time. The weekly exchange via Zoom was also very helpful.

In addition, we were able to contact Staffbase at any time by phone or via zoom to get our questions answered. Wishes and suggestions for future developments are also recorded and examined. Even after the app has been launched, it is possible to contact the Customer Success Manager if you have any questions.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

The only thing I would improve would be the introduction to the Experience Studio at the beginning. Here you should first explain the structure and the set-up and only then show how to create articles.

Recommendations to others considering Staffbase:

Since the Staffbase solution has a modular structure, I recommend starting small and then adding and developing additional modules over time. Through the assigned Customer Success Manager, you have access to competent support at any time, which supports you up to go-live and beyond.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically there were beginner questions that were answered competently. Staffbase also helped us proactively in the creation of content and pages and for example, independently created some sample pages for a better view, which we could use as a basis for further development.

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Staffbase supported us as a company in the creation of the internal communication platform right from the start and gave us great support with the structured onboarding process during the introduction of the platform. We also chose Staffbase as a partner, because as a company, we continue to receive support after the introduction of the platform in order to make internal communication in the company a success.
