"Great customer service experience"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The Staffbase customer support is second to none. From initial calls to implementation to monthly maintenance, I have felt supported all along the way. Their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they gave me all the tools our team needed to have a successful launch.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There are some limitations in the intranet side of the platform, primarily the landing pages and news pages separate which causes some challenges. But they're always seeking feedback and their product team seems open to new ideas and features, so hopefully they'll improve this in the future.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, our primary communication channel was Outlook email. Everything was a stand-alone email and there was no way to track metrics. We also used SharePoint as our intranet, which leaves a lot to be desired. Now, we're able to publish timely, relevant news articles and teammates can engage with it. We're also about to build email and newsletter templates for a consistent, modern look and feel. Lastly, we're able to track data which helps inform our decisions and strategy.

"Knowledgeable and dedicated staff paired with a user-friendly platform!"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The platform is easy to learn and user-friendly. But what I appreciate the most is the staff. From the onboarding team to the support team to the CSM, the right people are in the right place facilitating use of the platform.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Certain features that one would easy to deploy can take time to develop and implement.

"Great platform and customer service"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Staffbase is easy-to-use and intuitive for colleauges using it for the first time. We use it within our internal communications team and I use it multiple times a week. It's great as it gives you all the data you could need. When an issue arises or I have a question, their customer support is brilliant, shout out to Todd! He was supportive, friendly and answered in a timely manner until my issue was resolved.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

It would be great to have more freedom/ease of use when designing emails and templates.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're getting data for the emails we issue - this is great to understand how our emails are received; especially with internal campaigns, as this allows us to report back to our stakeholders with tangible data.

"Great support and project team - great product with good features"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The Staffbase products are very easy to understand and to use.

The Support was very helpful und fast in communication.

The Launchteam from staffbase helped a lot with the integration and implementation of the product.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Some features we had in our previous Intranet were not available in the staffbase product. But that was ok. We switched for these "missing" features to other products we have.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

the staffbase product helped with our communication in the company. News can be distributed more easily.

The employees were very happy with the possibility to use the intranet also on their private phones to catch up after/before the workday.

"Looking for answers and the right partner. Staffbase delivers."

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Since we started the research process in looking for a workplace app and new intranet, Staffbase stood out every step of the way. In initial conversations they had answers to questions, solutions to the issues we faced, and were never pushy about "getting a contract". I had around 6 different conversations with Staffbase before a contract was ever discussed.

Once we made the decision, they assembled a great team ready to assit us every step of the way from building, content placement, and IT. Every time we had a question, they had a solution with great customer service. Our team started at "Yes" and went from there.

We built our app and new intranet in 5 months and there were multiple times in this process where I found myself saying "the more we work forward, the more it reassures me Staffbase was the best decision we could have made."

In the first month, the ease of use and user-friendliness helped in a 72% sign-up rate.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

The only disappointing part are the forms. They were not complex enough to fit our needs and we used Cognito Forms that did integrate with the app.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is giving direct communication to associates who do not have a company email.

"Exceptional Customer Experience"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Intuitive nature of the product - although the training material is incredibly high quality, the intuitive nature of the product meant that I could get started with little to no training. Easy to use 'drag and drop' design - saves us a lot of time. Extensive reporting capabilities - particularly Flexible design capabilities - able to change sizes, assets and positions of elements easily. Useful, simple and high quality training / support materials. Engagement and support from the Staffbase on-boarding team - during this quick onboarding process, I felt incredibly supported and really appreciated the responsiveness and dedication from the Staffbase team to get the product implemented.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Only able to use the 'from' email address of the user account that you're currently logged into. Would be good to be able to change the 'from' email address at the 'send' phase. Inability to make text flow around images. Only able to 'test' an email to one email address at a time.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better reporting insight - our previous provider had limited reporting capabilities, which meant that insights were both basic and manual. We're now able to use reporting features in Staffbase, such as time of day, to make data driven decisions on when is the best time to send our comms so it lands.

Increasing productivity - the Staffbase product is incredibly intuative and user-friendly. Compared to our last provider, I am spending far less time in email creation and formatting, increasing my productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The app application itself is great and the people. I especially like that feedback is always welcome and taken into account, for example, in the features that are released on a regular basis.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There is really nothing negative to say. If I would give something as an improvement, then it is the - sometimes - somewhat longer waiting times for support requests by mail.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staffbase's app application helps us reach all employees worldwide. We do not have many different communication platforms, only one. With a registration rate of 99 percent, the success speaks for itself.

At times getting a new tech development idea through can take a while as it goes through a big network their end to pout it on the list

"Fantastic personalised process"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The functionality of Staffbase meant that they could apply anything and everything we needed to our comms app, having in-built tools for all requirements.

Flexibility of the onboarding process meant we were able to rapidly produce our app in a short period of time.

The people at Staffbase were always friendly, helpful and on-hand.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Perhaps more hands on assistance in creating the content structure of the app. Understandably this is set up so internal admins get to know the app, and have full control over content, but if we were able to provide written content/images/plans to the Staffbase team for them to contribute to the physical building of pages/channels, the process could have been sped up even more.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communications to and between frontline care staff. This reduces the burden on location managers to disseminate information in a fast-paced care environment when they have other pressing responsibilities. All colleagues can now directly see important company updates, fun news pieces, valuable policies/tools etc. They can also interact with colleagues across the group, understanding peer experience.
