"How have we functioned without this phenomenal platform!!??"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

For an IC person, the platform is an exceptional product and user-friendly!! This one-stop-shop is allowing us to discontinue utilizing an intranet system that is cluttered, out-dated, and frustrating to end-users. The Staffbase support team (e.g., from sales to Technical CSE, etc.) has been outstanding, genuine and a joy to work with from the first interaction, and their continued work to meet our needs and back-end work to make the platform more robust, is astounding! I have always enjoyed serving our employees, but this platform truly makes it a thrill each time I am asked to communicate. We have only recently started our journey with Staffbase (went live April 2021) but with the numerous approaches they have considered to make the process fun and fresh, this is a relationship I see going on for many many years to come!

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Not one single thing! I did my research before presenting this to leadership, and they have proven over and over that I made the right decision for our employees.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our staff consists of both desk and non-desk workers, and as those out in the field or in the contact center, they can't always keep up with communications we send out during their busy day. This platform allows IC to reach them where they are, for them to view information when they can, and also for us to get essential information to them with ease.

"An easy way to reach ALL staff, to motivate, engage and inspire our people"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The on-boarding process was thorough and quick. We needed to act fast, to ensure we were reaching all staff, especially under current circumstances. The usability of the App is very easy. You can structure the App the way that suits your business. The ability to send messages to all staff, makes pushing out important company messages super easy. All employees now have a voice too, having the ability to share with each other, in lots of different ways.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

I have not come across any major dislikes yet! There are some new features coming soon, which will enhance our experience.

Having a look at how other companies are using the App, gives great insight into the possibilities.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to reach all staff quickly with important messages, plus the ability to bring staff together to show our Sika Spirit too!

"Our employees love Staffbase!"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The platform is user-friendly, both from the admin side and from the user side. Our employees love the interface and its ability to catch up on company news on their time using the mobile app.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

Nothing! Staffbase labs is a great tool for gathering ideas and it's wonderful that so many of them are incorporated into new product releases.

Recommendations to others considering Staffbase:

I am a one-person department managing internal and external comms for a 2300 employee company. This platform enables me to manage content easily without relying on IT support. Its analytics are great in that you can quickly tweak your content to better target comms that matter to your audience. The platform is secure and with using SSO, it's great to know that our confidential company comms can't fall into the wrong hands.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed an intranet tool that would convenient for our non-desk workers. We've really been able to engage this segment and help them feel more involved in the company.

"Great platform"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The platform is very simple to use, easy to learn or teach and you can get results in minutes. Customer support is fabulous. It provides results as a user end it's easy to use and navigate. I can't give this platform enough praise.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

That we didnt find it earlier. I can't complain about anything - the team ave supported us every step of the way to create the patfomr we needed and wanted for our staff

Think about what you want and book a demo with the team, you will not be disappointed.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staff engagement, we have gone from having 40% readership of our newsletter to 80% signed up and about 60-70% of staff now interacting with our communications.

"Getting an employee app live and rolled out in 3 months? Yes, they can."

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Super friendly project support team consisting of 1 project lead, 1 technical lead and 1 content lead

Plattform is stable, state of the art and supporting any operating system and browser that our folks use.

The initial intention from us, as the IT group within the organization, was "not doable in 3 months". The staffbase team was proving us wrong.

The onboarding of our 1.300 users through Azure Actice Directory and the SCIM technology was done in minutes. A few hickups were resolved by the technical support from Staffbase together with our AD administrators.

App build and management through the common app stores is managed by Staffbase.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There's nothing to dislike. No organizational, technical, or content issue arised.

All that needs to be done is to get all parties from your own organization involved. For us this has been Marketing, HR and IT.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

- start our communication to our bluecollar workers

- enhance our interactivce and bi-directional communication to all employees

- provide easy to use self services from HR and IT

- digital signate to go

- make Intranet content available to anyone without a company computer

- have a simple communication platform for our employees

"Great tool and collaboration"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

Staffbase supported us as a company in the creation of the internal communication platform right from the start and gave us great support with the structured onboarding process during the introduction of the platform. We also chose Staffbase as a partner, because as a company, we continue to receive support after the introduction of the platform in order to make internal communication in the company a success.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There's really nothing to complain about.

"Always there to help"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The team is always quick with an answer to help us on our way and introducing us to new ways to accomplish our goals.

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There's not many. There have been an occasional instance where we were looking for a solution that couldn't be adapted into the Staffbase forum, but they will help us with a workaround. In many instances, the solution comes in the next update. They listen and keep adapting!

Recommendations to others considering Staffbase:

The hardest part is getting the buy-in from the employees to use the tool on a regular basis. To be a success you need to create fun and engaging content balanced with the information most needed.

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have 1,000 non-desk employees without company computers or laptops. Staffbase allows us to put messages into the literal hands of all our team members.

"So useful during the current pandemic"

What do you like best about Staffbase?

The great thing about the Staffbase app is it has meant that whilst we have had colleagues on furlough, we have been able to communicate with them, and update them on the business. We have also used the app to provide a way that colleagues can ask questions to the business, as well as recognising and thanking other colleagues

What do you dislike about Staffbase?

There really is nothing to dislike. As the admin it is really easy to upload content, and for the end user it is really easy to navigate

What problems is Staffbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to communicate with remote workers, and those that are not on email
