Due to our previous ISV being a third party we relied heavily on their data syncs and external mappings to ensure our outbound data was correct. Staedean offers an large amount of flexibility that I have not seen with other providers. I believe we are only scratching the surface of this amazing tool. Our implementation guru, Pavol, taught us in 5 months all we needed to recreate our existing processes. Although this was like learning a new language, Pavol made it a smooth process. Since our recent go live at the end of May we are using Staedean every day and the tool has yet to fail or cause issues. **What do you dislike about STAEDEAN?** Without the proper training and with that training the proper care to detail you can break your entire setup. not much a gripe but something to point out. **What problems is STAEDEAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staedean solves the problem of us not having the power to change mappings on our own. This benefits us as we are use to one-two week turn arounds for simple issues and longer for complex. ### 2. The STAEDEAN team provided the integration services we needed to get everything set up. **What do you dislike about STAEDEAN?** Although it is a costly solution, it performs reliably once it has been set up. **What problems is STAEDEAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their product has been instrumental in helping us connect our PLM and ERP systems, making it possible to transfer part information seamlessly from the PLM software to the ERP software. ### 3.
