What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

The CDN is fast to implement in our projects. The distributed network is even faster. The Admin Portal is also easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

It used to be MaxCDN, and we really liked them. The changeover from MaxCDN to StackPath was a little jarring, but we got through it, thanks to their support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

Their CDN and WAF are ok. Slightly below average, I would say, but good enough for production use. The significant advantage was that they had decent pricing for long-term customers until now. But that just changed, so nothing stands out or gives this company an edge anymore. They are overpriced now, with a mediocre product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

Stackpath is neither the best CDN nor the best WAF out there. They don't have that many POPs and are not particularly fast or offer advanced features.

However, they had a reasonable price until now. But they have changed the pricing and are forcing loyal, long-term customers into their new pricing model, which quadruples the price in our case.

Also, a few months ago, they stopped support for paying customers almost entirely and started to offer an add-on support package (with high pricing, of course). The milking process has begun, and we are not on board. We are migrating to a service offering better value and a better product; there are many.

Goodbye, Stackpath; it was fun while it lasted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

It is a good CDN which makes our site and client sites run faster. Reliability is quite good and stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

StackPath used to be CDN which was phenomenal. We had legacy pricing. Suddenly in Feb 2023, our plan went up a whopping 275% without prior notice!!! In addition, the USD/CAD dollar at 30% to 35% makes this entirely and ridiculously overpriced. In addition, support went utterly downhill, with online and call support removed and hidden. Services were reduced and removed, and pricing went up. We carried it another month out of courtesy to our clients - but to say we are pissed off is an understatement. What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

Fairly easy to use for CND services for beginners and works well with wordpress. However I will be looking for a replacement after my price went up suddenly by 500% Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

price gouging after 5 years of service. I've been a customer for 5 years now. Today I was emailed saying they would be increasing their prices. Long story short the cost of my service has now been increased by 500%.

Will be leaving them very shortly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

StackPath offers a range of other features and benefits that help protect and optimize your site. Advanced caching options, DDoS protection, and real-time analytics are some of them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

We had a negative experience with the service due to outages which broke overall integeration. The cost of the product didn't reflect the service provided. Making their dashboard modern & easy to navigate would be the first step of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

StackPath used to be good in the early days. Then they bought out MaxCDN and KeyCDN, and started offering their firewall and CDN as a service to hosting providers like CloudWays. They got too big too fast and didn't have processes in place to cope. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

Live Chat staff do not have the power to actually do anything. Everything has to be escalated and takes hours if not days to resolve. Automatic billing occurs over weekends, but there are no billing staff available on weekends to fix issues, and other staff have no access to billing systems. - Ability to set cache keys from the origin for easy cache clearing

- Good speed (TTFB globally of < 50ms for me) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

Terrible inane UI for cancelling, tried cancelling several times and getting nowhere - then got billed again, they make it's incredibly frustrating to cancel. It also did little to speed up my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

Affordability and response. They are quite affordable and chat response that could help you to solve L1 problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

Service. The pathetic service. Frequent downtime, and that too for hours. Their infra team takes hours, even half a day, to resolve their network problem. Their unstable network causes frequent downtime, which not only makes you lose business but have an adverse effect on your Google ranking as well, bringing damages for a very long time. What do you like best about StackPath CDN?

StackPath is an incredible tool that operates easily and gives extensive and vast performance for the delivery of content. It has an incorporated network application firewall and DDoS control. Stackpath is a very basic, comprehensive, friendly, and practical tool that empowers full support and completely documented API. StackPath allows easy and strong integration with WordPress and numerous other content management networks. Stackpath is tremendously intuitive and allows a very simple and trouble-free procedure for set-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackPath CDN?

Stackpath has no capacity for the personalization of the time zones and it operates under UTC. There is no support delivered by StackPath to Brotli. There is no free of cost version of Stackpath and it is mandatory to employ the credit card to use the testing version even though various other content delivery network systems give access to limited services freely. It aids only a single internet protocol (IP) version 4. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
