I enjoy using Stackline. The platform is straightforward to use and it is quite intuitive. It offers plenty of information covering a variety of metrics. The interface is great. It is easy to build, view and download reports. Segments are easy to create and reuse. There is almost nothing I want out of Stackline's reporting tools that I am unable to get. It is especially valuable for the data and insights that are not available anywhere else (such as category and competitor data in Atlas). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-I need easier segment catgorizations/folders. Right now every segment created by anyone with the organization is contained in a single shared space. I need folders by business/brand at a minimum. Ideally, there would be a more robust categorization system, but I definitely don't want/need to see reports for any other brands.
-1P data does not always match Vendor Central, and that can be alarming
-3P data can often be very different than what is in Seller Central, and that is compounded by the inclusion of "rogue" 3P. I would love a way to see 1P, inside 3P and outside 3P so that I can better separate out sales and understand my business performance. Stackline offers a comprehensive and user-friendly platform for analysing Amazon marketplace data. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing for efficient data exploration and analysis and making it a valuable asset in extracting insights to support our decisions.

This is very useful as data includes sellout as well as as spend, traffic and conversion metrics, allowing us to effectively benchmark our performance against competition and make informed strategic decisions. The lack of API documentation allowing us to easily integrate Stackline data with all other reports. Also this would enable us easier analysis due that we are interested in the number of items sold and an additional step of mapping how many items per ASIN is required (for our market each unit reported by Stackline may contain one or more items, depending on the ASIN). There is no shortage of data you can tap into with Stackline tools. Their dashboards make it easy to identify market opportunities, see where competition is gaining share, and manage ad campaigns and ad investment. Their tools are powerful and the managed service team is TOP NOTCH. I've worked with so many Amazon ad agencies, and none come even close to comparing to Stackline. I moved my organization from Flywheel (Ascential) to Stackline and I couldn't be happier with that decision. The team is sharp, attentive, detail oriented, organized and so kind. I use Stackline Becaon and Atlas all day every day and I'm still surprised at the number of insights I'm able to uncover from their software. They have a 1 month integration / on-boarding, then it took about 5 months to transition our 700 advertised SKUs to their structure and it was painless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Billing is a little complicated to sort out. They don't have a streamlined pricing model, so it can be difficult to manage/forecast agency cost because nothing is a cut and clear price structure.
