The product covers the core use case well and is relatively easy to get started with. Some features still feel a bit limited or not fully polished. Performance can be inconsistent at times, and there’s a noticeable learning curve for more advanced use cases. The visual builder is intuitive, RAG setup is straightforward, and the integrations cover most of what I need (docs, links, internal knowledge, apps). It’s great for iterating fast, testing use cases with real users, and then turning the same flow into something production-ready.

As workflows get more complex, debugging can feel a bit opaque and the UI can get busy. Some connectors or edge cases still need workarounds, and I’d love more visibility into step-by-step logs and version comparisons. Pricing can be a stretch for very small teams.

I find Stack AI easy to use, with a clear interface that stands out, especially for someone like me who does not code. I am not satisfied with the limited native integrations available in Stack AI. The absence of integration with Spendesk has been particularly notable and impacts my workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was challenging, requiring assistance from a sales engineer. This increase in complexity made the onboarding experience tougher than expected.

**What do you like best about StackAI?**

For me the best thing is how much time it saves on the prep work. I can take messy client notes or long reports and turn them into something usable, like a creative brief or a quick summary, without spending hours doing it manually. It’s also great for brainstorming — I can quickly explore different campaign directions or generate first drafts of presentation copy, which helps me get to the actual design and strategy part faster. Since we work with a lot of different types of clients, I like that Stack AI is flexible enough to adapt depending on the project.

**What do you dislike about StackAI?**

Some of the features aren’t super intuitive at first, so it does take a bit of trial and error to figure out the best way to set things up. I think the interface could be a little smoother, especially for people who don’t come from a technical background. Also, I’d love to see more integrations or templates that are geared toward creative work specifically — that would make it even more useful for people in my role.

**What do you like best about StackAI?**

Really powerful platform, incredibly comprehensive suite of integrations (Sharepoint, SAP, Workday, Google Drive, tons more). Drag and drop UI is nice for team members who aren't sure how to start coding AI agents. Nice that you can export agents as forms, websites, chatbots, in Slack etc. -- a lot of other agent building platforms don't have that tool and you have to make a whole website for other ppl to use it. Also very secure w/ lots of built in features: PII protections, guardrails so that chatbots don't go off on their own, SSO, passwords, etc. and compliant w HIPAA, SOC2, etc.

**What do you dislike about StackAI?**

So many options, tools, and templates that it can be overwhelming sometimes to know where to start-- but I find the Chat with Workflow function really helpful and ask it questions all the time, like how to debug something, how I could add a certain tool into the workflow, or even to just generate a workflow for me

**What problems is StackAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me be super efficient--love to spin out different agents for use cases for my email, research, clients, and other things. Can be as fast as 5 minutes to build and publish an entirely working project.

**What do you like best about StackAI?**

As I mentioned earlier, the learning curve can be a bit steep, but once you become familiar with it, the results are truly impressive, and the building experience becomes almost self-explanatory. 

The range of LLMs you can integrate is remarkable, and the granular settings available for each LLM make it suitable for nearly any use case. 

The ability to stack workflows is definitely a unique element of the product. This way, one can avoid building a massive workflow and instead build smaller increments and then connect them in a master flow.

**What do you dislike about StackAI?**

Understanding the memory settings can be tricky when it comes to recurring tasks, and expert input on how to best use this feature is potentially needed.

There are a couple of tricks that allow one to work most effectively with the tool, but they are not highlighted during the onboarding. One powerful example that I learned through trial and error was formatting the prompt so that it's almost entirely separate from the instructions. In the examples below, assume _content_ to be a text output from a previous node (either long or short formats). 

Example for how it shouldn't be formatted: "Assume the role of X, and based on the _content_, generate an overview of the findings around Y."

Example for how it should be formatted: "Assume the role of X, and based on the text provided below, generate an overview of the findings around Y.

This way, the working LLM works better, but this approach to contextualisation doesn't come automatically for most, and I believe this could definitely be a highlighted tip during onboarding.

I believe the number of problems/use cases Stack AI can help solve is limitless. Here I'm thinking of both repetitive manual tasks, but also creative challenges where Stack AI can help do the heavy lifting when it comes to research.

At this point, there’s not much to dislike. The platform is evolving quickly, and while some areas are still being expanded, the team is clearly addressing new use cases and adding improvements at a fast pace.

What I liked about my experience using Stack AI was how intuitive it was, being able to create a complete AI workflow without the use of code. I was able to develop within minutes and automatized email assitant. Tha drag and drop interface makes it very intuitive.

Although it does take a while to get used to the platform, it is expected and in the long run is pretty time saving. So although initially it can be a bit time consuiming to get the hang of it, even in the short run is worth the effort.

The interface is also easy to use and their costumer service is always there for whatever question you might have. Would recommend for any business looking for efficient ways to complete their tasks and workflows.

**What do you like best about StackAI?**

Stack AI is a well-regarded platform for creating and deploying AI-powered applications. I like that it is using a no-code approach. I my view its strengths lie in its intuitive drag-and-drop interface, which makes it accessible to users without technical expertise. Given its extensive library of templates it gave me a quick way to test my project.  These templates can be customized to suit various industries - but can also be applied to small businesses.

I prefer the simplicity of workflow creation and the platform's ability to aggregate data from diverse sources. The best things is, that building up a knowledge base is so easy. Just upload pdfs. Even those pdfs that are restricted to only read can be used - the build in OCR feature is just great. It eases the integration into my customers needs.

The guys from the support team are eager to answer quickly. And they are good in what ever they do. One of the guys agreed to a video call in order to check the problem. Great job!

**What do you dislike about StackAI?**

It seems that stack-AI has some speed issues in Europe. Starting some requests via "Run" emerges in heavy delays - especially during afternoon and the evening. This issue might scare away some of my customers and should be addressed.

Stack AI simplifies the development of a centralized, AI-powered knowledge base. Using features like document readers and data aggregation nodes, it can extract and organize product information from various sources (e.g., documents, cloud storage) into a structured format​. This enabled me to build a comprehensive repository for my clients' product data, ensuring quick and accurate retrieval of information. With its AI capabilities, Stack AI can analyze my customers' user queries, extract key details, and route them to the appropriate team member or department. It achieves this by leveraging workflows that integrate natural language processing and logic nodes. Thanks to this, Stack-AI ensures that customer issues are resolved more efficiently, hopefully enhancing satisfaction. Stack AI supports API integrations, making it possible to connect with platforms. In my case Freshdesk or other CRM systems. This ensures that AI-driven insights and query-routing can integrate directly into my client’s existing tools, enabling real-time updates and streamlined operations​.

I have been really loving how Stack AI has boosted our company’s ability to get from idea to product/feature quickly. It enables our non engineer staff to build out the proper AI workflow that we can then use an API endpoint for. The built in OCR they have is really nice, and the amount of adapters and connectors they have seems endless. They also seem to have same day support for the new LLM models when they drop, which has been really impressive.

Nothing comes to mind in terms of dislikes.

**What problems is StackAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue Stack AI solves for us is iteration velocity. Previously, when we wanted to build an AI-enabled feature or workflow in our product, we had to put days or even weeks of work into building something super custom only to realize we needed to shift gears and abandon it. Now, with Stack AI, we have been able to get quick MVPs of these workflows to understand if they are something useful that fits into our business quickly.

How modular and easy to use it is. You can build a fully functioning AI workstream within seconds, collaborate with coworkers and see live the outcome of the structure you are building.

Nothing to dislike. Perhaps a work in progress field is the connection with Company's Tech suite. It's flexibility can lead to people in the organization to use it as an external tool from the Company's systems. To make StackAI scalable and up to it's real power within an organization the users need to be very diligent in stapling the workstream to the Company's providers, APIs, privacy/security standards, etc. 

StackAI is definetely building in this direciton (e.g., with their On-premise solution, SSO, etc.)

It has helped me greatly in the past as an MVP enabler within an organization. Building AI architecture and Chatbots within days to steer the Company in a particular direction.

I have been using Stack-AI for a good couple of months now, and it's by far the easiest tool to set up and use to create custom AI workflows. It makes it super easy to chain multiple LLMs, get data from multiple sources, including external APIs, and easily switch from one model to another without redoing a bunch of work.

Being a fairly new product on the market, it is sometimes a bit unstabl/clunky, but it's something that we can live considering how fast it's evolving.

We're using Stack AI to automate AI workflows in our private equity process of buying and running companies, from the begging of the funnel in due diligence, all the way to supporting customers and fixing bugs.

Since it is a startup, there needs to be more customer support, as I have recived no reply or resoluation to some of the issues I have emailed them, however their discord channel is active and you can reach them there to get your issues resolved.
