"Smooth User Interface & Reliable Results"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like that StackAdapt is constantly innovating to help its' users be competitive. I get notifications frequently about new features in StackAdapt that actually make my life easier as an advertiser. I also like how personable the reps are at StackAdapt. They're also friendly, professional, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Sometimes I'm overwhelmed with all the tools within StackAdapt because I don't know how to use them all. I'd love to have hands on trainings that would walk me through the use of how to use the tools available in the platform and features within campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust DSP With Advanced Targeting and Strong Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt makes targeting simple and effective — the contextual and semantic tools hit the right audiences without relying too much on third-party data. I like having native, display, video, and CTV all in one place, and the reporting dashboard makes optimization quick. Support has also been responsive and easy to work with. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The learning curve for new users can be steep when setting up advanced features like custom audience modeling or multi-touch attribution. Once mastered, though, the depth of functionality is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally, a self-service alternative with quality support!"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Since we started using StackAdapt, everything is simple and efficient. The teams are highly responsive, available, and know their subject perfectly. We were able to launch our campaigns quickly (thanks also to our provider) and they quickly gained strength. The fact that the DSP is self-service really changes the game: the budget is controlled, with real freedom in management. The variety of campaign formats is also a real plus, allowing for the creation of real synergies between our actions. As for the results, nothing to complain about: the performances are well above those obtained with other DSPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick to Launch, Easy to Use, Brilliant Team"
4/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt makes campaign setup incredibly fast and intuitive. Alan Dooney got us up and running in no time, and Kerian Scannell has been fantastic on ongoing support, always responsive and clear. The platform's ability to use third-party audiences allows for really granular targeting, which has been a big plus. The final campaign report was also easy to understand and made end-of-campaign analysis straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The UI can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially when navigating deeper features. That said, there's plenty of training available and excellent support on hand, which really smooths out the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great partner with excellent programmatic ad tech"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I've been working with StackAdapt for the last two years after working with a number of different programmatic providers and platforms. StackAdapt prioritizes establishing and sustaining great partnerships, whether for managed services or self-service. Their ad buying platform is very user-friendly, and they are constantly investing in improving it and seeking customer feedback. I'm always impressed with their focus on fine-tuning all aspects of their platform and providing the necessary resources to ensure our team gets the most out of its capabilities. In terms of StackAdapt's ad buying capabilities, their wide range of targeting options, placements, and format types easily compete with the best of the other DSPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

To be honest, there's not a lot to dislike about StackAdapt. StackAdapt has seen pretty significant growth over the last few years, and with that comes some growing pains, which can be expected. This has led to the shuffling of team members or folks who handle our accounts, which, at times, was a bit jarring, but despite that, StackAdapt is always seeking feedback and trying to improve wherever it can and has been very upfront about its changes. "Outstanding Account Support, but UX for Campaign Implementation could be better"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The customer service from our account manager at StackAdapt is excellent - quick to respond, engaged with our clients business and strong consultative support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

There's been some feedback about the challenges of UX for planners implementing campaigns in-platform.. Other issues are the quality of the brand lift study outputs and the belieft that other DSP's offer more premium inventory for CTV. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
