I thoroughly enjoy being able to find answer to previously asked questions that may be exclusive to our company. Due to us having proprietary technology these answer aren't readily available on the internet. Therefore having stack overflow for teams makes it so easy to broadcast a message to the whole company asking for help and makes addressing issues a seamless process. It can sometimes be a bit difficult to find answers to previously asked questions through the search feature. I have had times when I have searched for a question and nothing came up. What I like most is how easy it is to find answers across the company. It’s become our go-to place for internal knowledge, and the search actually works well, which saves a ton of time. The only real downside is that the content quality depends on how active people are in posting and updating information. very much easy to use and easy to share knowledge between the teams or organization. Very much helpful and understanding the concepts between the teams.Keeps our things secured & private. I find it easy to locate answers to questions which frequently arise during our team discussions. Instead of digging through old chats or bugging someone who’s busy, I can usually search and get the exact info I need. The system maintains all technical knowledge in a single location, which allows everyone to make updates and additions when they work. The biggest downside for me is that it only really works well if everyone actually participates. If people don’t add new information or forget to update old answers, things get outdated fast. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered until you get the hang of it, and sometimes it takes a while for folks to buy into using it regularly. It is an easy platform to post issues in the organization, articles on new releases.

The issue search is great and fast, and as a user you can highlight valid answers for the new comers.

I'm missing the private knowledge base option, a place where I can share tech docs internally with team members only. With that feature, I wouldn't need any Wiki like tools and massive google docs that are hard to search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
