Backed by state-of-the-art technology with artificial intelligence which reduces turnaround time and enhances business efficiency. It has been carefully crafter to cater to diversified business needs. The screens are user friendly with easy navigation. It supports all the major browsers and devices. The application has been segregated into modules with each module depicting the function of a specific division in a travel company like, Tariff, Operations, Finance Team. Every process is backed by a maker and checker approach to ensure accurate data goes into the system. Detailed information of every action is captured as part of audit trail. Signature facilitates managing the suppliers, clients, creating and managing quotations, bookings, doing financial transactions etc. ## Signature Reviews ### 1. It's an ERP system, so I don't need multiple software to run my business. I use a feature that lets me know the number of rooms and services available, so I can manage allotments effectively. This prevents overbooking since once the rooms are fully booked, no further bookings can be made for that room type. I also feel happy using Signature as it's the first product my travel company opted for, and numerous clients I've spoken to speak highly of it. **What do you dislike about Signature?** I think there are too many clicks to get to one point in Signature. There are a lot of ways to reach one particular point, like for a contract, which feels unnecessary. It would be better if Signature could streamline this. Also, the initial setup is a bit difficult because you've got to understand how it works, especially for people switching careers into the travel industry; they find it hard to understand the software. **What problems is Signature solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Signature to manage travel efficiently in one place. It handles bulk activities like uploading contracts and suppliers. The allotment feature prevents overbooking by blocking bookings when space is full, automating management and freeing me from using multiple softwares. ### 2. From now on we could use this software instead of our homemade solution as an alternative to build up fast processes. **What do you dislike about Signature?** Signature has not a good control for consulting documents that clientes signed. Other than that there are not downsides to complain about the tool. Good to integrate. **Recommendations to others considering Signature:** There are not too much documentation online, however it was easy to integrate with our BPM application, Pipefy. **What problems is Signature solving and how is that benefiting you?** Building fast processes instead of using the complex integration with our homemade tool. Clients can easily access Signature in order to finish their contracts. ### 4.
