**What do you like best about Squaretalk?**

The Squaretalk Platform is a top-notch program and I would recommend it to anyone in my network. Our QA team said it’s easy to pull calls to review. I like that you can integrate it with the current programs you have. The agents are able to call with ease and rarely run into issues. They welcome feedback and continue to evolve the program. It is very reliable and the pricing structure fits my company and is a great deal.

**What do you dislike about Squaretalk?**

The platform continues to grow and is not perfect yet. I wish it was implemented with more software platforms, but what it currently is implemented in works great for my group.

**What problems is Squaretalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Squaretalk Platform has great call management and helps the team be fore efficient. We an use one program and integrate this rather than using multiple programs to complete one task. Our agents take many calls and needed this software to be able to take more calls during the day. This software helps create more business for my company and helps us continue to grow rapidly.

It helps us to provide high level, personalised service to our clients. The platform helps to integrate and provide access to multiple business applications.

The fact that they don't have an app of their own. It will be great if that would be taken care of in the future.

So far, so good. I didn't encounter any problems using the platform. It is just that the conversation involves more than one client, and the conversation become more transparent to all.

My experience with Squaretalk has been remarkable. The software is user friendly and eases business communication. The best part about the software is that it is constantly improving  and rarely encounter any problem. The call reviewing is also an easy task. This software is highly recommended! Great job team!

Well, I don't remember any such defect in the software. However, I feel that there should be an Android and iOS application. It would be an add-on and the use of software will become easy to access.

Very reliable connectivity and uptime.
Low price starting from 15 USD, but it brings you High results because you can automatize reminders in such an easy manner and it is the perfect choice for a small business or even big call centers.
Examples of use: CX and retention teams, traders, telemarketers, market researchers, insurance agents, financial advisors, etc.

**What do you dislike about Squaretalk?**

So far as I have read in many forums online, the implementation with other very known software tools is still ongoing, but that should come out in a near future. This is not something to be disappointed in, because the current features are fine for my use.

Having a piece of software that can easily make the job when you want to call customers internationally in a quick manner and without another piece of hardware.

**What do you like best about Squaretalk?**

Managing high volume calls made easier with the software as it helps to record calls automatically. Our QA team is also able to review the recording at their own time easily.

**What do you dislike about Squaretalk?**

We have been using them for about 2 quarters now and nothing much I could say that is not within our expectations. So far the software has helped my team to manage calls smoothly.

**Recommendations to others considering Squaretalk:**

If you are looking for a simple platform to manage your customer calls and you have a team of more than 3 people, squaretalk really helps with that. You as a manager or a QA could review their productivity, while maintaining the quality of calls.

**What problems is Squaretalk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to having Squaretalk, we were running our calls on our mobile phones and it was hard for our QA team to review any calls as there were no proper call recordings. Now, everything can be tracked and recorded.

Versatility of the Squaretalk Platform My company's data in the cloud and integrated, ease of communication access, a lot of security for managing a CRM with great facilities.

Limited integration with other company software, as we have a lot of integration, not all of them were adapted, even so I didn't see problems in continuing with the platform, because of the thousand other options it offers me.

customer services and user engagement platforms   use  to engage with customers for customer self-service and enterprise communication to assist them also increasing customer engagement by providing the tools  with the full support of customer engagement

I think security for signing should be enhanced by using different security checks like multifactor authentication etc

almost nothing, their dashboard at the top is okay i guess..... but really nothing special and the auto dialer is awful would never recommend

I have not worked with other platforms, but from my experience, I highly recommend Squaretalk

Customer service is really fast and helpful. the technical knowledge of the team is amazing. When we use the products, we see that they are a good combination of technical/programming knowledge and field needs. When

We barely faced some delays on vacations. But it was not as much as I can name it as something that I dislike.

We are using an autodialer application on the Squaretalk platform. The most impressive benefit so far is the ratio setting for the dialer. With this property, we are able to increase the successful conversation count by %50.

Squaretalk is easy to learn and use and very flexible.  We were able to get the team onboarded and moving very quickly and without too much training. Their sales and support teams were also super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Squaretalk?**

Not much to dislike here. When we have issues, they are available and make sure we have as little downtime as possible.

We have clients in many countries. We need to communicate with them and keep all our records in order. We need to make sure that when someone calls, or we contact them, we know what they have done with us in the past.  This is where Squaretalk has been very helpful.

Really attentive Support/Implementation specialist who handheld us through the entire setup and also their willingness to work on last-minute bespoke changes specific to our business needs. They offer solutions to meet some of our particular needs around reporting without trying to push extra development costs, which was refreshing.

Mainly if the line is constantly dropping, or if sometimes the numbers do not connect.

We can get a lot of information about our agents and their calls, including recordings and statistics. The best thing about Dashboard is how quickly you can find a call you were looking for.
