I have multiple websites via Squarespace. I don't know how to code, but Squarespace makes it super easy to create webpages using their templates as a starting ground. I can then add sections by dropping in fields, allowing me to personalize the site per my needs.
I use Squarespace for an e-commerce shop, esalit intergratting with Printify, as well as for a non-profit where we collect donations via PayPal and Stripe, both compatable with Squarespace.
Whenever I have an issue, I am able to contact support and they always get back to me within 24 hours addressing my issues.
The sites look modern, clean, and are easy to use; highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I only have two issues with Squarespace, although they do not prevent me from using the platform:
There is no way for users to save forms if they want to step away and come back later to complete. So users need to complete forms in one sitting without saving.
Another downside is that once you make a change to a webpage, you have to publish it immediately, you can't save the revisions as a proof and come back later to make the page live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to use and onboard new users. The ability to customize restrictions for users is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connecting other services to it is rather difficult. No recurring payment options caused us to look outside of Squarespace for a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to use, and responsive. I've been using Squarespace for most of my web projects over the past 10 years, and they've innovated quite a bit over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Somewhat limited design choices, inflexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is so user friendly. I don't have a backgroud in HTML or website design, so having something I can use was crucial. I love all the options and features, as well as the things that can integrate into it. We use it daily and the support staff has provided wonderful service as well. It was easy to build and implement into our new site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have any cons at this time! We love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With very little experience at the time building a website SS was a godsend once I became proficient with the basics designing the site and tailoring it to my liking was easy and became a fun experience using the various tools and experimenting with site. I built several sites for my friends businesses which they still use today and after some guidance they became quite good at adjusting the site themselves without my input. Not much I found the site incredibly user friendly and for a beginner it was a great experience. Perhaps a few tutorial videos for the basics would have helped me in the beginning but I still found my way regardless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Squarespace stands out for its intuitive website builder, elegant templates and all-in-one platform that simplifies the process of creating and managing a professional website. It offers robust design customization, reliable hosting and a user-friendly interface, making it a top choice for individuals and businesses looking to establish a polished online presence. Many users find it convenient for creating professional-looking websites without needing advanced technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing structure is slightly higher for certain users, especially those with basic needs. Some users have reported occasional template rigidity, where extensive customization might require more advanced coding skills. Squarespace lacks a mobile app, impacting on-the-go website management.
