What do you like best about Square Point of Sale?

I like that my customers know this product and trust it and don’t worry about their security. I think I had one issue in over ten years of using it- with a customers charge not going through properly and their customer service was amazing at reaching out to them and resolving it! What do you dislike about Square Point of Sale?
