"Easy to use!"

What do you like best about Square Loyalty?

What do you like best about Square Loyalty?

No more buying stamp cards, no more buying stamps or ink, this is a great way to improve customer loyalty and retention. You can also reach out to the customer via text or email. Very convenient! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Square Loyalty?

Square's loyalty program is definitely on the pricey side. However, I've never signed up for any other loyalty program so I'm not sure of the cost compared to Square's competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Square Loyalty solving and how is that benefiting you?

Is it cheaper to buy physical stamp cards and stamps? Probably. But how many of your customers lost those cards or collected 20 of them because they always forget to bring them? This loyalty program is pricey but worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
