Our company is in the midst of a large-scale digital transformation with a lot of different software vendors at play. The Spryker pre-sales team offered exceptional strategic advice and brought in their solution architect to not only scope the Spryker solution but also work through a capability mapping exercise and integrations with the other vendors. They were open and honest with us throughout the process and were a very friendly team to work with. We see them being great long-term partners. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a lot to say in this box...they were great.
The only limitation we had was that to manage the product internally we will need to recruit/contract a PHP developer, which is easily manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Excellent PaaS Plattform! Outstanding support. Great functions alread out of the box. Fast time to market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much to complain. Maybe that the company is in the starting phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Search is not very good. However, the settings for the filters are not intuitive and very difficult to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

During the presentation phase, I was impressed by Spryker's OS architecture and how well documented everything was. From a technical standpoint, I could see exactly how data and integrations flowed. The crew we met and will ultimately get to work with is another big reason we chose Spryker. Communication is top-notch and a great group to work with. We always enjoy it when Spryker is on premise. The learning curb is a bit too steep for newcomers but after a few months of actively using it, it becomes easier to learn and adapt to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The following benefits of Spryker have proven to work for us:
- Strict architecture rules facilitate flexible provisioning of dev resources
- Feature development close to the market and customer requirements
- Close and successful cooperation between Spryker as vendor and us as solution partner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The following disadvantages of Spryker have shown up for us:
- Complex architecture may require longer onboarding times
- E-commerce standards as usual with other store systems partly not available (but of course Spryker is not an out of the box solution) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

On the one hand, Spryker provides a wide range of standard features & business scenarios (B2B, B2B, marketplace) for instant usage. On the other hand, it is open and flexible to adapt and to implement custom & extraordinary things on top, making use of the headless and API-first approaches. Spryker provides standard frontends out of the box, but its adaptability is limited, and depending on given business requirements implementing custom frontends is required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
