No, it's that after several experiences implementing a platform and having an underwhelming to awful implementation, the Spryker team becomes even more engaged and focused on your success after the sale. If you are sizing up Gartner's magic quadrant while you consider your selection, recall that the platform shown to you is the fully mature realization of their capabilities. With all but Spryker, an integration partner will start the work and then find their contact at the platform slow to respond at best, wholly unresponsive at worst. Spryker continues to be available, and they treat customers and partners with speed and sincerity.
