Sprint extended their service to my remote area during the pandemic to help support my children's online learning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprint?

In the past I was unimpressed by Sprint's apathetic attitude about customer care, but it was the only service available in my rural area. They often would shut down service for exceeding data usage pre-COVID, but absolutely pulled out all the stops during the pandemic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprint?

Sprint will warn you for exceeding limits, but then often paints you into a corner as they only have a 100 GB max plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sprint:

More like please reconsider Spring, those that have been unimpressed in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sprint solving and how is that benefiting you?

On-line distance learning during forced school closure in Virginia, mobile hotspot function in time of crisis to support students and families. Ability to continue business functions from distance while social isolating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
