I love the option for the users to direct support with fellow Customer support ..it always remind the nextel from back in the day .We are getting quick responses and like it's always walkie and talkie responce ..quick fast reliance reliable connection for meeting andbphone calls. Coverage area does not allow always for solid connection..Device compatibility is limited..Many times the employees are not compatible...Most of the devices are covered. Sometime it is choppy to use ..when sometimes button get stucks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
