It would be great to have a way to upload all our social handles on Sprinklr without being obligated to add them one by one. Another problem I've been facing was for me to set up a keyword least at least 24h hours before using it. I can also add that if another user tags his topic with the same name, the number of mentions will directly reflect on your dashboard without you noticing. What I can suggest is maybe to send a notification to the owner of the tag to notify him that someone used his tag and that the numbers in our dashboard may be erroned.
