Even devices docked in self-charging cradles stay fully manageable. Its performance has been consistent and stable, which is critical in our logistics environment. **What do you dislike about Springmatic?** The overall experience is solid, but the dashboard could offer more customization options. For example, being able to tailor views to show key metrics like battery health or device status at a glance would help our team monitor the fleet more efficiently. Every time I have asked for assistance, they have always responded within 5 minutes, today in 8 minutes. They are hiring lots of new people, so it will be resolved immediately. **What problems is Springmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Without limits they help me solve problems about opportunities that I would never have thought possible. An edge-first architecture designed and built to fully leverage the value of every edge device. Managing a fleet of ICT devices, whether fixed or mobile, is very complex. No real issues at all from the platform side — it just works. There was one big issue early on, but turns out it wasn’t even Springdel’s fault (a third-party security app was the problem). Still, their support team jumped in fast, figured it out, and helped us fix everything in no time. Honestly, one of the best support experiences we've had with any software company. Implementation was smooth and well-supported — the Springdel team helped us get everything up and running quickly, even across thousands of devices. We use Springmatic daily to monitor, update, and manage our fleet, and it’s become essential to our operations. Integration with our Android Enterprise setup was seamless, and deploying managed Google Play apps or configuring network settings was surprisingly easy. With our old MDM system , it took always hours to enroll a few devices and always there was some specific problem. With springmatic those problems are gone. Sometimes with new android versions or other devices things don't work but then the support is very helpfull. They react also very fast. **What do you dislike about Springmatic?** you don't want any other MDM after springmatic **What problems is Springmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Springmatic is an MDM tool. It helps to configure devices. We do not have set do settings on every single device. Only change it in the portal and all devices will be updated. Same for applications. ### 5. Springdel handled it very well, without any complicated setup or performance drop, just easy scaling all the way through. What's really impressive to me is how much logic happens directly on the device. It’s not just sending commands from the cloud. The devices make smart decisions on their own, which keeps everything running even in offline or low-connectivity environments. That’s a game changer for field teams. Springmatic feels like a platform built with real-world IT challenges in mind. Reliable, fast, and ready to scale, and it was easy to use even for people with no direct training. **What do you dislike about Springmatic?** The knowdledge base doesn't cover all the topics at this moment, wich is hopefully a work in progress and updated soon. **What problems is Springmatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing various devices with various operating systems for field service users and teams.
