**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Very easy to create surveys with branched questions. But the best part is that we get open-ended responses that are clubbed by themes which makes it easy to present the insights in a meaningful way

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

There could be easier views to make branching in the survey editor, currently, it is difficult to visualise which questions will come up after which kind of response

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting user insights at the moment of truth rather than having to run surveys where the users forget what experience are we talking about and it is about perception and not the feeling while using the Product

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

As an early user of Sprig's new user / concept testing functionality, I'm really impressed by their templates. Was able to use two templates to get two studies off the ground extremely quick. Even got positive user feedback on testing structure, which is a great signal. Also like their native integration with Figma.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

I think a quicker way to rearrange questions would be awesome. Would only enable me to get tests off the ground even quicker and spend more time chatting with customers.

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a way to quickly set up, run, and gather insights from async customer development. Sprig helps me do this.

**What do you like best about Sprig?**

Sprig is a research platform for Products that helps the Product teams to communicate to clients or customers through Surveys, Video Interviews and Concept Tests.

**What do you dislike about Sprig?**

Not many Dislikes I found, but Customer Service Needs to Improve .

**What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprig solves the problem of communication with the targeted customers for many companies through its feature of Video Interviews, Small surveys and Concept Tests.
