What do you like best about Sprig?

What do you like best about Sprig?

The Templates available are simply amazing, so well written, and a lot of big brands represented. Love it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprig?

The navigation when you're building a study sometimes feel weird, collapsing blocks makes the study move a little bit and all others blocks are collapsed as well. Not sure if i love that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprig?

The setup is super easy.

Creating studies is self served.

there are templates from other companies I can use to create new studies.

I can build dashboards and compare releases side by side. (but only 2)

Customer support is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprig?

I dont have the ability to compare studies - in example, If I want to compare NPS month over month, I can use your dashboards, but then can only have 2 releases side by side and cannot see a trend (for example year review)

Android is still not working for us

I hear the customer's voice immediately as I launch a new experience.

I get all feedback sorted into buckets.

Triggering the surveys by events is super helpful - integration of new event is easy too.

What do you like best about Sprig?

UX/UI, easy to use and analyze, very clear steps to activate a study Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sprig?

The fact that there is no clear way how to keep our MTUs within the limit so we can have more than one study per month and also the support of org that has a lot of events and needs to reduce them to the ones that active Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sprig?

Sprig has been an exceptional tool for our company, primarily for its advanced preview feature, which offers a clear glimpse of how surveys will appear to users. This feature, along with its easy-to-navigate interface, has made Sprig a standout choice. Our team appreciates the capability to manage multiple products simultaneously within the same platform. This consolidation has simplified our processes, as we previously relied on multiple tools for survey creation and tracking.

The integration with Segment for no-code events is another highlight, significantly reducing the need for dedicated engineering resources. Moreover, Sprig has streamlined our ability to collect Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and conduct studies across a range of products, despite their varied development backgrounds. The AI-generated summaries of survey results have also been invaluable, providing insightful overviews and aiding in data-driven decision-making.

What do you dislike about Sprig?

One aspect that could be improved is the clarity regarding Sprig's pricing model, particularly what constitutes a single survey launch per month or a Monthly Tracked User. What do you like best about Sprig?

Sprig has proven to be an invaluable tool for streamlining our survey processes. Navigating the tool was surprisingly straightforward, even after inheriting it from former employees. The minimal training required reflects Sprig's user-friendly interface, allowing my teammate and me to seamlessly integrate it into our workflow.

What do you dislike about Sprig?

One notable drawback has been the historically slow response time for tickets, taking up to 24 hours. While this was a concern in the past, the recent establishment of more direct access to the support team, particularly Gina and Earl, has alleviated this issue. What do you like best about Sprig?

Sprig's AI analysis helps our research team jump-start our analyses, which empowers us to capture the heart of user feedback quickly while giving us more time to dig for deeper nuance and ultimately craft more powerful user stories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be difficult to understand whether response quotas are met, particularly for surveys involving multiple segments. However, Sprig introduced new features recently that have made this a little easier, like results filters and displaying missingness information, and generally the team seems very responsive to feedback. What problems is Sprig solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sprig allows us to hear from the right users at the right time. Targeting a specific audience is so easy that since adopting Sprig, we've roughly doubled the frequency of our surveys. We also are now starting to use Sprig to collect data about features that haven't fully launched yet. Because we can target based on LaunchDarkly flags, we can now provide qualitative insights when A/B testing, which helps our product team refine solutions more efficiently.
