SpotRight lacks the ability to keep me informed and, up to date through updates and communication. Their platform is not user friendly I did initially find some of the terms a bit confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The help section and their team members were not quick to provide clarification. It would be betterif we had access to third party environments. The insight into unique affinities per audience is invaluable when developing paid media campaigns and/or conducting media outreach (PR).
