**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

It's a simple way to stay connected with others. In my case "others" are HCPs in a very sensible period, the launch of a new drug.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

The live session is delayed of 30 seconds and it's very difficult to interact. No problem in case of webinars but if you have to interact during the live session I used a Zoom link

SpotMe is so user friendly. I am not a techy person at all and could work things out in the backstage like a pro!

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

Truly nothing comes to mind and I am not just saying that. I always had to click around to find the tab I was looking for, but I think that is more of a me thing than anything SpotMe could fix.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an app to use at a conference to engage students and SpotMe was exactly that! There were 300+ users we needed to keep informed about what was going on hourly and we couldn't have asked for more for the team.

One of the things I like best about SpotMe is its seamless live streaming experience for conferences. The app provides a reliable and high-quality platform for broadcasting and participating in live conferences remotely. It offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to access live sessions, view presentations, engage in interactive features, and connect with other attendees. I have noticed that the app's streaming quality may vary depending on network conditions. In certain instances, there might be occasional buffering or latency issues that can affect the real-time experience

SpotMe project manager was great and very helpful to set up the platform for us. Great collaboration!
The platform itself was easy to use.
There are a few features that we have not used this year but are considering for next year to improve engagement.

It is not possible to send meeting invites in Outlook directly to the participants.

The organization of a virtual conference open to all employees. They can register on the platform and select the sessions they want to attend.

The lack of live stream in video backgrounds. I also preferred when there were graphs for the reporting side and not just excel that you need to download.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

The analytics are by far the most helpful to me for my role. SpotMe does the work for you. I am tasked with reporting before, during and after specific event details and numbers. All of the results that I need are already programmed so all I need to do is literally download the results. It makes that part of my job less stressful in so many ways. There's a trust there that I don't have to question.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

Really the only aspect of SpotMe that I don't like has little to do with the platform itself and more to do with me not having the time to explore all it has to offer. There are so many aspects that are unchartered territory that I hope to have time to discover and learn about in the near future.

SpotMe basically analyzes all of our events and provides us with the tools that we need to make each event better

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

Recently used SpotMe for our annual customer conference. We had great support from our project/account manager, Lee, in the weeks leading up to and throughout the event. Once it was live, the app was very intuitive to manage via Backstage -- we had several last-minute updates to speakers and sessions -- it was easy to make those updates on the fly.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

When I had to contact chat support because our account rep was onsite with another customer, the process was sort of slow and cumbersome, and the customer service rep was not all that helpful -- took a while to get an answer that didn't solve my issue. Not the seamless support transition I would have hoped for.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotMe enables us to dynamically manage our event agenda and accommodate changes, as well as to push important announcements to attendees who were spread out over a large space and multiple floors in a venue.

Service is also great! And can be built on self-service!

The readily available support system for any query is an awesome bonus!

There is The only thing that we observed for the event was the fixed font to use, which we are sure is not much effective, but still, this can be done in terms of changes

What I really liked about SpotMe is also the reason why I am writing this review.

1. The backstage and user app are incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and understand.
2. Any changes made are promptly updated on the user's app, ensuring real-time information for participants.
3. Creating an app for your event doesn't require any coding experience, streamlining the process for all users.
4. SpotMe boasts a dedicated support team with extensive experience, available 24/7 to provide assistance when needed.

These factors have truly impressed me and motivated me to share my positive experience with SpotMe.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

One aspect that I feel could be enhanced is the user interface (UI) of the backstage design page in SpotMe. Currently, understanding the app menus on this page can be a bit challenging. However, I must acknowledge that the front end of the application remains sharp and user-friendly.

We organised a large-scale in-person event with over 300 participants, and SpotMe played a crucial role in enhancing live engagement and interaction. Additionally, we leveraged the SpotMe app as a social media platform, fostering a vibrant community among our attendees. They were able to seamlessly share photos, videos, and various media types, while we utilised the platform to upload essential event-related documents such as agendas, venue details, speaker profiles, and more.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

I have been using this platform dailiy for the past 12 months. It is a really easy to use platform for organizers. I like that it has a webapp version for final users; this version works great. Their customer support has helped me a lot before, during and after live events. You can keep your events on demand with one click! Mailing options are great and you can integrate with veeva.

There are some glitches in the app version for end users.

There are no pending issues, but SpotMe is continually evolving and adding useful features.

The app is not user friendly in a sense that I cannot design the way I want - you have to all the time table the suggestions with SpotMe contact person.  Every conference is different and the possibility to add or subtract what you need is important.

The SpotMe mobile app is versatile and sharp.  It's attendee interface is clean, easy to use, and able to be branded for any company.  On top of the great platform, their customer service and support team is second to none!  Always available and happy to help!

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

I wish SpotMe had a registration form/platform that could accept payments.  As our event is pay to attend, we have to use an alternate platform to accept payments.  If SpotMe was set up to collect payments we'd use them for everything!

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At and in-person annual event, we chose SpotMe to provide the mobile app for our attendees.  This included - agenda building, map and venue information, general event FAQ, making connections with other attendees on-site, session surveys, and exhibitor/sponsor information sharing.

I love the baseline features of the product and their event support team is fantastic. They worked with us on a last minute project and knocked it out of the park!

A little more customization on the live polling and word cloud would have been helpful.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

The SpotMe event app technology made our delegates experience of the event more  engaging and enjoyable while allowing them to participate in different ways. Setting up the event and content within SpotMe's backstage was easy and effcient, while the support desk was able to quickly resolved any queries and remove roadblocks.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

There were a few minor issues with users trying to upload profile pictures, and occasionally the refresh rate of the app was delayed.

Providing an engaging mobile app that allows delegates to quickly reference the event agenda and venue details. SpotMe also creates a different medium of interactivitity between delegates during the conference.

The app was super easy to use. I could find the information I needed very quickly through the different tabs.  I liked that I didn't need a hard copy booklet of the event, so it is environmentally friendly.

The only downside I saw was if someone sent me a chat - there was not a notification unless I was in the app. This may have been how I set it up, though, so it could be a user error.

My experience with Spotme was great. I am always amazed at how much they can get done in a short period of time.

The only flaw with this iteration was having 3 different project leads. They still got the job done but the transition could have been done in a better way.

Spotme helps with organization and on the spot notifications. I like that notifications can be targeted to specific groups/people/person.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

We use SpotMe for all our online events and are always very happy with the response from our audience, who really like the platform layout. From a production perspective, the custom features and functions included in SpotMe are extensive and allow us to finetune our content across all our different events. Everything can be linked across the platform, dramatically improving the audience experience over other platforms we have used. The SpotMe team are always on hand to help and very quick with responses via their live chat system. An A* experience from start to finish for both users and production.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

It took a while to get the team trained on SpotMe as the backstage can be technologically demanding, therefore technical knowledge is required. SpotMe's knowledge base can be helpful, but it could have more information and assistance with certain aspects of the platform (metadata fields are a good example). Also, the speaker profiles cannot be "user profiles" so we had to devise a workaround whereby our audience must click through a few links to get to the speaker's contact card.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before SpotMe, we used other event platforms, which required us to send materials to them to build out; this created significant bottlenecks, and as we are a scientific publication, we have strict style guidelines. This created lots of back and forth with the event platform provider. SpotMe has allowed us to bring this process in-house, and we now have complete control over the layout, style, content and much more. We have seen increased demand for our virtual events since moving to SpotMe, and our audience feedback is always very positive. Consequently, our portfolio of virtual events has grown to match this demand, significantly benefitting our business and stakeholders.

Spot me was very helpful we used it to build an incremental learning tool that we used to share the learning content with our participants. It was also used as our official channel of communication.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

Spot me could have more features and flexibilites. especially directing the participants via the email builder that we have to pages and activity challanges. the design for the videos and link holder can be slightly better.

For me spot me was solving the communication solution with an audiance of 400 person. the chatbot was a very helpful solution to trouble shooting. It was helpful to give participants track of their progress in their learning Journey.

The best things about SpotMe is the planning support and the ease of use in the backstage functionality to customize your events.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

I really have not experienced anything I dislike about SpotMe. I have worked with them over the years and watched their capabilities expand and strengthen.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotMe has helped us by decreasing our use of paper, and being able to provide our audience with all materials electronically rather than paper-based materials. It also has allowed our polling needs to be displayed quickly, and has also cut back our need for separate ARS systems at live meetings.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

It is easy to use,  letting customers play with their creativity and use it for their events. It´s more complex than any other platform. It is dynamic and really original.

I sure didn´t find anything i don´t like, that´s true. Maybe for people who are used to other tools such as Zoom, is quite a challenge, but nothing impossible or even difficult.

Let us have a better engagement with our customers, having event metrics, and giving them a new virtual event possibility. We are yet to start using it but I consider it will be beneficial.

The team's support was amazing before the tool's usage, and on-site was incredible too.

It was a great tool. All the things that appeared were solved. We were afraid about people downloading it and not able to use it, but it worked perfect.

Having dedicated support was extremely helpful.  Lee was responsive (including on weekends) and worked with us to customize our two events in a manner that was most user friendy.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

The two areas that I would recommend making a little more user friendly are the survey feature and the connecting with other participants.  That feature was definitely under utilized and it seemed like a missed opportunity.

**What do you like best about SpotMe?**

SpotMe is dedicated to hosting great interactive events. The friendly user interface, alongside the intuitive CMS and breadth of feature list meant SpotMe was an essential offering for Launch Interactions clients. They are a great partner to work with, and continue to develop their software to cater for the new virtual and hybrid event space. Always with eye on 'whats next' and how can they can improve a delegates experience, SpotMe is a world leading provider in event technology. Together by using, experiencing and developing virtual events we are redefining what it means to come together, share content and connect.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

As the event world and therefore software continually evolve, naturally certain functions and features have become obsolete and removed from the platform. A testament to SpotMe's focus and knowledge of events. 

SpotMe's development road map, I would love to see, is further branding possibilities, streamlined video meeting requests and further integration with 3D modelling. Regular discussions with our SpotMe account manager give us great confidence in the software's development. Its an exciting future ahead.

Together we are building communities by connecting people and groups worldwide. Enabling connections that were never possible by rewriting what it means to attend an event. Sharing content in new and often more accessible ways, even during a pandemic. The support that I received during the planning stages of the conference was phenomenal. Michael, Alex, and Ariel were always available to answer any questions and address any issues I had.

**What do you dislike about SpotMe?**

The demo needs to show the go live of features from a producer and attendee perspective. There was lack of communication leading up to the first day of the event and during the event from the Spotme project team, and the support has been lackluster post event. During the demo, it appeared the live streaming software was proprietary, and I did not learn that Zoom was the software until after we had signed the contract. There were issues with Zoom during the event, and the backup software Spotme had also did not work. We lost an entire session due to the technological issues.

**Recommendations to others considering SpotMe:**

Ensure you know and test the go live experience for the event producer and attendees.

**What problems is SpotMe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spotme allowed us to remain solvent in this post pandemic world by offering a vehicle for our organization to deliver valuable content to our community. The benefit of virtual is undeniable after hearing attendees share that they have never had the resources to attend our in-person events.
