**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

Great experience and very intuitive platform. It offers a lot of useful tools for managing and improving our online presence. What stood out the most was the level of support I received.

Stephen Bell, our Brand Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the platform while providing valuable insights on how to better utilize the tools available. His guidance made a big difference in helping me feel confident using the system and getting most out of it.

SpotHopper is a strong asset for our business, and hands-on support from Stephen made the experience even better.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From managing catering inquiries, job applicants, Google reviews, and more, it’s been a lot easier to stay on top of everything. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and separate website tools, everything is centralized in one system. That cuts down on manual work and saves time that would otherwise be spent switching between different tools and managing them individually.

The biggest benefit for me has been how much it simplifies attracting and retaining customers. It makes digital marketing feel effortless, and it also provides clear insights into what’s working so I can focus on what actually delivers results.

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

I like that I have control over content; text, photos, pricing, availability.  The pricing is fair and we no longer have to deal with additional/outdated plug-ins.  Our online orders have allowed us to increase our sales.  We have never experienced any difficulties with our site and it performs quite smoothly.  The pre-scripted posts to our social media allows us to free up our time and having the option to manually tweak the posts to fit our customer base is awesome.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

Haven't really had many problems.  I can always reach out to my assigned representatives for any questions or concerns that arise.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We inherited an outdated website when we purchased the business.  SpotHopper has allowed us to build, maintain and edit any refining on the spot and in real time.  Because we're in Hawaii, the time difference can make it difficult to communicate with reps for trouble-shooting.  We haven't run into any communication problems, since signing up with the company.

The support team is excellent at SpotHopper! Our Customer Success Agent, Jim Sredojevic, does a wonderful job. Jim and the rest of the support team are incredibly helpful, kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. We appreciate all that they do for our restaurant websites!

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

There's not much to dislike about SpotHopper. I only wish I had a little more control to edit the websites quickly myself. There are certain features that you can edit yourself on the backend, but others that you can't. However, like I mentioned, the support team is excellent at handling the edits that I can't!

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotHopper saves me a ton of time! I enjoy how straightforward and easy to operate the platform is. Once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to use!

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

SpotHopper’s customer service team is very active and supportive. I usually don’t have to wait long to hear back from our representative, and they’re always open to our ideas. If we can dream it, they do their best to make it happen.

Sasha is the BEST! Give that lady a raise. She truly goes above and beyond—she’s consistently there for us and does everything she can to make sure we’re happy with what we’re working on. We’ve been blessed to have her in our corner.

On the platform side, SpotHopper is super easy to use. Even with zero marketing experience or skills, it’s simple to navigate and to integrate what you need, whether you’re making enhancements to your site or trying to get more out of the platform overall.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

There are some minor programming challenges that we wish we could overcome. SpotHopper can do a lot of things, but they can't do everything. Also, the posts that get generated for us to post could be a little more organic. They feel like a computer is putting them together and a missing that personal touch.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SoptHopper has been helping us primarily with redesigning our website to make it more user-friendly and to better reflect the content we want our guests to see. They’ve also helped improve our presence on Google, so we’re showing up in more searches. Next, we’re planning to use them to help us update our content, and we’re excited for that part.

It’s a real time saver—everything from reservations to employment inquiries, catering, and special events is organized in one place. The system is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing the business much more efficient.

Honestly, my only complaint about SpotHopper is that I didn’t know about them sooner. Time saving is crucial running a business, and the backend integration makes it so easy to manage socials, google, reservations, employment inquiries, catering requests, and special events all in one place.

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

I love how SpotHopper streamlines our operations by bringing everything under one roof, allowing us to manage reservations, bookings, and customer communications seamlessly. The calendar view is my favorite as it keeps our lounge rentals organized. I appreciate being able to upload new events and workshops effortlessly on the back end of the website. The reservation and booking systems have transformed how we operate, making the process more efficient and reducing the risk of missed opportunities. Their quick assistance with technical issues is invaluable, given my busy schedule as a business owner. The ease of use is another highlight, making daily operations much smoother.

I think the offerings for the emails, social posts could be more user friendly. The email templates are difficult to get exactly what I need. I also think the social media manager could be better. The email templates are hard to manipulate the way I need it to be. There isn't much freedom for editing and changing, so I feel like I have to settle just to get something out. They aren't very personalized. Same for the social media premade posts. That side could be improved.

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

I liked the marketing tools offered by SpotHopper, especially the social media templates and email blasts scheduling, which made things easier for me. The catering and special events scheduling was very helpful for booking out our food truck. The best thing about SpotHopper is the customer support I receive from Jim Serdojevic. He is patient and always goes above and beyond to help someone like me who is 'technologically dummy.' He always returns my emails and calls and follows up to make sure I understand what he is explaining to me. I can't say enough good things about him! We were able to grow our food truck business with SpotHopper's help.

I stopped using the social media software because the template wasn't user-friendly for me.

I really appreciate SpotHopper for creating a user-friendly online ordering platform and an amazing looking website that people often comment on. It's beautiful and eye-catching. They have significantly enhanced our social media presence, handling it entirely for us with content that includes stories, reels, and posts, as well as generating content from our five-star Google reviews. This makes us look like a high-end bakery even though we're operating out of a ghost kitchen. I love how updating one thing in the platform automatically reflects on Google, our website, and social media, without any redundancies. Their analytics reporting on website visits and clicks also helps us see how well SpotHopper is working. The integration with Stripe for fast payment processing is great, and the automatic birthday and loyalty emails are super helpful. I absolutely love having a face-to-face rep like Kat; being able to talk or text her directly and get help with anything is amazing. She's helped us connect with events and grow our business, taught us how to market ourselves with flyers and QR codes, and has gone above and beyond just implementing the platform.

I think the only change would be that maybe we could have more videos, I guess, available. I know they do photos, and they're beautiful, and we can access those. But a lot of the snippets of videos, I think, changing the content feel and view a little bit and maybe just having a little bit more access to a wider range of the videos that they take.

SpotHopper really helps me streamline our catering requests and quotes, which has been a big advantage for our kitchen operations. I find value in SpotHopper's catering request and reservation features, along with the ability for customers to order directly from the website, which I love.  I was very pleased with their website creation. The social media scheduling is also beneficial, as well as the Google review responses and notifications. I appreciate the marketing that is available.

I'm not pleased with the AI intelligence in the social media and that we can't build our brand voice. The created posts aren't really true to our brand voice and we rarely utilize them. I just wish the marketing was more brand-specific and not so general.

I think SpotHopper is the best company I've ever used, especially for someone managing six restaurants. Their customer support is amazing, as I love how easy it is to get questions answered and get help. SpotHopper makes everything simple, even for someone not great with computers, by walking me through it every time. I appreciate having direct access to my rep who always picks up her cell phone and helps me out. Their video shoots are professional and top class, and they even use drones for amazing shots. When it comes to their advertisements, they look so good and professional that I initially thought I couldn't afford them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their services are competitively priced. I am also impressed by their automation in posting to social media and responding to reviews, allowing me to review responses before they're sent. SpotHopper excels in the restaurant and food industry with great support, marketing, and scheduling, checking all the boxes for me. They handle my social media advertising across platforms like Facebook and Instagram and have helped increase employment applications significantly. I love that I can schedule posts a month out with minimal effort and that they assist with reservations and catering via text notifications. In terms of value for money, SpotHopper delivers unbelievable service for the monthly price. Out of three companies I've used, SpotHopper stands out and blows everybody away. I highly recommend SpotHopper, giving them a definite 10 out of 10.

Very easy to use especially for someone like me who is not the best with computers.  The support Team led by Bobby are fantastic!  I get super fast responses and the work is done how I want it every time. The process of switching over was seamless and the website was much better!

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

I underutilize all the services for the website and I should do more with it. I need to take the time to learn more .  My only negative on the website is where the gift card sales are.  People have a hard time finding it and I walk people through the steps over the phone a lot.  I wish there was a more clear way to see that feature.

Spot Hopper helps me keep my website up to date and events posted.  The support team is on the ball and always quickly takes care of things I need done.

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

What I appreciate most about SpotHopper is the level of support. My customer success manager, Natalie Popovic, and the entire support team are always incredibly responsive, kind, and on top of every request and update. It truly feels like a partnership rather than just a platform we use.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

The only downside for us was the initial onboarding experience. Our first onboarding specialist wasn’t a great fit, and the process was frustrating from a customer standpoint. Onboarding is where I feel a company should really go above and beyond, and we ran into several issues early on. That said, Kura Orange stepped in and made things right. We were reassigned to a new onboarding specialist, Maggie Broussard, who was a pleasure to work with and quickly helped get everything back on track and make up for the lost time.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpotHopper has solved several challenges for us by giving us a high-quality, user-friendly website paired with excellent ongoing support. One of the biggest benefits is the ability to make real-time updates to our menus, events, and specials without having to rely on a website developer for every small change. That flexibility saves us time and allows us to stay current at all times. It has also been extremely beneficial for managing event inquiries and catering bookings, helping streamline those requests directly through our website.

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

The customer service is both friendly and helpful, and support tickets are resolved quite quickly. I think this program is especially useful for restaurants with small marketing teams. After getting accustomed to it, I found the software easy to navigate. I have enjoyed working with the customer support representative, Ana Sterjoska, who has provided excellent assistance throughout my experience.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

I’ve noticed a few limitations within the program that make certain tasks a bit challenging. For example, I’m unable to edit our website directly and need to contact support for any updates. In email marketing, I’m also not able to create my own audience segments. Additionally, when requesting website changes, I’ve found it’s important to provide very detailed instructions, as requests can be interpreted differently as they move through various team members. I hope this feedback is useful and that they’re able to incorporate these changes in the future.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program has been extremely helpful for managing my social media posts, which used to take up most of my time in marketing. The ability to generate posts and create custom promotions has really made a difference, allowing me to better handle not just social media, but also website integration and email marketing. It helps fill in the gaps across all these areas.

I like working with Ivy.  She understands the different needs for my business and works hard to find me solutions.  I like the automation of the social media posts.  Spothopper becomes pretty intuitive to use.  It was very easy to integrate Spothopper into my original website.  I use Spothopper every day.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

My tearoom is a niche business...probably not in the best town for English Tea service.   There is a lot of prep work, so I can only have certain seating hours.  Spothopper has a lot of functionality for a full service restaurant.  I can't take advantage of some of the functionality because of my staff limitations and type of customers available.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem is the reservations issue.  With English Tea service, I need 48 hours to prep.  I can handle walk-ins who order off the Cafe menu...but I can't handle walk-ins for the tea service.  So I've been working with Ivy to try to give the customer to try to clarify the difference between tea service and cafe.  She has been very patient and works very hard to suggest solutions.  
Another problem is the difference between "coming for lunch" and "coming for tea".  My tearoom is open 11-4...which unfortunately the time that most people consider "lunch time".  So I'm working with Ivy to help me clarify to the person making the reservations whether they want to "order from the Cafe menu" or "to have English Tea service."

It benefits me by helping me educate the people in my area what an English Tea Service is.

I find SpotHopper to be an excellent company to deal with right from the start, as the process with Mike was simple and easy, and he was more than helpful. I love the clean and professional look of our website with awesome videos and great pictures that make our restaurant bar look amazing and really lets our restaurant shine. The service has been excellent, and I appreciate being able to connect our social media, like Facebook and Instagram, with our website. SpotHopper is honestly the real deal. Before using it, we were kind of piecing things together and doing what we could, but once we got on SpotHopper, it really elevated Crimson Melt as a brand. It wasn’t just about having a better website or nicer visuals — it completely changed how we looked at our menu, our online presence, and the overall customer experience. The platform made us step back and be more intentional with everything, which ultimately led us to doing a full menu rebrand. That alone says a lot about the impact it had on our business.

What I like most is that SpotHopper isn’t just a “set it and forget it” tool. It actually feels like something that grows with you. The tools are easy to use, but they’re powerful, and you can tell they’re built specifically for restaurants, not generic marketing platforms. Everything feels clean, organized, and professional, which helped us present Crimson Melt in a way that truly matches the quality of our food.

The onboarding process made a huge difference as well. Kaitlyn Harris did our onboarding and was amazing at walking us through the system and showing us how to actually use everything effectively. She made what could have been overwhelming feel simple and approachable, and she took the time to answer questions and make sure we felt confident using the platform on our own.

On top of that, Tony did our photoshoot, and that honestly set everything over the top. The photos elevated our brand instantly and tied everything together — from the website to the menu to our marketing. Having high-quality, professional photos made a massive difference in how Crimson Melt is perceived online.

On top of the platform itself, the support is what really separates SpotHopper from anything else we’ve used. Working with Casey Moore was a huge part of why this experience has been so positive. She was phenomenal from day one — always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. She took the time to understand our brand, our goals, and our vision, and made sure everything reflected that. Nothing ever felt rushed or cookie-cutter, and she was always willing to walk us through things or make adjustments until it felt right.

I do wish that spothopper gave you the option to have more creative control over the different sections of the website and the ability to create tabs at the top. I also wish the add on services weren't so expensive.

SpotHopper is solving a lot of problems that we were constantly juggling before. Website issues were a big one — whether it was updates, layout, or just making sure everything looked professional and worked properly, it always felt like something we had to babysit. With SpotHopper, that stress is basically gone. Our site looks clean, runs smoothly, and actually represents our brand the way it should.

Pricing was another huge factor for us. A lot of marketing and tech services are expensive and don’t always feel worth the cost, especially for restaurants. SpotHopper gives us multiple services in one place at a price that actually makes sense, which has been a big relief. Instead of paying separate companies for different things, everything is streamlined and consistent.

Social media and SEO have probably been the biggest game changers. Staying consistent with posting is hard when you’re focused on running a business, and SpotHopper completely takes that off our plate. Having them post on our behalf — especially with the creative ads — has been amazing. The content is polished, on-brand, and actually drives engagement without us having to constantly think about it.

I love how easy it is to reach out to her and run ideas by her. She is extremely easy going and always trying to find a solution for our process.

One of the only things I dislike about the website we had Spothopper built is that on our catering form there isn't an option for customers to select which location they are requesting a catering quote from directly on the form itself. That would be helpful if it were available so it would be easier for us to put together quotes coming from each specific restaurant. I also dislike that customers submit requests for quotes without having to make selections on our catering menu and that the box they write them in says, "Description / Requests (optional):" on the form.

I don't have to think so much about what to post. The generated posts are easy to edit, which I almost always do, but it's a great jumping off place. I can plan an entire week of marketing in just about an hour and that's a huge time savings! It's helpful to have emails, texts, and posts all in one place.
Also, the support team I have is just fantastic. My dedicated support, Ian, is always available, he always responds in a timely fashion, and he doesn't mind when I have to ask him the same question several times! He's the best.

The event section is awkward. One thing I don’t like about the marketing aspect is that as the owner of two locations,  I have to do two separate emails whenever I’m promoting one event. for example, taco Tuesday or national margarita day something that one email would suffice to go to all of my customers.  instead,  because of my dual account, I have to create an email blast, try  to remember exactly what I did and then re-create it for the next email blast for the other location. I would much much rather that everything be done once for all of my email customers

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

I love how it does all the tedious tasks for me, like posting on social media, capturing quality content to post and Julie my rep has been amazing! Super helpful and very communicative. Love working with her.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

I feel like they repeat the same social media posts a lot. But I have the control to change that which is nice!

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't run into any problems and any questions or concerns I've had, Julie has always been quick to respond and solve any issue! She is fabulous!

**What do you like best about SpotHopper?**

The platform truly saves us a lot of time. I appreciate its social media management, reservation system, and the way it handles party inquiries, among other features. It keeps our business organized and running smoothly. Lately, we've been especially pleased with the Event Tickets feature, which made selling tickets for our latest event seamless. The customer support team is quick, efficient, and always ready to assist, providing guidance and help whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about SpotHopper?**

Many of the features that were highlighted to us when we were thinking about signing up actually require an upgrade or additional monthly payments. We wish that for some small business like ours those features were available at no extra charge.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We handle all aspects of our restaurant’s management, including reservations, responding to inquiries, managing social media, and organizing events.

the one-on-one relationship with the people who help us with our website and needs. Kris is great to work with. She's very responsive and has great follow up.

wish it could more electronically instead of me still having to log on and do events and emails.

Every aspect of the restaurant's needs, including extensive information and marketing ideas, is managed efficiently from a single platform. The level of support provided by the customer service team is truly exceptional. Ross P., our assigned customer success agent, has proven to be an invaluable asset in enhancing the success of our website management and marketing initiatives.

The price is high, but you pay for quality and exceptional customer support. It's understandable.

The seamless integration of social media, Google, and the website is a highly efficient process, reducing the time required to complete all tasks by a significant margin.

There are notable limitations when it comes to editing, particularly with adding effects and music to posts on social media platforms. These restrictions can make it challenging to fully customize or enhance your content the way you might want.

**What problems is SpotHopper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is helping me become more well-rounded in handling daily tasks related to guests, as well as increasing the business's exposure to new clients.
