1. If for example i have uploaded a wrong contract for execution, to re-upload the correct document, only PDF files are accepted, not word files (increases my time)

2. No genuine workaround for taking in contract requests. Spotdraft should have some sort of way for taking in fresh requests (for contracts which are not existing as templates) as a way of replacing email requests.

3. Internal SPOCs keeps complaining the platform is not as seamless as other CLM tools as there is no mobile app for Spotdraft. Although the website experience is great, an app would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of workflows make sense but are not the most flexible - for example individual counterparty on a workflow means you can't add another counterparty or convert it to an organization as a counterparty causing the team to have to reupload a third party workflow.
