SpotDraft Pros and Cons

Spotdraft has helped us create visibility on contracts, decreased manual efforts and set a flow for the organisation as to how to go about contracts in general. Our CSM made sure ut us implemented end-to-end despite so many blockers from the internal team. I have observed a couple of breaks here and there and nothing which I think cannot be fixed. The one big concern is the online MS Word editor. While SpotDraft is a robust platform and the team provides exceptional support, the product/tech is still evolving (which sometimes gets ahead of the documentation of the API, for instance) which has resulted in some hiccups along the way. Overall, the documentation is still lacking in some areas which made it harder for our team to get up to speed quickly, but the support from the exceptional customer success team has helped to bridge this gap. Not a regular user, but there's a struggle to find out what to do next. A workflow that shuttles the contract automatically between parties would make it much more usable.

The product could have been designed like a wizard to show me exactly who does what after each stage. This part is not clear and we have to repeatedly ask support/legal (other parties on the conract) what to do next.

Error messages need to be better and more accurate. If an email address does not exist, then that's what I'd expect to see. Instead, if I see a message that says mailbox is full, that confuses everyone involved. If a particular vendor is blocking the spotdraft domain, again, the error message should say that.
