**What do you like best about Spot?**

Right from the start, Spot impresses with its sleek and intuitive interface. Whether you're a tech-savvy professional or a casual user, you'll find it easy to navigate and use. It doesn't overwhelm you with complex features, making it accessible for beginners, yet it's powerful enough to satisfy the needs of seasoned creatives and project managers. Spot truly shines when it comes to accessibility. It's available on all major platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications. This flexibility is essential for professionals on the move. Furthermore, it seamlessly integrates with popular third-party apps and services, enhancing its utility as a central hub for all your work.

In conclusion, Spot is a breath of fresh air in the world of collaborative productivity tools. Its user-friendly interface, versatile content creation capabilities, project management tools, and seamless collaboration make it a must-have for creative teams, project managers, and anyone seeking to enhance their productivity.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Can I be truly honest? There is nothing to dislike about Spot, because even the price is so accessible. Seriously, it's amazing how advanced Spot is. It's a developer's dream. An extremely high quality application. I truly recommend it and invite you to try as well. You will not regret.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot has been a game-changer for my educational company, revolutionizing the way we engage with students and ultimately fostering substantial growth in our organization. This platform has enabled me to establish a more immersive and effective learning experience for our students in several key ways. Spot's collaborative features have been instrumental in connecting our instructors and students, even in remote or hybrid learning environments. The real-time chat and shared whiteboard capabilities have facilitated active discussions and brainstorming sessions, making students feel connected and involved in the learning process. This has resulted in higher levels of participation and engagement, which are essential for effective teaching and learning.

Also, their support is so fast! It's one of the best I have ever seen!

  ### 2. Spot: Bridging Digital Offices with Real Collaboration"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo d. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot has revolutionized our remote work approach. After transitioning to remote work in March 2020, we relied on Discord until early 2023. Spot's dynamic features have been transformative. Spot's virtual office environment revitalized our collaboration and team relationships. It effectively recreates an office atmosphere vital for interaction, teamwork, and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

One aspect for improvement lies in system requirements. Some team members with limited PC access could face challenges due to hardware constraints. Enhancing accessibility for those with varying hardware capabilities would be beneficial.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot resolved an ongoing challenge of maintaining strong team connections in a remote work setup. Our transition to Spot reinvigorated remote collaboration. Seamlessly combining customization and collaboration, the virtual office concept bridges previous gaps. This has led to team reconnection, boosted productivity, and renewed team spirit.

  ### 3. Exceptional Service and User-Friendly Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot offers a seamless user experience that makes it incredibly easy to navigate through its features. The customer support is top-notch; they're always quick to respond and extremely helpful. The pricing is also very reasonable, making it an excellent value for the services provided. The ease of implementation and integration into our existing systems was smooth and hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

While Spot offers a wide range of features, there's room for improvement in terms of customization options. It would be great to see more flexibility in adapting the platform to specific business needs. Additionally, although the customer support is excellent, extended hours for support would be beneficial for those operating in different time zones.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot has been instrumental in streamlining our project management processes, making team collaboration more efficient. It has also provided valuable insights through data analytics, which has helped us make informed business decisions. The CRM feature has made customer engagement more effective, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.

  ### 4. I'm recommending it to everyone working from home

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Implemented it in an afternoon on a whim, we loved it!
The entire space is customizable, very easy to use, we moved all our meetings here so we use it everyday, it's specially useful for unofficial meetings between devs for pair programming.
We've had a few issues as one would have on any app, and all those issues were resolved in less than a day, poor Graham, I think I drove him insane lol

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

For some of our team's members is a bit slow, even with the improvements that Customer Support helped us implement, but is still usable

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have teammates on different countries and having a virtual space to meet as if we were on an office instead of doing a call brought us closer. We are also doing more pair programming and it feels more natural vs how it felt before.

  ### 5. Phenomenal Product!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

This software does a great job at starting to solve some of the challenges that arise when leading a remote organization. The customization options and flexibility that the platform offers allows us to each turn our spaces into our own. We've incorporated this software into most of the meetings we run. The free plan also has a lot of functionality that I would expect from a free account.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Sometimes the audio or video may not work for a team member if their internet connection isn't pretty strong. Also, it would be great if there was a way to record meetings in the platform on the free plan.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a fully remote company and there are certainly challenges with keeping the team "connected". Overall, Spot has been the best platform we've tried out to solve these challenges.

  ### 6. Brings my team together from across the world!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jana S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Being able to design individual departments and offices for staff so that when using the spatial audio even those housed in the same room can be located to not hear private conversations until they enter my circle! Its awesome and we love it!

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Wish I could have an office building and provide suites to my clients teams too that I could walk over and visit!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration and team communication

  ### 7. Spot created a welcoming environment in the company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorram F. | Chief Executive Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Our team started using Spot and they really liked it, improving the team feeling. This is even used as an attraction when we are hiring new employees. I always recommend it for other C-Levels to implement in their companies.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Sometimes the mobile application closes for no reason, but I believe the team is already solving this.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication through chat and video, team feeling, culture creation

  ### 8. Best program to lead remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennyfer B. | CEO & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

My company is 100% remote, and sometimes I received comments from my co-workers to make a in-person event, which was hard because we are all distributed around the world. So, I thought about getting something different than just the traditional videocall meeting platform, and found Spot. I signed up and we all created our avatars and designed the office which is sometimes in the beach and other times in the moon. We all have fun, enjoy better our time working at the "office" and feel closer the physical interaction with our teams. We like best about Spot how easy to use the platform is and how many features we can choose to make our work routine more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I just wish that more remote companies around the world, would have the chance to know about this platform and enjoy a beautiful and fun workspace as my team does.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-I mainly use spot as my virtual workspace but also it became a great tool for sales to comunicate with clients. I used to have videocalls on zoom with my customers, and was a little uncomfortable to need to pay to go after 40 minutes. With spot the duration of my videocalls are unlimited and always have a great video and audio quality.

-When I joined events from my email the link went to a tab in my browser and did no recognize my account so I had to copy the link in my desktop app. Now, I open a link in my email and allows my to acces the space directly in the app.

-I like to share screen shots of my worspace in social media to do some marketing and I realized that Spot created the snap too which has saved me time and makes it easier.

  ### 9. I experienced the great potential of spot.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron(이준택) L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

It was very good to be able to have a more dynamic communication and experience with spot's 3D space.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I want to visit various maps, but I'm still not sure how to experience them. It seems that not many users are creating and running great maps yet. And I think it would be nice if the manual was made better.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are going to proceed with the service of spot to create a nice map for our customers (dentists, hospitals, companies). It would be great if there were useful features for this. For example, we, as your agents, would like to create a spot map for our customers and guide them to promote and communicate using it. We would like to tell our customers about your services.

  ### 10. Great way to build company culture, increase productivity etc.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ugo C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I've been working remotely for more than 10 years now and have tested numerous solutions for making remote work "better". Spot is really great at helping us feel closer as colleagues, it even increases our productivity when we easily share different screens or visual in the virtual office. I'd really recommend it

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

This one is inherent to this kind of product: you need enough screenspace to have spot live on your desktop somewhere. It can be a struggle for some of my colleagues who work from their laptop.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing team culture.

  ### 11. Very Impressive virtual office 3D.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Watcharapong C. | Program Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

As a small business company, we've had work from home for a couple years. We'd used many virtual spaces and finally stop at Spot. We can freely create or rebuild all rooms design, its feeling we're playing a sim game. Good customize & reaction with avatar, interact with object and able sharing presentation. Spot have many funtions that suitable for anyone who's looking for virtual office solution.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I believe there are some bug need to fix. Example; some object cannot place in some area, or sometime sound/music happen when minimize. Not sure, it's my setting or not, but it's default.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team can remote and connect from home and/or mobile. We can easily make a online meeting or some online activitis on Spot.

  ### 12. Transformation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian A. | IT Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

We enable the fastest communications all in one place for coworkers and workers alike. Very nice features and integration with the calendar.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

The app has high graphics consumption on PC. We need a lobby to meet and greet our customers before entering a room. We need a mobile app with messaging only to replace WhatsApp.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and teamwork are the key; the platform closes the gap between workers and coworkers. Even other areas will benefit because we can talk with only one click.

  ### 13. All in one Communication Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Talha B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

@Graham Thank you for awesome on boarding.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Well . Nothing i can think of as of now .

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seemless communication between team memebers.
Client meetings.
Mobile comunciation
All in one solution

  ### 14. Spot - theBest Virtual Office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

We are the very young startup at the moment. Thus we are all working remotely.

At the begginning i was not really believing such tools like virtual offices would be necessary. But Spot changed my mind.

It keeps us together, in touch, working efficiently.
The proposed tools and environment are quite impressive and sufficient.
It also evolves rapidly.

I want point that the dev team is working fast and on the community feedback. That's worth mentionning.

We'll keep working with Spot since it became a part of us now :)

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Not very much is missing, but if i had to tell here are some points.
I think there more integration with external tools would be great (outlook, notion, Miro).
I'd love to have an easier way to manpulate imported 3d objects.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it makes us keep in touch while working fully remotely. Also gives a nice integration with the minimum necessary tools. And also gives spaces to express ourselves with the office customization.

  ### 15. A flexible platform for creativity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I have tried several virtual learning platforms and I liked Spot the most. My students and I constructed several cities on Spot and the outcomes looked great!

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Wish I could use a blank template and more diverse sets of assets.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have tried 2D pc-based virutal environment platforms (a bit boring looks) and oculus-based platforms (too heavy), and Spot was just in the Goldilock's zone.

  ### 16. The best tool to connect remote teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro Henrique K. | Especialista em Gestão de Turnaround, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Spot?**

How its fluid and make the remote work feel more personal.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Sometimes is heavy and difficult to run into smartphones or computes with less computational power

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my company to feel more coneected trought remote work.

  ### 17. Will go down as one of the best business decisions I ever made!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

The ability to create a company culture in a remote world!
Ease of use
Ability to customize the space
We have our email and CRM linked to the system.
Spot also replaced Zoom meetings for our team.
The ability to engage with everyone in a camera on/off environment is amazing
Multi-person live screen share allows our trainers to model and watches simultaneously
Music streaming into the office livens the vibe
Custom Avatars

The biggest thing we love about Spot is the team! AJ, Wes, Gordan, and Andi are all amazing and there when you need them. I remember my first weekend with Spot I had a question, and the co-founder emailed me a solution on a Sunday afternoon! HUGE POINTS! HAHA

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

This list could be long however everything we mention something the designers & programmers fix it... sometimes within minutes. AMAZING SUPPORT!!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a 100% remote company and struggled to get over creating a team culture in a Zoom world. I reviewed a number of platforms, and by FAR Spot was the most well-rounded and professional system in the space. The ability to host all sales calls, interviews, client presentations, and training in the virtual space without the need for hardware is unbelievable. For the first time, our team feels connected. We instituted a no-camera policy, and the authenticity and vulnerability of each team member are off the charts. I believe that Spot allowed us to remove the anxiety of the camera in people's personal spaces, and opened the door for our team to show up in a real way. We worried the learning curve would be too much for new hires, interview candidates, and prospects. That couldn't be further from the truth. WE ARE RAVING FANS OF SPOT!!

  ### 18. I didn’t think the metaverse was for us, but I actually really like it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

When I first found Spot, I had seen one of their linkedin ads for a template that looked great for a company holiday party. We initially used it as an alternative to a zoom happy hour for our remote team, and after that we were hooked. Our team found it fun and engaging, and it had a low barrier to entry, giving everyone an instantaneous connection to their mic and video.
Upon researching more, we discovered it was also complimentary to corporate initiatives to give our team better ways to connect, and we’ve been leveraging it for daily standups.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I’d love to see a slack integration, which we’ve heard is coming soon, so we can tie together all of our communication channels to eliminate isolation of messages. Other than that, we really enjoy it!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In this remote workplace, we are able to collaborate on projects and initiatives effectively - Spot helps us feel like we are in the same space as our colleagues while being across the globe in different time zones.

  ### 19. I tested every virtual office option and Spot was by far my #1 choice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael P. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot was truly configured from the ground up to solve collaboration for distributed / remote teams. Whether its enjoying some drinks and food by the fire pit, hanging out in the hot tub, or looking at the photos or our staff pets hanging on the walls, we couldn't have asked for a better way to connect with people we've never had the chance to meet in person. We owe our teams chemistry and camaradarie to the experiences hosted by Spot.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

It's a relatively newer product, so some features just haven't been added in yet that we've seen in other solutions. That said, the dev team works very quickly and has already implemented many of our feature requests, so we're quite impressed! These are also all more minor feature requests, and the core features are all there - hence why we chose this solution over all the others we tested.

**Recommendations to others considering Spot:**

Give it a test drive!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No two people on our team of over 25 employees are in the same city. So we needed a place that fosters collaboration and a sense of team bonding through a persistent space that people could work from and join at any time. Communication is paramount for our line of work, and the audio, messaging, and file-sharing capabilities have exceeded our expectations. We've used Spot for everything from day-to-day work, to town-halls, to after-work events and just random get together with the team - gone are the days of expensive office real estate!

  ### 20. Tried a few, liked Spot the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan G. | VP of Marketing, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I tried a few of the other virtual office platforms on the market for my team, but Spot was by far the most adopted. The team appreciated that it was not too overwhelming, easy to learn, and brought aspects of our previous physical office to the virtual world. It wasn’t too “game-y” nor “tech-y” that they felt the others were.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Not really a whole lot to dislike. The only thing I can think of is that some features are only available in the desktop app (like the ability to share system audio), but some of that is outside of their teams control.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team collaboration

  ### 21. An Office Environment to Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Sales Trainer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I love how you can customize both the full office building and individualize each employee's office space. You are also able to have employee comradery and inclusion. A great way to make remote working a fun and inviting experience. Finally, if there are any tech issues, they jump on it right away, making sure everything is resolved.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I can think of anything I don't like about it. It has everything an office environment would need!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication, and most of all, morale.

  ### 22. A game changer for team connectivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

We adopted Spot in its infancy, and have been amazed at the progress of the application. They have made leaps and bounds in their development and product offering, with better stability than what we see from some of the larger players out there. Our favorite feature is that it allows us to have multiple people sharing their screen at one time, which eliminates the need to “drop your screen so I can share mine” - it’s such a simple feature that makes a WORLD of difference in the efficiency of our meetings.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

While there’s chat dedicated to rooms, we’d love the ability to have topical channels amongst our team. We heard it’s coming soon, and can’t wait for it!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot is helping us connect our sales dev team and bring more energy to the room when they're doing their tasks for the day.

  ### 23. Great platform for connecting both in and out of work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J.T. S. | Sr. Product Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

The platform took 2-5 minutes to figure out. Once I was able to get signed in and got the hang of the Chat functionality, I was off to the races. I loved the customization options in the environment. It felt a lot like decorating my home office, and I got that same level of satisfaction once it was done.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I don't have any real dislikes about Spot. It does exactly what I'd expect from it. I hope the company can scale efforts and ensure the performance of the platform scales as larger teams join!

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problems it solves for are related to virtual collaboration

  ### 24. Virtual office makes it feel like a community, in person, in a post Covid world.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew M. | Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Easy to use, responsive, customizable, feels like our own space here.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Its new, so its kind of in beta, so in terms of personalizing everything is limited, walls and floors are pretty generic.

**Recommendations to others considering Spot:**

It's worth a shot.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an office central to all of us via the entire USA.

  ### 25. Awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phabian C. | XDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I like the fact that I can communicate and see my co-workers in real time. To me, this makes remote work a lot more enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I don't have any dislikes at the moment.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're solving issues that typically are a derivative of work-from-home positions.

  ### 26. Excellent tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

I like the reusability and accessibility features of spot software.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

There isn't much to dislike all the features are extremely operable and easy to use.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot is solving reformat, editing easily and quickly with all-in-one system.

  ### 27. Look no further - Surprise and Delight your user base with Spot.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot is unlike any other web-conferencing or digital office experience. Our users show higher user engagement along with a surprise and delight factor across the UX of the product. Having flexible breakout rooms, and the ability to engage members with an intuitive UI may seem like table stakes today, but once you try Spot you are transported to a mind-blowing experience that your users will not want to stray from. You have to see it for yourself!

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

There's nothing about this product I dislike. In the future, I imagine a world where there are more customizations and features for a broader customer base, but for now, the product is already super robust.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Zoom fatigue is now a thing of the past
2) Members of your company have a life-like virtual office experience like no other

4) Our users are more engaged because the UI of the product is beyond inviting. The product encourages engagement and increases productivity, which in a virtual world is important to our employee base and customers.

  ### 28. A breath of fresh air for zoom fatigue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Evelyn S. | Brazilian Portuguese Copywriter and Transcreator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

The ability to connect in a seamless way through video or messaging, but in a way that feels more personal mid pandemic

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I have yet to find something I dislike about it. Maybe the fact there aren't more people using it and spreading the word?

**Recommendations to others considering Spot:**

There are many virtual conference applications nowadays, but being able to create your own character, create a working space, inviting people to come and sit with you for a conversation feels more personal than just staring at a screen looking at yourself or black background with someone's name on it. I do believe trying out Spot will be a surprisingly positive experience and a new way to connect with co-workers, clients, and friends.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection with people in a way that feels more authentic and closer to what we had pre-pandemicSome of the main benefits are less zoom fatigue, more interaction, and more engagement.

  ### 29. Spot is awesome and a gamechanger

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot makes it easy to connect with coworkers-- like the old days when we could have casual conversations in the office!

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Not much to dislike at this time. The team moves super fast, and features are being shipped constantly.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaborating with the team, building camaraderie, communicating effectively.

  ### 30. The Ideal Solution for a Distributed Workforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Graham T. | Founder

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Intuitive, easy to set up. Working with Spot has given us the ability to truly stand out as an organization. It's a different feeling bringing clients, partners, vendors into a virtual office as opposed to a standard 'Zoom' meeting.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

Not a thing. And we get even more excited about Spot because they're transparent about their roadmap items and where we can expect improvements.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company is fully remote. Onboarding new employees has been a breeze, and we've been able to build more of a sense of community among new employees and clients. Plus, we can recreate the office 'pop in' meeting for random questions. Everything isn't driven by scheduled meetings to answer quick questions.

  ### 31. No Dialing In, Self Navigate to Meetings, 1:1s and Group Chats

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

There was not dialing into meeting or requirements for impromptu meetings, 1:1s and group chats. Is all we had to do was self navigate to the a shared space and we were able to immediately start a dialogue via chat and/or video. Additionally, I could see who else was meeting at anytime and if the conversation was open I could join them in their discussion. This not only made engagements easier but also kept a casual atomosphere and helped replace the in office "hallway conversation."

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I struggled changing views and moving my character a little bit. This was primarily due to a lack of experience but would have liked a tool bar with character controls to use in additon to the mouse.

**Recommendations to others considering Spot:**

Conducting a team with the Spot team with as many people from your team as possible this help ensure you get to fully experience the multiple layers of team engagment that Spot can offer.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me the I'm looking to get my team more engaged with each other while working remote. Spot has helped more natural and spontanious engagement that builds team cohesion.

  ### 32. The new era of working remotely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Spot has created a team environment that is much more engaging and intuitive than most professional collaboration tools. All the favorite features for collaboration, sharing, private and group chats, and focused work time are well thought-out. The creative virtual office space adds an element of engagement and enjoyment that is productive, not distracting. It feels much more like I'm working with my team rather than isolated.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

No complaints so far. They are continuing to add features and I'd love to see a way where we can share and collaborate on a document in real time (or maybe I've missed that and they already have it)

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot has brought the benefits of being in office (seeing who's at work, available for a quick chat, in meetings, in headphones mode) to the virtual environment. I feel more connected to my team

  ### 33. A great solution for the post-pandemic office

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Spot?**

SPOT is a great software that allows the user to effortlessly meet, share screens, and be part of a team. Through customizable characters and spaces, your team can have meaningful interactions in a virtual setting. I would recommend SPOT to all companies trying to switch to a virtual office either for safety or financial reasons.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

I think the SPOT team has a ways to go as far as privacy futures. Closed-door meetings that protect sensitive information shared on screens or in chat could be important to some users. However, the SPOT team is hands-on, and I am sure they will get this and other aspects going shortly.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to feel like you are part of a team when you can't be there with your team. SPOT makes collaborating and solving complex problems remotely much more manageable than other conferencing software.

Absolutely nothing. Spot is constantly evolving and the possibilities feel endless.

**Recommendations to others considering Spot:**

Try it out. You won't go back.

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spot has solved the burnout problem that people are experiencing from using the same predictable meeting software time and time again. Spot's ability to customize each users experience so that each meeting is unique is game changing.

  ### 35. Spot is extremely beneficial

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby W. | Legal Assistant

**What do you like best about Spot?**

Accessibility to teammates when we are working remotely is crucial in my line of work. The ability to connect via typed message, verbally, face to face and to screenshare is a huge bonus.

**What do you dislike about Spot?**

The only thing I notice is that sometimes it says I have an unread message, even though I have read it...

**What problems is Spot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication is vital in our office. The fact that I am able to chat quickly with my boss, who is remote most of the time, to ask questions makes our flow much more efficient

  ### 36. The 2nd best thing to being in the office

There is nothing obvious that I can think of
